Charmante et spacieuse maison familiale, la maison est ensoleillée avec des plafonds cathédrale et de grandes fenêtres donnant sur la baie de Morro. Profitez de plusieurs ponts dans toute la maison. Grande terrasse à manger avec barbecue, 2 grandes tables à manger dans une cour privée fermée. Très grande cuisine moderne et gastronomique, entièrement équipée. La cuisine est entièrement ouverte sur la salle à manger avec table et chaises, deux canapés et télévision par câble. Lits queen dans le maître et deux autres chambres. De plus, la chambre bonus a un lit double. La bibliothèque a un lit de repos et un lit gigogne pour dormir 2 de plus. Tous les lits ont des matelas confortables. Salle de bain principale a une grande baignoire jacuzzi avec placard intimité séparé et lavabo supplémentaire. . Internet haut débit et wifi. Le salon a des plafonds cathédrale, une cheminée, des ventilateurs de plafond, deux canapés et causeuse pleine grandeur, la télévision par câble avec HBO et des fenêtres à grande portée avec curseur sur le pont vista. Un endroit parfait pour une expérience discrète et relaxante.

Accurate description in the listing. 1 mile walk (or drive) to 4 restaurants. Worked well for the 6 of us that stayed, the newlyweds who live in town, and the 3 new in-laws. We were able to move a table and chairs to the house for 11 to

We were pleasantly surprised by the walk ability of the neighborhood and walked every morning to the preserve down the street. The house was perfect for our family - plenty of space for the kids to play and for our family to have conversations together both indoors and on the patio. We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary tools. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations!

The property is located in a pretty quiet street close to baywood park. The home has plenty of space for multiple people to stay comfortably. As many other people have said before me the house 100% needs a good deep cleaning. The ceiling fans, air vents, and baseboards were very dirty. The bath tubs all were wiped clean but again had soap scum and grim in the edges. Also the people before us must have had a dog because there was dog hair on the couches. The court yard was nice and i would have loved to use it during the day but the house next door is being remodeled and from 8 am to 5 pm at night all you could hear was loud construction and see workers all over on the roof which was disappointing because that means they could look all the way into the yard. Hard to relax listening to construction work. If you are using this property in the next few weeks be prepared for the noise.

House was spacious and clean. It appeared to be an older house that was expanded and updated; very nice. Great view upstairs, nice outdoor courtyard, close to outdoor recreational areas and eating places. The only issue was the kitchen lacked a few cooking tools, but we made it work. I would rent it again.

Have stayed in this home several times over the years, and have always found it very comfortable and user friendly. Great location, good parking, good, well furnished kitchen, and has laundry available. Owner is always responsive and helpful, when needed. Great for family gathering. Recommend highly.

The pictures and description were accurate. Quiet neighborhood very close to the water and hiking at the ecological reserve. The children enjoyed the jet tub and the upstairs common room with balcony. Overall it was pretty clean, but the floors could use a good cleaning. The kids' bare feet were black within a few hours of arriving and walking around the house. There was also a plate of food left in the microwave, which must have been there for a few weeks as you couldn't see the food through all of the mold. We would definitely come again.

The Los Osos/Morro Bay home was great for a family stay. We really enjoyed all the activities we did in the surrounding area. the home was cozy and comfortable and it fit our family ranging from 6-66 well. Nice that our dog could stay too. Kitchen had what we needed to cook several meals for ourselves. Be aware that the beds are high up (there was a step in the master closet to use)

Great Place for Family Gathering
Our recent stay was one of several in this home, and each time we have found it to be a comfortable home away from home for family gatherings. It is located very conveniently to many coastal attractions. Great view of the bay from the upstairs family room. Parking is good. We will likely try to stay in this VRBO rental for future family rendezvous,

Seven family members chose to have a weekend together at the coast instead of giving each other Christmas gifts. This home was perfect for us, with lots of space. It is located near all of our favorite spots - Montana de Oro Park, Cambria, etc.
The home also has a nice view of Morro Rock and lovely sunsets.
I did not have complaints about the sheets or towels, but the rest of the home was not particularly clean. The carpet is stained and the décor is tired and dated. The outside areas were not prepared for our visit at all, with unswept decks and knee-high weeds growing through the beautiful flowers in the garden.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would suggest more vigorous cleaning prior to arrivals.

The rental, and communication was simple and the house was even better than described. I concur with other comments regarding a DVD player, but this wasn't truly missed, after all is said and done. I can't recall when I have enjoyed spending time with my friends more, and a lot of that has to do with the wonderful peaceful feeling of both this home and the city of Los Osos.
The house was wonderful, fully stocked, and very logically situated. We prepared very delicious meals and the upstairs den was thoroughly relaxing. We hope to return soon!

Great rental for a family group
We loved the time we spent at this rental. All the arrangements were easy and all the property details were on a sheet by the front door. Our family of 7 adults and 2 little kids were all able to spread out and find our own space, as well as spending time together dining & relaxing. We prepared about half our meals at the house and found all the kitchen equipment in good shape. Every possible cooking & dining item was there. Here are my only 2 “comments”: there was no DVD player, although there wasn’t one listed on the house inventory. The parents were hoping for a DVD player to entertain the little kids. Seems like it would be an easy piece to add. My other comment is that we didn’t realize it was a 2-story house. For us, this was a great thing. We loved having the 2 separate levels to keep noisy adults away from sleeping kids. Just saying, though, that the stairs (which includes sleeping arrangements for 3 or so) might not work for everyone. Overall, a great rental. We appreciated being away from the Morro Bay/Pismo resort craziness. Los Osos really just feels like a regular neighborhood and it makes you feel like a local - even if just for a few days.

Quiet and pleasant home
My family enjoyed it's stay. It was our first time in Los Osos and were happy with the proximity to other coastal towns. The house was spacious and did provide privacy. We traveled with children so they enjoyed the space upstairs away from the adults.

The house was comfortful and well equipment with llinens, dishes and plenty of hot water for the big family. The view off of the front deck expanded to see the Morro Rock, which was amazing. The family enjoyed the house and appreciated the comfort of the property.

Loved this comfortable home, very accommodating to my family. It was everything HomeAway said. My grandsons loved spending time together, it was close to Morro Bay which was AWESOME!!! Will be returning in the future.

Lovely Los Osos
Lovely place to stay and relax. It’s easy to get to the beaches (driving), and walk to the bird sanctuary. The two separated living areas were great for those who wanted to play a loud and lively game of cards, and for those who want to quietly read. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
