Ce condo rénové est prêt pour le locataire exigeant qui cherche à se détendre dans un cadre propre et confortable tout en regardant l'Intercoastal juste devant le balcon de votre fenêtre du 3e étage. Vues sur le golfe. La plage est incroyable et est à 60 secondes de marche (voir photo) Les eaux sont tranquilles et la plage elle-même est immense avec le sable le plus blanc. Vraiment relaxant. Il n'y a pas de grands tours à proximité, donc la plage est très calme. À l'intérieur, la cuisine a tous les comptoirs en granit, les appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, les tabourets de bar ainsi que la salle à manger, la salle familiale avec foyer au bois et coin bureau, et la salle d'eau au premier étage. Les chambres ont tous les nouveaux draps, 2 chambres Queen et une chambre avec lits superposés avec 4 lits jumeaux. Les salles de bain rénovées sont jolies et propres. Il y a aussi une buanderie au deuxième étage à côté de la chambre principale.
La clé de cet endroit est qu'il est beau, confortable et rénové à l'intérieur, mais a un emplacement par excellence. Outre la belle immense plage calme, il est à un demi-pâté de maisons d'une épicerie, d'un salon de manucure, d'un restaurant ou découvrez tout ce que Gulf Blvd a à offrir sur le chariot. Mais sachez que c'est un endroit calme. Vous pouvez également louer un bateau et utiliser le quai de condo pour la semaine. Pêchez sur le quai ou détendez-vous au bord de la piscine calme qui se trouve juste sur l'Intercoastal. Nous avons vu des dauphins jouer depuis notre balcon!
Pour y arriver, volez vers l'aéroport de Tampa. Vous n'avez pas besoin de louer une voiture car tout ce dont vous aurez besoin est à distance de marche. Prenez simplement un taxi et profitez des commodités. Vous ne voudrez plus jamais rentrer chez vous!

The condo was clean and very comfortable for a family of 5. With all the craziness of spring break, this condo was quiet even thought it’s in the heart of Treasure Island. We saw dolphins from the balcony, was a short walk to the beach and to several restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was very responsive. Great location, well stocked unit. Very clean. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Very easy beach and grocery access. View of the bay was perfect, we saw manatee and dolphin from the balcony. Loved it all!

Treasure Island Gem
This is our families most favorite vacation spot! Whitney and her family are always professional and great communicators.
Location is ideal and the grandchildren love that they can sit on the porch bay side and watch dolphins in the morning and walk to the beach safely! Publix is within walking distance as is several restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed out stay The property owners were very attentive and the condo was updated and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the porch was spectacular to watch the dolphins go through the channel. Great stay. Looking forward to more stays here!

We had a wonderful week! This condo has the perfect location - just steps to the beach, the pool, restaurants, and the grocery store. We especially appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, canopy and beach toys!

Amazing View
We had a wonderful stay. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The beach was super close and easy to get to with the crosswalk being in front of the building. The property was clean and Whitney was very accommodating!

Family Vacation
We loved our stay at this condo! We had plenty of room and loved how stocked it was with beach/pool items, kitchen appliances, extra towels/sheets/blankets! Loved that it had a high chair, pack & play, toys, as well as baby floatys! Such a plus for a family!! We really enjoyed the quiet pool and loved the inner coastal views off the balcony! Wow!! We saw dolphins, pelicans, and fish jump! The sunrise every morning was amazing! You can not ask for anything better with the beautiful beach across the street and Publix being a quick walk! Our family with small children had a blast and can't wait to come back again!!!!

Loved It!
We absolutely loved this location and hope to return! Beautiful view from the balcony. We saw dolphins almost every day. Unit is exactly as described. Great location near Publix. Walk to the beach is quick and easy--crosswalk is directly out front. Large, beautiful beach. We had a wonderful time here.

Great location! Property was clean and accurate from the description. The bay views were great! A well stocked condo with anything you would need for your beach vacation. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!

Island treasure
Our stay at Whitney’s condo was amazing! Very roomy, beautiful decor and anything you needed or forgot was there or a short 2 block walk to Publix the beach is literally across the street. We also had a dolphin show just about daily. For a great stay in Treasure Island book this condo you will NOT be disappointed! We will definitely be back .

Wonderful!
The place was exactly what we wanted for our vacation. The bay view was beautiful and we all changed our mind about only having ocean front. Quality beach towels and comfortable beds. Whitney was quick to respond with any questions and allowed us to stay until our flight. We would highly recommend this place!

Better than advertised!
Excellent accommodations from top to bottom. Great location - steps to the store and fewer steps to the beach. Great balcony view for sunrises and watching dolphins. Plenty of beach towels and closet full of beach toys and chairs. Kitchen is fully stocked and building is super clean and quiet. 5 stars is not enough but thank you Whitney - we look forward to staying again!

Perfect family getaway
Our stay in the condo was wonderful. We enjoyed the view the most. Beds and furnishings were comfortable. Great location right across the beach and Publix grocery was a block away. We did have some issues soon check in but owner took care of them right away. Can’t wait to book this place again. **One suggestion would be to purchase a slow cooker. (It would be nice to have for days when your out at beach or boating.)

Spring break
This condo is beautiful! Better than the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 older teenagers and 2 adults. Great location, walking distance to grocery store and many bars and restaurants. Beautiful beach right across the street. Only down fall was the pool was not heated. Still an amazing vacation. Highly recommend this property.

Great condo & location!!!!
We had an amazing family vacation staying at Whitney’s condo! The condo was very clean, had plenty of space for a family of 7 and was just a minute walk to the beach. The best part was that it supplied all of the items you would ever need to enjoy the beach (wagon, chairs, floats, toys, towels...and more)! This made it super easy to arrive and not need to worry about packing all these extras. Whitney checked in w us when we arrived and was also very responsive to a couple questions that came up during our stay. If we return for another trip we will definitely book this condo again. Thank you Whitney!

Great and spacious place so close to everything!
Whitney was amazing! Very responsive and helpful. This place was huge! So much bigger than the pictures and had absolutely everything. We cooked in almost every night and didn't need to bring any cookware or anything. Great and beautiful place. We walked to the beach every day (literally right across the street) and hung in the pool right after, Short 40 min drive to Tampa and in the heart of Treasure Island. Loved our stay! Everything was amazing!

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We watched dolphins at night from our deck and walked across the street to the beach during the day. A great, clean space. All the bedrooms are upstairs and it’s newly remodeled. You’ll enjoy it!

We stayed here, along with my brother in law’s family (8 total). It was spacious and perfect for all of us. The condo had everything you would need, especially for children.... sand toys, chairs, games, toys,etc. A very convenient location as well. We would definitely book again!

Our stay in Treasure Island
The condo was exactly as advertised and our family had a wonderful time there. Within 24 hours of check-in, Whitney had texted us wanting to make sure everything with the condo was ok and that we were satisfied with our choice to stay there...which we were! If we return to the Treasure Island area, we will definitely contact Whitney to reserve time at this very comfortable condo. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo to anyone vacationing in the Treasure Island area.

Back for the 4 time
We were 4 adults and 5 children. The youngest was 2 years old. We had enough room everything worked fine.Nothing to complain about.Clean pool.

Great Stay in a Great Location
This is a great condo in a great location. It's on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator. Everything was as advertised, and the owner was very good to work with on a couple of very minor points. One thing we were very happy to see was there was beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) available to take to the beach. There was even a wagon you could load everything into which made getting to the beach much easier. This was a major plus as this equipment can be expensive to rent at the beach each day. Other locations I have stayed at nearby didn't not have this in the past, so this was a welcome surprise!
The only negative thing I would say is that there is no hot tub on the property. To be fair, the description never included one, but we kind of assumed there would be one near the pool. However, we didn't use the pool very much anyway so, it wasn't a big deal for us.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay!

Gorgeous! Everything you would except and more!
The property is very well kept! Perfect size for two families, view is gorgeous!! 😊 The whole experience was anazing!! Would stay every year at the same property as long as it's available! The owners of the property are very nice and very informational! Any requests they answer and questions as well! Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect sizes. Nothing bad to say about any of it!! 😊
