This was wonderful hotel service in a condo, the best of the 2 worlds. By far the best experience so far. Communication was easy and quick, the property was extremely clean and tidy, and it had everything we needed with little kids.

Gorgeous room with plenty of space for our family of 7. Super convenient right on the beach close to pier park and also got 2 beach chairs and an umbrella! Had lots of amenities provided such as beach boards and sand things and we loved the nespresso machine.

This condo has it all! The owners truly have thought of everything one would need. The decor was so nice and modern. I loved the new paint colors.Everything was clean and well maintained. I liked the refrigerator so well that I’m going to go buy the same one for my own home. The trash chute was right outside the front door which was fabulous. If you know, you know right? The host was so nice and checked on our safety durning a storm. We truly couldn’t ask for any better except maybe a few extra blankets because the AC worked extremely well. We travel very often and this trip was one of our favorites. Walking distance to pier park and lots of restaurant's was a huge plus as well. We definitely hope to be back.

The condo was amazing. The views were fantastic. The pictures were spot on.
The only set back was the chairs for the "front row" were reserved through the week prior to us arriving so we did not have front row. That did not stop us from getting some sun.

We stayed in the condo for a quick family vacation with a couple of friends. The layout of this unit is perfect, with the massive couch and Sonos sound system. We had a small issue with the air not working fully, but Paul responded quickly to our message and had it fixed within an hour. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo
The condo was beautifully decorated and cozy. Having 2 full bathrooms was a huge plus when you have teenagers. The view from the balcony was amazing. The bed was so comfortable!

Very Nice
This was our first time staying in this unit. We were very pleased. The owner was very responsive. The bed was super-comfortable with plenty of pillows and very comfortable blankets and bedding. The kitchen had extra things like a Keruig, blender, plastic storage container, dish detergent, dish washing detergent. There was even laundry detergent which we didn't use; we brought our own.
The deck had very nice lounge chairs and high seat chairs. The view of the bridge and ocean was spectacular!
The couch is a bit uncomfortable but was not a game-changer for us.
The room was quiet and peaceful. The overhead fan in the bedroom was very nice. It only has one speed-full blast, which was fine with us too.
We would definitely come back to this room in the future. We are already looking for a time to return.

We have stayed at Calypso many times now & have always had a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be anymore perfectly located & the condo was very clean & nice. The owners were great at explaining all instructions for check in/out through an email. We will definately be back!!!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Unit 707 at Calypso. Paul, the owner, was amazing with all communication and details with our stay. The unit itself was just as pictured and the beds were very comfortable. The views from the balcony were beautiful and breathtaking. Everything from Pier Park to restaurant's are within walking distance. A great location and a great stay. We will definitely book this condo again in the future. You will not be disappointed!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Paul & Amy's Beach Retreat! From the booking, to the accommodations, to the location, it was all perfect! The condo was clean upon arrival. The check-in was a breeze, and the condo is within walking distance to food and entertainment. We had a perfect vacation here!

Have stayed here the last 7 years, 1-2 times a year. Paul is easy to work with and prompt in answering any questions. It is wonderful to walk into a clean relaxing condo ( great bed) and have a wonderful view of the beach and gulf. It’s our favorite spot.
