the staff and the ambiance.. very convenient to all the places i wanted to go...

the bathroom especially.. the sink are not cleaned well..the balde and the tabo are not cleaned well..

Place was ok for the price BUT SHOULD U RUN INTO ANY ISSUES, the property owner will not respond nor entertain you despite them being at fault

DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE. Should u have issues, the owner will not accomodate you. We came in at 9:30 pm. Checked in and left our bags. Went out to have dinner and when we got back, hotel guests were outside clamoring because the hotel didn’t have generator. Apparently, it lost power. The owner couldn’t be contacted but was speaking to the receptionist over the phone. Requests to speak with her were denied. They refused to offer a refund even the power loss and expected us to sleep there without power. Policy is policy but considerations should be in place especially if the guest is not at fault. Operating for years now without back up power.

Toilet lock is broken WiFi no signal Stinky utensils -toilet door broken -only 1 channel of the tv -unstable network which is very bad for us especially we have work remotely while staying there. -snobber daytime receptionist except as nightshift nga receptionist .

Location is nearby the public market, a lot of shops where you can buy foods and sone personal stuff. Location and the room facilities are ok, but they dont have an elevator/lift, which is no accessable to old people or handicapped, its inconvinient going up and down the staircase until 3rd floor. Luckily we stayed on 1st, but it was so tiring for my father aged 78 y.o to went up and down specially he was done for a surgery. Thank you

The security guard assigned that night was polite and helpful.

The female staff who was assigned that night was unapproachable and didn't addressed our concerns. In their description, it says that "Wifi was available in all areas" but we didn't have internet connectivity in our room. In addition, there check out time is until 13:00 but in the front desk, it was posted until 12:00 and if you extend until 13:00, you have to pay for the extended time. The walls inside the room have cracks hence, was not safe particularly during an earthquake. Also, the linens were a little bit dusty.

I don't like that they want hold the key once we go out it's like they don't trust how we keep the key. Plus we are not even pit the cleaning stuff waiting on door bring mop dustpan and everything.
