There was no AC and no other way to accommodate me with no offer for a partial refund or credit for having to sleep without AC. The dirty fan they don’t bother to dust off was not enough to keep the room cool.

Good room, clean and had a fridge. Fairly quiet and continental b'fast included. Food nearby, by phone, Boston Pizza delivered to the room. Wine and beer store across the hwy 16. Easy to walk to in 2 mins.

You get what you pay for. Room was clean and bed was comfy… just very outdated. And if you are on the lower floor, it sounds like elephants are above you and you hear everyone going down the hallway above. If you share the hotel with work crews like we did, you will not be sleeping in if that is your plan. Otherwise the area was quiet, the parking lot a little bit treacherous due to some super deep potholes and curb that could be driven off when leaving the parking lot and entering the front street as it is not marked and blends in.

Our beds did not have Clean sheets! I went to management and got sheets and changed them myself! With a bit more cleaning, this could be a nice place! The bathroom was OK

The concierge was ok but had to wait for a long time. The towels were poor quality and needs to change. The bathroom needs upgrade as the toilets and sink needs fixing. Overall, i would give a 3 stars

Definitely old and rundown. Linens were spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. The couch has probably never been cleaned since the 60’s or 70’s when it was first purchased, I had to clean to ceiling fan so that I could turn it on or else dust/grime would have gotten into the meal I was cooking. We rented a room with a kitchen, it was lacking supplies… dishcloths, dish towels, clean sponge to wash dishes with, dish detergent was watered down, no drying rack, barely enough dishes or cutlery for the 3 of us (had to improvise) and cooking utensils were lacking. Basically, you have a stove, a sink and a fridge… bring what you need to cook, eat with and clean. Overall, I would stay again, as the cleanliness of the linens and comfort of the beds makes it worth it.

Parking was not convenient. Hallways were long and old looking. In room the carpet was stained and old. Front attendant was ok but not overly friendly.

The room I reserved was not available upon arrival so my family was split up into two rooms on separate floors at the complete ends of the motel, maintenance and cleanliness were sorely lacking. The only positive was the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean room, quiet. Plus breakfast, very nice.

I stopped here for one night and decided to stay here for the rest of the 10 days I need to be in Smithers. The manager kindly found me another room more suitable for a longer stay. Breakfast is nice too. Everything clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores, Main Street, all very walkable from the Capri.

Upon first entry of the room there was garbage from the last person who stayed.. the room's AC was broken so we asked for a fan. Worker said shed ask her manager and we go no reply. Bathroom sink and tub were clogged. While showering the water filled to our ankles because it was clogged
