We have stayed in this property several times and it is continually improving. It is clearly very well managed and looked after.
Catherine and Lee obviously pride themselves on offering an immaculately presented property with many thoughtful extras.
As always the house was exceptionally clean and well presented on our arrival. We loved the improvements in the outdoor space, in particular the garden area.
Jacquee the local manager was always on call if we had any issues and was very attentive at all times.
We love the area especially the Wiggins pass beach park, its so beautiful and relaxing.
The local community has a relaxed atmosphere and feels safe and friendly.

Another fabulous holiday in the most beautiful home. Even lovelier than we remembered from 2016.
The garden transformation is delightful, so much brighter with the white fencing and stunning planting.
Highly recommend this amazingly kept home 10/10.

The Naples Park home was just lovely and Picture Perfect for Our Special 50th Anniversary for my husband and I.
It's a quiet, pretty neighborhood and we just Loved the
beautiful pool, and the outdoor area. The home has everything you need for your stay and for the beach.
We just hated to leave this lovely home, and can't wait until we can return again. The property Manager, Jacquee was wonderful and very helpful.

This was the perfect weekend get away. The owner's were very accommodating and responded quickly about all of our questions we had before even getting there. The house was immaculate and perfect for our group of 3. They had many supplies on hand, so we didn't have to pack or buy. The pool was perfect and only a few minutes drive to the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I give it the highest rating.

Very nice property. Only negatives were the distance from the beach access is 1.7 miles- not 1 mile like the description.
Also the sofa bed was dirty when we pulled it out there were crumbs and the cover was dirty. So we made up the couch with linen and had 1 person sleep there but we would have preferred to use the sofa bed.
Otherwise it was a wonderful house.

The property is lovely and meticulously maintained. It is in an area we found centrally located to all the activities my husband and I enjoy doing. If available, we would definitely stay at this vacation rental again when visiting Naples.

The property is extremely well kept inside out. Everything was in order and well prepared for our visit. Got fit to our small party of three. The house was well stocked and everything needed or desired at hand. We had the most enjoyable stay. The weather was a bit variable the second week, which made the importance of the property amenities even greater. We can and will strongly recommend this property to everyone.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated home in Naples Park. The location was perfect with Vanderbilt Beach and numerous restaurants just a few minutes away. The home felt very spacious with high ceilings and was very well appointed with everything we needed. Although we ate out most meals, the kitchen was very well-equipped had we wanted to cook. We really appreciated the bottled water, coffee and tea as well as some toiletry items available for use so we did not need to immediately run out and shop upon our arrival. The screened-in pool area was lovely and private. The neighborhood was very quiet. Catherine provided a binder full of information about the home, the best restaurants and activities in the area that was very helpful and much appreciated. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Naples.

My husband and I had an awesome stay in this home. The home was so clean, well appointed with thoughtful touches. We very much appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable bed and bedding. The master bath is a dream. The pool is magnificent and the lanai has everything you need. Would recommend this home to singles through families for a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

My wife and I have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this one was HANDS DOWN, the best one yet. Pictures do not do this place justice. Super clean and location is great. The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need, including a Pack n Play which our 8 month old daughter slept in every night. You’ll only need to buy food for your stay!! The master bedroom has sliding doors that open up to the pool. My wife and I were able to enjoy the pool while the baby slept just a few steps away. Backyard is amazing altogether. 5 minute drive to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins. Two minutes from the Mercato. Communication between the owners and property manager was five stars as well. All in all, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the best property yet that we’ve rented. The owners were great in communication and was very helpful in planning and what to expect with our stay. The kids loved the pool! My wife and I loved the wireless speaker system available for relaxing and enjoying the pool. The house was amazing! I wished we booked longer! All we needed was the house and food! They had many amenities and items there we could use instead of purchasing

This home was truly a pleasure to stay in. It was beautiful, so very clean, had everything we needed to prepare our meals inside, or barbecue, was in a terrific location just a short car ride to the beach, had beach towels, umbrella, beach cooler bag etc; and their pool was perfect!!!
We did not need anything. In fact they even had a basket of travel sized supplies in case you forgot something! I am very fussy and I have to say in all the homes that I have rented via VRBO, this is the best one so far.
We loved staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat.

This property is impeccably maintained. You will want for nothing in this house. Top of the line furnishings, attention to detail in every room. Top of the line appliances. The owners have anticipated your every need. All is in order snd clearly marked….sooo organized. Beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, bikes., etc., you will not be disappointed renting this house.

The place was great, neighborhood was nice, we felt comfortable and everyone had a great time.
However after checkout we got a message stating that we left a stain on one of the chairs. We let the host know that the stain was there when we arrived but they stated that it was a new stain and it was wet. We noticed this stain when we got there and truly wish we took a photo upon arrival.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was exactly how it was described and the stay was comfortable. We especially loved the pool area and enjoyed all the restaurants that was recommended by the owner. The check-in and check-out process was easy and we will be definitely returning to the property next time we are in Naples, FL.

Nice getaway
The house was lovely and had all the amenities. We brought our own beach stuff but didn’t need to bring a thing once we saw the house had everything. The pool was great, the beds were super comfy and it was close to everything.

Perfect house for Naples
This home was gorgeous. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relax. We absolutely loved the outdoor area with the pool and grill and spent much of our time hanging out there. The location was ideal and close to the several great grocery stores and was just a quick bike ride to the beach. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
