5 BR Home Perfect for Family Groups near Lake Powell/Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe
Location de vacances incroyable! Tout est de la plus haute qualité. Planifiez un voyage passionnant dans l'une des meilleures régions du pays. Situé au centre de Canyon Country et au milieu du Grand Circle, vous pourrez visiter de nombreuses destinations passionnantes, dont le lac Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon et bien plus encore! Apportez vos bateaux, remorques, véhicules tout-terrain, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour tous. Les VTT peuvent être montés juste à l'arrière de la propriété sur les sentiers environnants. Regardez le coucher de soleil sur le grand pont couvert alors qu'il tombe à travers les falaises de Vermillion. Laissez les enfants jouer dans l'immense pelouse de l'arrière-cour. À l'intérieur, vous trouverez beaucoup à faire avec la grande salle à aire ouverte avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, des sièges pour 12+ dans le coin repas et bar, et une grande télévision à écran plat de 60 ". Le rez-de-chaussée a un écran de projection surdimensionné pour regarder de grands films et une zone de jeu avec ping-pong et table de jeu. Cette maison a 1 très grand lit, 5 grands lits et 2 canapés-lits supplémentaires. Tous les meubles sont neufs et confortables pour se détendre après une longue journée à jouer à l'extérieur. Il y a deux climatiseurs pour vous garder au frais ainsi qu'un foyer à gaz à deux faces pour plus de chaleur et d'ambiance en hiver. La propriété est entièrement clôturée avec une zone pour chiens séparée avec accès au coin du garage pour les journées chaudes de votre animal de compagnie. Désolé, les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés à l'intérieur de la maison, mais l'espace chien est disponible. Cette propriété est vraiment incroyable!

This house by far exceeds expectations. With great sun rise sunset views and it’s alike two houses under one roof. CLEAN and roomy. We planned for a half marathon as a family of 9 but could of had room for many more. Plenty of floor space and kitchen was stocked. Again very clean. Just can’t recommend enough for small family or large group.

This was an awesome house to stay in. We had 5 couples and each was able to have their own bedroom. It was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of space to park our boat each night. This house is central to restaurants, both lake Powell marinas and horseshoe bend. It has a huge dining table that we sat around each night and played games. We would definitely stay here again.
One day we kayaked down the Colorado river and started at glen canyon and got out at Lees Ferry. Would highly recommend. We booked through kayakhorseshoebend.com and they were great!

We could park the boats on the side of the house and they even had an open garage.
Kitchen has plenty of space for seating- although we never cooked, it looked well equipped. We would stay again for sure.

Nice location , 10-15 min drive to the lake , near Walmart for supplies . Ping pong table was added fun. Great instructions and nice house

Nice property with great views. Large back yard. Plenty of space for the 16 of us. Easy access to Walmart and road going to Lake Powell bypassing the city. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here multiple times and Dawnell is wonderful to work with. The house is clean, has lots of amenities and large enough for a large group. Dawnell is always very accommodating snd responds quickly to questions. Thanks again for a great Lake Powell vacation!

This house was very comfortable for our large family reunion. There was plenty of space to spread out and everyone had their own space. Great location. Excellent communication with mangers. It had everything we needed and is really comfortable. We all had a wonderful time

This house had eveverything! We were 1.8 miles from the race site, stores and restaurants were only a few miles away and all of the aid stations that my husband could see me at were less than 5 miles from the house.
We travel quite a bit for races and I am always the one tasked with finding accommodations. I always worry if everyone is going to like the house I pick out. Everyone raved about it!

Positives: LOTS of space. Disney+ was nice. We watched a family movie together :-)
Negatives: knives were too blunt and not usable for cooking. Spent at least an hour sharpening. For such a fancy looking house, it was surprising that quite a bit of the crockery (plates, bowls...) was chipped. Mattresses were too soft for us but some people might like that. Throws for the living room would have made it cosier.
Really good option for the area. Very peaceful with nice views.

If can easily accommodate 12 or more people without feeling crowded. The only negative I have is that some of the non sticking cookwares are so scratched up that they should be replaced. .

We loved staying here. The kids loved all of the games downstairs. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed the location, near the antelope boat launch.
