Place had basics but no personality. Need mirrors in bedrooms, bath mat or grab bars for upstairs shower as very slippery. Door under kitchen sink was off its hinge (we fixed it), knob on stove broken off.

The place was clean. Communication with owner was very good. Super easy drive to Yellowstone. Place was perfect for our Yellowstone vacation.

House was clean, very dated. Kitchen cabinet broken off hinge, 1 burner on stove didn’t work and 1 knob fell off, only 1 small spoon in drawer. Had to ask for wash clothes which were brought over. Poor lighting in kitchen and living room. Beds were comfy as was living room furniture. Bathtub was slippery for us seniors. It met our needs but would not stay again as the price of the house was high for the conditions we encountered. Michele was very responsive and easy to work with.

Damp, dark, no bedroom or bathroom on main floor which was not apparent in advertisement as we wouldn't have stayed here as one of our party has severe issues climbing stairs, disposal not working (until we bought tool and fixed it), tv problems first 5 days (changed carrier and we were told we would get refund), questioned us having small pet which was discussed in previous emails and ok'd. Upstairs bathroom heater not working. As this was our first experience with RVBO we obviously should have asked more questions and been skeptical.

The property was clean and met our needs. The check in process was seamless and my communication with the property manager was prompt.

Location was key for us and this unit did not disappoint. Furniture was comfortable but kitchen was not as well supplied as most we have stayed in. Garbage disposer didn't work at all. Overall, the condo served it purpose and the host was very helpful.

YNP is beautiful- would recommend staying here

Beds were very comfortable, loved key code on the door made it simple for everyone, washer dryer and full kitchen were great for family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This property is on the older side but I think that it's well represented on the VRBO listing. We spent the days in both Yellowstone and Grand Teton and just slept/showered here more or less. Plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. I see that several reviews mentioned that it was difficult to find, which may be the case in the dark. We arrived around 8 pm and it was light out so it was easy for us to find. Access to the property was straightforward and easy. I did have one question of Jay, the property owner and he responded right away. Great experience overall!

very good overall. only one problem: 1. Lst of property is wrong, there is no such addess. because of travel, we miss the last notice, so we have touble finding the place, only after we call, then we got it right. 2. the coffee machine's instructions is not clear. At first, it was leaking water, we thought the machine has problem. Then we figure it out. 3. I think my son already told you, the lower right pot of the range is not working, cannot be use for cooking.

Adjacent to rental shops, trails start right outside your door.

Convenient location for shops and restaurants downtown and park entrance. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen and big table served us well. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be a great addition as well as wash cloths. The upstairs shower knob needs repaired.

Condo was very clean. We were only 3 folks in a rather huge condo. I was imaging an entire group of college nordic skiers inhabiting it for a week or early season training and chuckling to myself! Very clean, quiet Would ask for a few more staples in the kitchen to get us going (starter coffee, some sugar, some teabags and hot chocolate packets?). Grocery shopping was rough in West Yellowston. We found Food Roundup to be better, but were glad that we trucked in a lot of our food from a larger city. All in all comfortable and clean place to rest our heads after long days in the Park.

The location was easy to find. West Yellowstone is a small town easy to get around. The accommodations were clean and convenient. The only suggestion we have is if the owner could put hand soap by the sinks, or just by the kitchen sink. A small but appreciated detail.

Perfectly located close to the west entrance to Yellowstone, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. If we go back to Yellowstone again, we would definitely use this unit again.

This property is all it was billed as, but VERY difficult to locate as there is no address on the building. Multiple calls/texts solved that problem but if you are coming at night, good luck! Overall this is a great location within walking distance of everything in West Yellowstone and only minutes to the West entrance. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in town. Issues we feel the owner should address in order to more accurately reflect the price charged; Post the address somewhere on the property. Provide a welcoming book and/or instructions. Coffee maker needs fixed or replaced (leaks onto counter and floor). WiFi has insufficient range or bandwidth to support multiple users at the same time. TVs in master bedroom and living room would either not connect to Direct TV or would buffer insufferably. Doors in downstairs need their hinges lubricated; very noisy especially during the night. Smoke detector missing from up stairwell. Some linens are past their prime.

The condo was clean and ready for us. Convenient to YNP and the West Yellowstone town. Beds were comfortable and we had all the room we needed. Owner was great to work with when we had to make changes. Would recommend and stay here again!

This is an older property, but was in decent condition. The location for touring Yellowstone was great. The beds were comfortable.

Excellent communication with the property manager. The property is clean, spacious, and with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs; plus a comfortable living room and kitchen.

a little run down on the property... multiple lights didn't work, the bathroom upstairs needs new calk for the seams as the current looks old and moldy. Other than this the property was generally good... definitely a late 70s or early 80s build with little updating... but we weren't in the room much... spend most of our time in YNP.

We enjoyed the vrbo so so much! Everything about it. I would totally stay there again. The amount of driving in order to see things is another story. I prefer to not stay in my car 85% of my vacation. 😖

Everything was clean and plenty of room for everyone. Would suggest mirrors in bedroom so ladies could be getting ready in their rooms and not take up bathroom. Enjoyed our stay.

Rooms very adequate and clean. Master bed extremely comfortable. Check in and check out very easy. Excellent place to stay if you plan on visiting Yellowstone National Park. Very close to good local shopping and dining.

This is a very nice property for visiting Yellowstone. The location is only a few minutes from the west entrance and is super convenient to restaurants, etc in town. Overall a very nicely furnished and maintained townhouse. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. She very kindly agreed to reimburse some of our bill for the last day when we learned at the last minute that we needed to leave early. Only downside, the internet did not work the entire 4 days that we were there. The owner was responsive in trying to get it fixed, but i gather it takes time for the technician to come down from Bozeman. But other than that, a great stay.

Coming from a 5* vrbo, to this place, was a bummer. Place is clean but doesn't feel as clean because it is outdated. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked (everything you need to cook and then some). Both baths are small with only one sink each (hard for our family of 7 sharing). No air conditioning, which was fine for sleeping with windows open (location was quiet) but I don't think I would've been comfortable during the day, thankfully, we were at the park all day. Wifi might as well had been non existent, kids could not connect, I stayed on cellular. Walking distance to West Yellowstone shops/resturaunts/etc. Checking in info was not under vrbo check in info but was emailed to us. Property manager was very helpful assisting us.

This property is a short drive to the park and to grocery stores, shopping and gas. Parking areas are gravel and when it rains there will be puddle in the parking lot. WiFi was not the greatest.

Right outside the park in West Yellowstone, made it very convenient for park visits. Had everything we needed for our stay. Internet was a bit slow, but we were out in the park most of the day so it didn't matter much to us. Great stay!
