Εξαιρετικο διαμερισμα, καθαρο, προσβασιμο. Πολυ καλη και γρηγορη εξυπηρετηση απο τον ιδιοκτητη.

We stayed here for an overnight stop before our flight the following morning. Owner gave helpful access instructions and gave us information for nearby parking. Felt comfortable and spacious and clean. Quiet. Easy walk to sea front harbour or bus to centre of city. We both agreed would happily stay there again

The apartment was huge, the spa tub was also super big and comfy, the bed was excellent and in general the place was very cozy.

Leaving at 10:30, even if we arrived around 17 PM... not that nice, around 2/3 of a day stay.. we would have expected more understanding at least, especially that it was a Sunday when we left.

There was no washing machine for a week stay and i couldn't clean my clothes. No microwave so I couldn't have a fast lunch or heat some food. The people responsible for the facility was rude and treated me like I was owing some favor or like I must feel in debt for paying 90 euro per day to stay in their facility. I was in Thessaloniki early in the morning and requested politely if it's possible to reach the facility as soon as possible. I didn't demand anything just asked if I can check in at 11 o clock. I got a rude response and waited as I should until 14.00. On the last day I made a mistake and thought my check out was the next day. I told the cleaning lady that i will leave tomorrow and then checked my booking, contact the owner through viber and told him i am sorry i made a mistake and i am leaving the room in 20 minutes. I left in 18. He never read my message. He called me and very unproffecionaly informed i was mistaken and i must leave the room. I told him I have send him a message that he admited he didn;t read because he was driving and demanded to leave the room and hang the phone. A good room for some couples or pleasure trip but very rude organizer and not suitable for work or families.

The jacuzzi has some crack but it was working! And the sink at the bathroom it was loose. The bedsheets was clean but the didn't iron it.

Fantastic suite, everything taken care of and detailed information was provided upon check in.

Kind of hard to find, and communicated with the owner entirely through Viber. Otherwise, brilliant.

i liked the fact that the flat was very clean and recently renovated. i liked the enterier and bathroom design in particular.

the bathtube had some issues meaning that the floor of the bathroom was kind of flooded after the bath since it seems the water was slightly leaking.
