Beautiful Spacious 4 Bedroom Home
Situé en ville, à distance de marche du centre-ville (10 minutes à pied). À côté de la zone humide et du sentier périphérique. En face de l'aire de jeux et du terrain de basket. Grande maison à partager avec 2 familles. La maison a 4 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bain.

Grande cuisine gastronomique avec cuisinière à gaz, lave-vaisselle et machine à expresso. La cuisine a beaucoup d'extras (Vitamix, machine à expresso italienne, bons couteaux, etc.).
L'arrière-cour a un grand patio, une table extérieure et un barbecue Weber.
Garage double. Pas d'animaux s'il vous plaît. Maison strictement non fumeur. L'événement ou la fête doit être pré-approuvé.

Great place to stay, super clean!, lots of room, great little neighborhood; location is great and very centrally located to all activities and town. We floated the Bulkley a number of days so easy access to boat ramps. Jennifer and her family made us feel very welcome and communication was outstanding. I would highly recommend. Thank Jen and Ryan for opening up your home.

We had an excellent time! This is a beautiful spacious home that suited our needs perfectly for our two families (8 people in total). Enough space to be staying together and enjoying each other’s company but not in each other’s hair 😃

What a great place to stay! We were so lucky to find this gem. It's an absolute stunning home in perhaps the nicest neighborhood in Smithers. Easy walking distance to shopping or to enjoy a delicious meal at one of Smithers' fantastic restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the Perimeter Trail just steps from the house. This was our second trip to Smithers, and were blown away again by the gorgeous scenery and the limitless outdoor recreational opportunities just minutes from town. We can't wait for our next visit to the lovely Bulkley Valley. We'd be very happy to stay again in this comfortable home!

Smithers Fall Fair #100
Great location as we walked to downtown area of Smithers each day. The house is roomy and the extra bonus room over the garage with it’s own stair case and privacy was ideal for the 2 families staying. All necessary things were there to make our 5 night stay enjoyable. Quiet. Thanks

Excellent stay
Great location, close to amenities and walking/biking trails through wetlands and town trail network. High quality well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.
