This was our second stay. Great location and wonderful unit. Clean and airy. Better than advertised on line. Perfect for us! Nicely updated kitchen and decor. Safe, secure and made for an excellent stay.

Close to the action in Carmel and the beach, without being noisy or crowded. Excellent and responsive property manager. Roomy, well kept and modern apartment. The location​ above a commercial building seems a bit odd at first but it's not troublesome at all and lots of places in Carmel are similar.

Great location. The second bedroom was not what we expected - very small. Living are great but no view and not a great outside area. The bathroom was awful. Lights placed poorly and the shower was terrible to get water temp right. Also was difficult to pinpoint location for Lyft and Uber.

This place was clean with a great location in the heart of Carmel walking distance to everything in town. There were 5 of us (2 couples and a single) and we utilized the two bedrooms and pullout couch. There was just enough room for the 5 of us. There is one bathroom and the shower doesn’t have a curtain, it’s a stand in tub shower (I think that’s what it’s called). The toilet seat also has a bidet which is nice if you are into that. The kitchen is stocked with enough cookware and plates, and it is was a nice touch for the owner to supply plenty of coffee! The outdoor space was great. Plenty of seating and heaters with stocked propane tanks so everyone was comfortable. Also, there is a washer dryer with supplies in the outdoor area which was a fabulous surprise. There is a supermarket and liquor store across the street (but they close early) and the place is surrounded by restaurants. All in all everything worked out and we were very happy with our choice of stay.

Easy (except the hill) walk to the beach, wonderful outdoor patio, short walk to great restaurants and shops/galleries. Great 2br apt. We needed a little extra time to shower after the Big Sur marathon and Craig was kind enough to give us a little later check our. Will definitely book again when we return for a longer stay! Thanks Craig!!!

Convenient walking distance to everything in Carmel by the Sea. Great new ammenaties. Comfortable, clean and roomy for 4 guests.

The place was great. Location was great. The owner was very helpful in anything I asked and responded quickly. The place surpassed anything we expected.

This condo is exactly as it is pictured and described. A nice retreat very close to shops and restaurants. The beach is also just a short walk. One recommendation is to add another chair or two to the living area as right now it only sits 3-4 comfortably. Loved the deck area.

We stayed here as a family for several days and were very impressed with the location, attention to detail, and overall comfort of this condo/apt. It has everything you need and is right in the center of Carmel, we are so happy to have chosen it.

My mother and I had a spontaneous girls only getaway and were so happy and pleased with Craig’s wonderful condo right in the heart of Carmel. We were originally supposed to be at the Russian River which was experiencing terrible flooding, and so at the last minute we were so fortunate to find this spacious, comfortable and well appointed place. The location was so easy for us to wander around Carmel and enjoy all that had to offer. Thank you Craig for being such a wonderful and gracious host!

We loved everything from the location (close to the Plaza), the design (beautiful and restful, very nicely updated), to the manager (very helpful and friendly). We would be happy to stay here again!

We loved our stay at the condo -- it was so bright and comfortable and came stocked with everything we could possibly need...even Peet's coffee! The space was recently renovated and has a modern yet cozy feel. We especially loved the fireplace in the master bedroom, the big tub, the porch with couches and firepit, and the parking spot right out front! Perfect location with very responsive and hospitable property manager. We'll be back!

Loved this property!! So much nicer in person, not that the pictures are bad, just so much better to appreciate in person. Very nicely kept and stocked. Loved the bidet!! Thank you Craig for having "On Demand". And thank you so much for the turkey roasting pan, it worked our perfectly!!

Place was better than pictured. Large open concept with 2 outdoor spaces and a parking space - all centrally located. It was very comfortable for my husband and myself. We were able to entertain other family members and friends easily with an outdoor BBQ and fully equipped kitchen. We parked the car and walked almost everywhere including to local markets, restaurants, and homes. Furnishings were comfortable and elegant. Everything was clean and well maintained and were provided with extra bedding, though we did not need it. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider it for our next visit.

I spent a long weekend here with three of my sisters. The location, just above Ocean on Junipero, is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and a mid sized grocery store. It is around a mile to Carmel beach, and an uphill hike back, but this moderately fit 60 something managed it just fine. The kitchen is small, but reasonably well equipped, and the dining set up involves a high table and barstool height chairs -- when local friends dropped by we managed to fit six at the table, but it was snug. The living room is large and comfortable, and the bedrooms reasonably dark and quiet. Anything we needed from Craig, the owner, was addressed promptly, and he returned the deposit promptly, with no nonsense. I would definitely recommend this to friends, and would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. Location was great for walking to everything in town. Market was convenient across street from condo. We ate at The Forge restaurant the first night there and it was very good. Nice outdoor patio and bbq, but we didn't use it. Unfortunately not enough time.

This condo is perfectly located to restaurants and shops downtown and the decor was fantastic. We definitely felt like we were in California! Although it was a tad difficult to find, Mr. Langkamp was quick to answer the phone and give us directions. We would definitely return if we ever visit Carmel again!

Beautifully decorated and comfortable space with easy access to everything you might want to do in Carmel. Very spacious and luxurious accomodations comfortably housed our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 older teenagers). We were able to walk to the beach and see the many shops in downtown Carmel with ease. A water fountain on a timer provides a soothing wakeup each morning and the relaxing atmosphere served as the perfect way to wind down from our busy 10 day stay in CA ! We would definitely consider spending time here again!

The first thing that comes to mind is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Convenient to the beach for my morning run, across the street from Carmel's local grocery store, walk to lunch or dinner. We hope to be back and would definitely recommend this location to friends. Loved watching the birds each morning, come to the bird bath on the porch. Just perfect!

A truly lovely apartment for our visit to Carmel with family. This apartment is quite spacious, quiet, comfortable for four adults and well appointed. The suite offered great places to entertain and enjoy the company of our family throughout the day - with the choice of two outdoor seating areas and multiple seating areas inside. The vaulted ceiling also adds to the spacious feeling of this apartment. It was a delight to make breakfast and lunch in the well appointed kitchen which had everything we needed to enjoy a few meals in. Craig was fantastic with quick and clear communication and the apartment couldn't be easier to find and to gain access to. The location is perfect, at the top of Carmel with an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. Having the parking spot was an added bonus. We left the car parked many days as we just walked around Carmel. A great suite to enjoy with two adult couples or a family. I would highly recommend and we would stay again. Thanks Craig!

We loved staying at this lovely apartment. It was very comfortable and supplied with everything we could wish for. It also has two great decks which we really enjoyed. The location is perfect with great restaurants, groceries, and shops just steps away, and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely return some day!
