We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful ground floor condo. Plenty of beds and we loved having 2 bathrooms. Close to restaurants and grocery stores made it convenient to shop.
The beach service guys were very sweet and attentive to all their guests. We have stayed in the Breakers twice and plan on returning again on the future.

Really enjoyed our stay in the ground floor unit. Plenty of beds and towels along with utensils and the ice maker worked great. This was the 2nd time at the Breakers and we will return in the future.

The condo was beautiful, clean and the beds were comfortable. You cant get much closer to the beach than this! We loved being able to step out of the condo straight to the lawn. You can even see the pool from the condo. This trip has been our best family trip yet. The beach is so clean and no craziness going on. We would definitely book here again!!

It was my mother and 10 yr old son and myself and we wanted a vacation that we did absolutely nothing and not worry about hustle and bustle of being somewhere. And we booked this condo to do just that. It was awesome being ground level and steps from the beach. We lived sitting in the beach then coming back to sit and let my little one play on the grass area. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a bigger tv in living area as we had a couple days we were inside due to weather, and tv is on the smaller size. But overall we loved our stay. And hope to be back in future.

Excellent property and location with a great view, super easy access, 30 yards to the beach and friendly neighbors. The site was perfect for our needs once we got past the cleaning issues. Owners/managers are very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. We had a very m relaxing stay and plan to come back again.

Will never rent from a property manager only owners. One bedroom only had bottom sheets and not all pillows had pillow cases. Would never rent again

The condo had an amazing view of the beach and Gulf! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. Housekeeping could have done a much better job. Blankets were not washed between guests.

Our unit had several problems. Great location, been in the complex before. But , there was no remote for the tv in second bedroom. Mold around base of shower off BR2. Wall outlet completely loose under TV in BR2. TV instructions incorrect in living room - no input called “coax”. No sheet on bed 2 in bedroom 2. Paint peeling on bathroom walls. Otherwise fine. Great rate for October, but needs a little TLC.

This was perfect for what we needed! Steps from the beach, 1st floor, uncovered parking, great appliances (washer/dryer combo worked great!!). If I were to be super critical, the only improvements I would suggest would be redoing the paint/sheetrock inside as you can see blemishes in the living area and bathrooms, and new mattresses. The mattresses were alright comfortable, but definitely need replacing at some point. Otherwise 10/10!

I could go on and on about all the good things about this sweet condo. The ground floor location with quick access to the beach was unbeatable. Our family went back and forth all day with such ease. Our boys enjoyed playing football in the grassy yard out the back porch. The condo is well stocked and was immaculate when we walked in. You can tell a loving family takes pride in this space. Had a wonderful time, the location of this rental is perfect, and accommodation was flawless. This unit is very convenient to beach access and pool access. Unit itself is very roomy with all the necessities. I will definitely check for availability of this unit every year. Was a wonderful stay.
