Location is really convenient

No elevator

First of all, many thanks to the host Hamid; he really took the time to explain everything. It wasn't that hard for me to find the apartment. All apartments have numbers, and the guards at the entrance will help you get there. This apartment was located at Prestigia Jade. The location of this accommodation was excellent. It was located in the well-known Prestigia area. A little 6 minutes drive to the airport. You also have two malls nearby, the Menara Mall and the Mazar Mall. I rented a car and would highly recommend doing that so you are mobile. Three rooms all had a television with smart functionalities like Netflix, Youtube etc.

It didn't bother me that much but take into account taking off and descending planes.

Excellent facilities, TVs in 2 bedrooms plus the large screen in the sitting room. Lovely interior decor and comfortable beds.

The apartment exceeded our expectations.

The location was great, it was easy getting to the local shopping places and tourist areas, as well as cheap taxi services (if you can haggle). The area was very quiet and peaceful. The views from the balconies were amazing! The apartment itself had a homey feel to it as we bought our own breakfast and stayed there as a family (6 people). We ate out at local eateries which were easy to get to by taxi. The security there is very good so you feel safe. All in all, Marrakesh was incredible, we miss it very much and we would all definitely come back here. Thank you for having us!

We have nothing bad to say about it.

The location was a little far out from the main city which meant getting a taxi from the main road was not easy. That was ok though because the guard at reception was more than happy to call a taxi for us. The problem we had was that Booking.com had the check-in time as 12pm but the host said we were not able to check in until 2pm. The same was true for checkout where Booking.com stated the time as 12pm but the host wanted check-out to be 11am. This was fine and Miriam was kind enough to let us checkout at 12pm. She was also an excellent host. We had a fantastic stay at the apartment and we would use it again. It was fresh and modern with all of the amenities you would require whilst on holiday.

The cleaner was still cleaning up when we arrived at 2pm and didn't finish until after 3pm. She was a lovely lady but after a long flight, we just wanted to check in and relax.
