This property and the location made a fantastic vacation. The owner responded promptly to any questions and the property had everything we needed. The pool, spa and daily walks to the beach were wonderful. Short distance walk to some good restaurants was also a bonus. Enjoyed this property so much I am trying to figure out when we can go again.

Great location. Short walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood to walk in. The house was nice. Everything you need for a great vacation. Pool and hot tub were great and easy to operate. Could use hand rails at pool and hot tub to help older people to get in and out of. Other than all beds needed toppers for them, which we purchased to use on them while we were there. We absolutely would stay here again and recommend to others.

We are a family of 5, kids aged 2, 3, and 10. We had a blast!! The pool and spa were perfect and the location of the house was a nice bike ride down to town square. Walking distance to the beach, and the Salt water canal was a nice view. The house itself was clean and and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Our kids never wanted to leave!

The property matches the listing and was great for our 2 week family vacation. The house is a smaller 3-bedroom on the canal with pool and hot tub, and is just a short walk to a relatively quite part of Fort Myers beach! Our family of 5 (3 kids 10yo, 6yo, 2yo) enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The owners and property manager were responsive when contacted, although we did not have any issues that required much contact! The house was stocked with everything we needed, including beach items and bikes. Lastly as a note, if you are traveling with children under 2, we did not see any baby/toddler items (pack-n-play, stroller,etc.), so you will need to bring your own.

This was amazing place to stay so close to everything! We got to see a dolphin in the canal and a manatee. The kids loved the pool. It rained a good part of our trip but with the pool being the way it was we got a ton of use out of it!

My family and I rented this house for a week stay in Fort Myers Beach and I cannot say enough great things about it! Maria and Ralph were easy to communicate with and thought of everything you need to stay at their property! The screened in pool and spa are amazing and the short 5 minute walk to the private beach was very convenient! I highly recommend this home for your stay in FMB!

This was the ideal property for our family vacation. First and foremost the property was super clean. They pool was amazing and the walk to the beach was short. The property manager was very responsive with the one issue we had. Great time.

Property was less than a 5 minute walk to beach. Pool had a heater. House had chairs, pool floats , cooler, and towels. Clean, property manager easy to reach.

This was such a fun house to be at. You are on a canal so if you rent a boat you have parking. It is really close to the beach, which you have private access to in just a short 5 minute walk. We loved the location and how it wasn't as busy as the time square area. The beach area here is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and the house made it so comfortable for our family. Maria and her property manager were great to deal with. Thank you for everything! We will be back for sure.

We loved our stay at Maria's house! We have two little children and it was a perfect distance to the beach for them, and thay also loved the heated pool. The pool heater broke half way through or stay, and although the owners were quick to respond, they didn't manage to fix this before we left, which resulted in the kids not being able to use the pool for the remaning time of our stay. Maria compensated us for this. The house was really nice and clean, and there were plenty of spare towels, linen etc. The kitchen was well equipped. The only one thing that was slightly negative, was the time it took Maria to respond once we'd decided we wanted to book her house. However, once conact was established everything went smoothly. We highly reccommend this property and we'd love to come back and stay!

The house and location were perfect. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We totally enjoyed the pool every day and it even managed to cool down a bit so we could use the hot tub. Definitely on our list to go again.

We had a great time...The pool and hot tub were amazing! We had 6 adults for 2 weeks, spent most of our time when we were at the house on the patio, Coffee in the morning, all our meals, evenings in the hot tub & pool, played cards, and little guitar music ... we even made a video for singsnap! Lol! Quick walk to the beach (1 block) & trolley stop was right in front of 7-11 to go north to Time Square for restaurants & shopping and Bowditch Park on the north end of the island or you can go south to Lovers Key Park. Maria was great to work with, she even rearranged her schedule for us so we could have it for 2 weeks when we made our reservation!

This steps-from-the-beach family ranch-style home in Fort Myers Beach is awesome! Six of us thoroughly enjoyed the owners' 3-bedroom beautifully furnished and clean accommodations, along with a relaxing lanai with saltwater pool and hot tub along the canal. Owners Maria and Ralph are very responsive to questions and offered great suggestions and tips. There are plenty of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, pool toys, 4 adult/2 kids bicycles, a grill, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to make meals, although there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby! There are TVs (with cable) in each bedroom, hair dryers in each bathroom, and comfy seating throughout! With a handy washer and dryer in the 2-car garage, you won't need to pack many clothes! The Estero Blvd. construction should be finished soon, and the air-conditioned Trolley is still 75 cents/ride--or you can purchase day/week passes. If we can get our family schedules coordinated soon, we'll be looking to reserve another week -- that is, if you haven't already reserved it!

If you are reading this you are thinking about renting in Fort Myers Beach. I did a lot of research on what part of the island , what type of house and which house to rent. As far as my money is concerned, this is the best deal. You are located in an area that is not crowded and is quiet. The walk to the beach is one block and takes 5 minutes. You also are within walking distance from a pretty decent bar/restaurant (Junkanoo) that is good for both adults and children. Very short drive to the more commercial areas for bars, restaurants and shopping one way and a Publix the other way. The house is a single house and private. A much better selection that a multi floor condo or a joined home if you are looking for some privacy for you and your family. The house is very nice, spotlessly clean and well organized. The owners were really great, efficient and anticipate your needs. An example is that we had flight issues and arrived at midnight. As I was approaching the area I was wondering how we would ever find the house. I turned the corner and there was the mail box with the address displayed like a beacon. Another example is that I screwed up the Wifi and e mailed the owners on a Sunday morning thinking I would hear from them Monday. But they called me in 30 minutes. (luckily I discovered my mistake) but is is all about the effort on their part. And finally, the pool. The pool is great. Clean, on the canal, private with table and chairs for meals. If you are going to Florida you need to have a pool. And if you have a pool why not have you own pool? Great place. Highly recommended.

We spent 3 wonderfull weeks here in April/May and just loved the villa and location.The villa was perfect ,had everything we needed and the outside facilities were wonderfull.Having visited Fort myers for the past seven years has been fantastic and each year we have been lucky enough to stay in lovely accomodation but this villa surpassed them all and hopefully we shall return in the future.

Wonderful home. Nicely equipped with everything you need to enjoy your visit to the Ft. Myers beach area. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and even some towels. Home is clean with a very nice pool area. You can't go wrong with this vacation home.

this place was great. Well located near the beach with several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Lover's key state park is about 10minute drive and we rented kayaks and went hiking as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in April. The owner Maria was easy to deal with and very approachable. The pictures don't do the house justice. It is very spacious (we had 4 adults and 2 kids and still plenty of room) and very clean (there is no longer any carpeting in the house which the pictures don't show). Loved the pool and spa day and night and the beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. Shelling was great in the mornings and the sunsets were beautiful in the evenings. Restaurants and groceries are just a short drive away. Don't hesitate, this one is great! We would return in a heartbeat!

My Husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing week of vacation here in April. The house is clean well equipped, and we loved the pool and spa, we were in a few times a day. The neighborhood is quiet, and close to town, the beach (nice sunset walks on the beach). Everything in the house was in excellent working order, pool nice warm temperature. The house could easily have another couple or a few kids extra, more than enough space for 2 people. We would have loved to stay longer!

I could write forever how wonderful our stay was at this wonderful home. Anything that you need or wanted was there and available. You litterally didn't have to leave the house in order to have paradise, sun, and fun. The backyard pool with spa over looking the canal was so amazing and beautiful. You could play and have fun in the pool, and then moments later jump in the spa and let all your worries and stress melt away in this fabulous spa. We have owned a timeshare at Westgate near Disney for 15 years, but our experience in Fort Myers Beach will be our new destination point. The home owners are wonderful people who bend over backwards to see that all your needs are tended to. The property manager was helpful also. We will make this our new vacation place going forward. If you want a great vacation with the privacy of your own pool and spa, look no futher then this wonderful Fort Myers home, you won't be disappointed.

We were excited about our vacation to visit family and stay at this home based on the pictures, but the actual house was so much more than we anticipated based on the pictures. We were all pleasantly surprised. The screened in lanai with pool and eating area was beautiful and a welcome spot to sit outside and still be on the water after a day at the beach. The walk to and from the beach was nothing, but a block - even with two young children. It was also terrific to be able to walk to dinner at Anthony's. The house itself was extremely well equipped. The beach towels fluffy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals - including our Thanksgiving feast. It of course helped that the weather was wonderful, which made our daily trips to the beach outstanding. The layout has the master bedroom on one side of the home with the living area in the middle and the other two bedrooms share the "public" bathroom - however, it still feels like a lot of privacy - easy to have two families depending on the number of children. The beds were totally comfortable and the living area was more spacious than the pictures conveyed. The boys LOVED the bunk bed and I was thrilled that the bottom bunk was a double since my littlest guy needed company being in a new place. We were grateful for the heated pool which out children loved and the safety fence that was easily removed/opened. It is truly a lovely home that is welcoming and comfortable. With traffic to the island a bit of a concern, we were glad to be so close to this end since we were visiting/back and forth to our family who lives in Fort Myers. We loved that everything was labeled. It made it easy to find everything and put it back in its place. Upon arrival the place was immaculate and extremely well cared for. Having access to a washer and dryer was a real bonus - as well as the shade of a garage. The owner was responsive and easy to coordinate with via email and phone. Our contact for keys, a real estate rep, was also easy to to work with and made herself available if we needed anything. Overall, a well managed, cared for vacation home. We would stay here again without giving it a second thought.
