Very clean home, perfect for a family of 4 or family +1. Nice kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms and a relaxing backyard and pool. Good neighborhood. This was just what we needed! Bikes, washer/dryer on site. Walking/biking distance to beach. Great communication with owners. Thank you!

The home was clean and perfect for the 6 people we had in our group. The neighborhood was nice and convenient. Easy to get around. The pool was very nice! We enjoyed our stay immensely despite the storm at the beginning of the trip.

We had an amazing time!! The house was perfect for the 6 of us. It was so clean and had everything we needed from linens to beach chairs/umbrellas. The pool was perfect for the kids to burn off energy in between the beach and other activities. We didn’t want to leave. 10 out of 10 recommend this house!

I would definitely stay at this property again. Check in was seamless & the house had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, only a few minutes drive to our two favorite beaches — Delnor Wiggins and Vanderbilt. The teenagers with us enjoyed riding the bikes to the beaches and around the neighborhood. Dan was quick to respond to the few questions I had initially. I hope this house is available next time I’m in Naples!

Cannot say a bad word about our vacation house. It was very clean and our time spent was very enjoyable, except for the heat and humidity, lol. The home was very cool to escape the heat and humidity. Should we go back to Naples for another vacation it will be the house we stayed at. Thank you, Dan!

The property was everything we expected and more. The location was excellent, with close proximity to two beaches and easy access to some fantastic nature areas like Big Cypress Preserve and Corkscrew Audubon Sanctuary. Our grandkids from Minnesota loved the pool, and it was almost impossible to get them out of it.
We had a couple of minor issues arise with the house during our stay, and the owner took care of them immediately after we notified him of the issues. Although one of the issues was a typical wear-and-tear event and required additional work beyond our stay, the interim fix the owner put in place worked out well, and he even provided a partial refund for our inconvenience. We didn't expect that, and it just demonstrated how the owner treats his guests. Kudos to Dan.

This house is in great condition and has everything that you would need including a beautiful, private backyard with a good size pool, and a large screen porch. It's located in a cute, single family home community a little over a mile from two beautiful beaches. There is public beach parking available for $10/day. The house has easy access to several grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. I'd stay there again.

We are a family of 6 and were comfortable in your home. The warm pool was a plus and the kitchen well stocked. We had great response from Dan for a minor question. We had hoped the master bath would have been larger with more counter space and it’s a little dated.

Absolutely fantastic with every thing you want in the property even heated pool, bikes for those enthusiastic to use them ample parking inside or garage. Nearby supermarket short drive away plus numerous eat out places. Would definitely stay here again the best we both enjoyed this property.

Location was great and the house had everything we needed. It was very close to nice beaches and restaurants. We also really enjoyed the pool and the grill. It was a nice vacation to disconnect and have fun with the family.

Property was located in a great proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool was fantastic. Inside could use a fresh coat of paint and water pressure and temperature was poor in master bath. Kitchen was well stocked but disposal did not work. Back lanai was great for eating breakfast and taking a break from the sun. The neighbor was very helpful as was Dan. We really enjoyed ourselves.

This house was great had everything we needed for relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Heated pool was amazing.... weather was perfect in April. House is located in residential and rental neighborhood and there's plenty of running and walking opportunities. We biked to the nearby beach to enjoy the calm ocean in the morning. Needed a safe comfortable place for family from Cape Coral to escape to. Very clean, comfortable home that is very well set up for kids. It is in a quiet safe neighborhood. Dan was very professional. We had no issues to communicate with him about during the brief stay but he responded very promptly when we were inquiring and confirming the booking. Highly recommend his property.
