Room was comfortable mostly quiet and spacious.

Staff was poorly trained when it comes to third party reservations. They ran my card and double charged me because they didn't know where to look for the payment from Priceline.

our door has a broken latch. door has a gap where you could see out in hallway on the left lower side and if someone wanted peek in they could just get down and peek in.

There was a good variety of options, and even a possibility of accommodating some dietary restrictions.

Proximity to my reason for coming to Idaho.

No elevators. I am 76 with back problems and the steps were torture. Plus the woman that checked us in Friday night, was on the first day of her new job. She didn't offer a first floor room. She didn't even know where TV controls were kept. She was not friendly--never smiled once any of the times I saw her. The food was below par for breakfast. No fresh fruit. First day the OJ was flat--not OJ.

This was a unplanned trip that came up so location was not really an issue. Stay was ok but nothing special.

The cleanliness of lobby and entry could have been more inviting. The room was small and AC unit was loud, unpleasant to sleep with added noise. Breakfast bar ran out of utensils, had to ask desk personal for help and they were off doing something else.

Entry slope is dangerous. Room was super cramped. Closets are bigger than the bathroom. I requested a handicap room they didn’t get it

The breakfast was great our biggest complaint was on the size of the room the fact that the bathroom door worked very hard it was hard to close and also the bed did not seem comfortable. We were put in a disabled persons room with all the handles and bars and everything which sure we didn’t like

Under staffed had to wait. Lady was nice n professional. Just had a Long wait to check in. There was a very bad smell n hallway like a fish smell or ? It disappated over time.
