The home was clean and cared for, with a private fenced yard. Minor things like a limited supply of toilet paper, two women for a week need more than an extra roll. We weren't aware the area had hard water and suffered some gastric distress, which made the lack of TP worse. The couches sit low and I needed a foot stool for comfort, so I bought a couple to elevate my feet and relax and ended up leaving them there. The staff, via email and text appeared attentive before our arrival, but didn't respond when I requested a shower chair for my traveling companion. We didn't hear from them till we left. Then my phone heats up with accusations of an unauthorized dog, among other complaints. I had notified them we were bringing a small pup, and sent a screen shot of the email, which seemed to clear things up. All in all it was a good location for our needs, visiting our friend, but the management appeared to be looking for issues to charge me for. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Place was very clean when we arrived and space worked well for our stay. We're enjoyed the backyard and so did our dog! Also really appreciated the utensils and cookware that were provided.

Convenient location for our needs on this trip. Easy to park.
The only TV was an Apple device, and it appears that we can only get three or four channels without signing up for other services. The furnishings were a mish-mash. The mattress and bedding were less than optimal. The fee was comparable to a decent motel - - until the cleaning fee is added.

It was centrally located to family. It had an open floor plan.
We would have liked to have had dish towels. The one bedroom that backed to the garage was very noisy when the furnace went on, it was very cold that weekend.

It was very clean and comfortable and I had the entire house to myself. Quite neighborhood and as this was a town house I could not hear any of the adjoining houses. Would stay there again. Much better than a hotel. Was able to get ahold of the host every time I had questions.

The house was very nicely set up and inviting. I was able to do what I needed to in the kitchen for our family. The beds were very comfortable for us.
We could not get the back door to open so we could enjoy the backyard and the weather. The pillows were very flat for us, so that was disappointing when you have comfortable beds.

Many of the doors would not latch lock. Back sliding glass door kept sliding out of track. Just some matains issues.

Wife noticed a couple of cobwebs master bedroom and chandelier above dining table. Mostly we were expecting a barbecue as seen on photos , took food to barbecue

Nice location, worked well for family who live close by. Was fantastic for our dog, she was very relaxed...
It would have been nice to see a king bed as I sm 6ft 4in tall. The queen worked, but not ideal.

The location, stores close by. It was quiet had a feel of home ,comfortable. Will be coming back and recommended to other family members who visit there.

There was no breakfast. We used Grub Hub to order breakfast.
The dishes in the cabinet were not that clean, and I couldn't find any trash bags in the house. It would be nice if a box fan were included to provide white noise, because it seems the neighbors like to leave their dog outside at night.

It was very comfortable. The back yard would have been great. If I had brought my dog.
The shower in the main bath was slow to drain.

Liked the location and we have a dog so it was nice to be able to let her out in the fenced yard. Staff very helpful and friendly. So much nicer than a hotel room for same price.
