Luxurious Condo on the 5th Floor! Only a 7 Minute Walk to Flora Bama!
Vous allez adorer le spacieux balcon de 300 pieds carrés de ce condo! La vue sur l'océan est ce dont il s'agit ... non? Eh bien, vous obtiendrez le meilleur ici! Le condo est très ouvert avec plus de 1300 pieds carrés de vie. C'est beaucoup plus grand que la plupart des condos de 2 chambres! La grande cuisine ouverte a également une vue fantastique sur le golfe! Vous allez adorer cuisiner ici! La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une salle de bain privée et une entrée sur le balcon avant du golfe. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles avec une baignoire attenante. Et, si vous souhaitez vous entraîner pendant que vous êtes à la plage, il y a un gymnase universel avec des machines elliptiques, des tapis roulants et des vélos stationnaires. PLUS, il y a un sauna et un hammam pour votre plaisir! Cet endroit est fantastique! Veuillez donc réserver votre réservation dès aujourd'hui!

Liked the soaps/dispensers in kitchen and bathrooms. Wish there was an ice machine like others there we have stayed in. Upper vents need swept/ cleaned. Liked having at least one chair that could be sat in with damp suit and dry towel.
Bathtub dripped all the time. Didn’t bother us but sure would add up $$.Would’ve liked cabinet to store food in As it was we had it all out in open on fridge and counters. Just made it look cluttered. Overall we like Regency for its mom and pop feel. Not too crowded, family friendly atmosphere. Not walking distance to much is downside.

This is the third condo we have rented at Regency Isle. We love the property because of the views, ease of getting to the beach, and the indoor and outdoor pool for the kids. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. It could use some updating, but just cosmetic things. We would stay here again.

Love the short walk to FloraBama bar and the view from the balcony if beautiful! We saw dolphins every day.

We will definitely mark this condo as our go to vacation spot in the future. It was very comfortable, beautiful views of the gulf, great facilities, great towels and kitchen utencils.
I would definitely recommend this condo!!! I would have preferred a dead bolt interior lock on the entry door; need to add more slip preventive pads in 2nd bedroom bath. Thanks for sharing your condo!

This was our second time to Orange Beach, and staying in this condo, as we loved it so much when we visited a few years ago. The place is even better than the pictures show. We just cannot say enough great things about the place. We will definitely be back!

Met friends for what is becoming an annual event. While this condo has not had a recent update, it was still comfortable and adequately met our needs. Does not have an ice maker other than the refrigerator.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 - the rooms and balcony were very large. We enjoyed the location and the beach access was great. This property has both an indoor and outdoor pool, which was great when we had cool weather on one of our Fall Break days.

We had an amazing family vacation in Orange Beach. The condo was in the best location. My husband and I could watch our teenage girls at the beach or pool from our large balcony. The three bathrooms were so helpful (again…teenage girls). The main bedroom bed so very comfortable, and the rest of the condo had enough room for everyone to spread out or to come together. We use VRBO frequently and this stay was by far our best!

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean with plenty of room for us. We had 5 adults and 2 children. The balcony was huge. The communication was excellent. They checked on us by email daily to be sure we didn't need anything or have any issues. Before we got there I had I question and got an immediate response. If you are looking for a place with a lot of restaurants to walk to this isn't the area you want. We just drove over to Orange Beach for that. We would absolutely stay here again.

The Beach and pool were awesome, not too crowded even going on a holiday weekend. Unit was as described, the only complaint I have was the assigned parking spot was a PAIN to get in and out of, not much you can do about that though, other than that it was a wonderful stay.

This condo unit was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything we needed and the towels were the softest ever. Lots of beach chairs and toys. Great communication from the host all through the process and our stay.

Condo and facility were awesome- well laid out and everything needed was provided. Excellent and easy grilling stations for easy meal prep. Restaurants were amazing and service great.
Overall excellent beach, views, accommodations and area. We will certainly be back!

We were really impressed with how nice and clean everything was. Great space and comfy furnishings! Even though it was too cold to go down on the beach the first few days (as it was freezing over Christmas) we were able to enjoy the warm sun on the balcony. We would definitely come back!

This condo is perfect for a family of six. We had plenty of room. The balcony is huge! Everything about this place was perfect for us. I love the half bath with laundry room. We had a wonderful time on this trip!

Everything went great. I have zero complaints and highly recommend this listing. The only “slight” ding would be that the parking spot is in the corner of the garage and makes it difficult to back out if you have a large vehicle. Very minor thing really. Would definitely come back.

The condo had a dirty smell as soon as we walked into the room. First thing I noticed was a ton of crumbs on top of the toaster and crumbs and stuff in the sink which really explained itself. I found hairs still in the bathroom floor and on the counter. I immediately washed all of the sheets because they seemed dirty and I didn't trust the cleaners. A bowl I got out to put pineapple in was dirty so therefore every dish I used I pre-washed it. My husband and kids feet were black from just walking on the floor which I should have taken several pictures. For the price of this condo it was not worth it and you may need to check on the cleaning company you are using because it's apparent they are only doing the bare minimum. I've stayed in much cleaner condos and was highly disappointed in this rental. I sat on my own beach towel in fear of how actual dirty your couches were.

The condos oceanfront views in the living room and main bedroom were amazing, especially in the early mornings or evenings. The condo was clean and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer was so convenient. Also, the covered parking garage with assigned parking was very nice and also convenient.
