Everything about this condo was perfect, beginning with the communication with the owner. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay well in advance. The condo was located right across a pedestrian bridge from the Assay chairlift which made driving a non-issue. The interior of the condo was beautiful and there were plenty of cooking items and basic spices and such. We had a wonderful time and were spoiled by all the fresh powder during our stay!

The condo is very well furnished and stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen. Location is right on the bus route up to the mountain, and you can ski right to the back door at the end of the day! Really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay. Enjoyed walking to Snowmass Village and easy busing to Aspen. Condo was very comfortable and cozy. Kitchen had absolutely everything you need.

Location perfect for skiers. We could walk to lift (about one block) and ski back to condo building. Or shuttle would pick us up right in front of the condo. Bus to Aspen was about a block also. All very convenient. Condo is very well kept and well stocked. Owners have everything well laid out and explained. We are already talking about next years trip.

Great location just a very very short distance from the Assay Hill lift (2 min walk out, almost ski in). Condo was great and just as described / pictured. My wife is a clean freak and even she was pleased with the cleanliness of the unit. Great stay and we will be booking this unit again for our next Snowmass / Aspen visit!!!

We had a wonderful time at Georgia’s Snowmass condo. It was super convenient to the slopes and easy parking in front of the building. The property was cozy, clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience at the Woodbridge condo. The property was better than expected, so well stocked with everything you would need as far as pots/pans, dishes, glassware, etc. for cooking and eating in as we often prefer to do after a long day of skiing. Georgia is an exceptional host. We would highly recommend this stay.

We loved the bright condo very much and the location was great. No need to use the car anymore after arriving which made it easy for our family with kids to come back to the condo whenever we wanted.

The location is fantastic because it is a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian bridge that takes you to the Assey lift. We skied across the bridge both heading to the slopes and coming home (lots of snow when we were there). We drove up the hill to get to the hot tub, because it was too cold to walk there. We used the shuttle to get to Ajax, and the bus stop was just across the main road - much easier than driving.

The place was beautiful and location amazing. Ski on/ski off. Place was stocked with coffee and some basic spices, and plenty of cooking supplies. The hot tub was a short walk and we took advantage of it! Beds were comfortable. Laundry was a perk and the place was stocked with detergent pods. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo, great location
We very much enjoyed our visit to Woodbridge 30C. The condo is spacious, well maintained and very well stocked. It had everything we needed.
The location is also excellent. It is a quick walk to the Assay Hill lift and a breeze to get back to after the ski day. The village bus stop is right out the front door and connects visitors to everywhere you want to get to in Snowmass.

Great location!
This was our second stay at the condo. The location is perfect as it is away from the big hotels. The bus to skiing is super simple, basically right out the door and runs every 15 minutes. It is easy to ski back right to the condo.
Condo is well stocked and clean. Owner is extremely responsive and helpful.

Loved It!
The condo was perfect for our trip. We had 2 teenagers and 2 adults and the condo fit us perfectly. Once we understood the lay of the land everything was very smooth. Lifts are walking distance (with ticket window, which we discovered after going to the main ticket office), ski shop and an amazing grocery store are a short walk away. Easy access to the bus system to get anywhere you want to go. I would 100% stay there again.

Quaint condo, perfect for 3-4 people.
Fantastic communication from Georgia, and the unit is just as described. Convenient ski-in at end of day, right to condo -- but need to shuttle, literally right outside, to start the day. Although small, the condo is very nice, open, and comfortable. Hot tub is about 100 yards up the road, so is laundry. Overall, this is a great spot for 3-4 people (and the pullout couch can sleep a few more if necessary).

Comfortable and clean. Parking was a bit tight and you can only park one car. We had two. Unit on second level which makes it a bit of a chore bringing things in and out. Overall I would recommend it.

Great 2BR/2BA ski-in ski-out condo
The condo was great. Photos are accurate.
It is about 3-5 minute walk from the Assay Hill lift. For us, location was the determining factor. The walkway is behind the condo, and there is a bridge that goes over the road. You are on the mountain literally a couple of minutes after you leave the door. The lift is slightly uphill from the condo, so when coming home, you can ski past the lift to within 100 yds of the condo.
If you want to go to the mall or village base, the bus stops immediately in front of the condo. Bus runs every 15 minutes for most of the day.
The condo is clean and well maintained. There were clear instructions, and the kitchen was well equipped. There is an outdoor closet for storing ski gear.
The condo itself is great, so why not five stars?
- Mostly because we had noisy upstairs neighbors (this condo is on the second floor). They had several young children. It sounded like they were practicing for a Cirque du Soleil act. I suspect they were also renting, and so YMMV.
- Parking was difficult. There are un-covered spots across the street from the condo. These are on a first-come-first-serve basis, and they were often full. We found parking further up the road, but it was a little annoying and I didn't feel confident that we could depend on there always being parking available.
- My son brought his playstation, and said the Wi-Fi was a little slow for his purposes. I didn't have any problems with basic web-browsing.
As an aside, the coffee pot wasn't working well. I called the property manager, and she offered to repair or replace it same day. I told her it was unnecessary, but it ought to be fixed before the next guest arrives. That wasn't a big deal. I think the property manager is probably pretty responsive.

Great Condo, Great Location
We rented Georgia's condo for a long weekend over spring break. The photos are accurate. The condo was probably built in the mid-1970's, but this unit has been updated. It is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The photos are accurate.
We selected the condo for its ski-in, ski-out location. It is literally less walking to get from this condo to the lift than most of the parking lots in Summit County.
Why not a perfect score?
- We had noisy upstairs neighbors. They were probably also renting, so YMMV.
- Parking was scarce. We wound up parking up the hill. The few times we drove someplace (e.g. dinner in Aspen), I had some anxiety about whether or not there would be a space available when we returned.

Lovely Condo, Great Location
We had a wonderful stay at the condo and would definitely stay again. The location was perfect, being able to walk across the bridge to access the ski lift. The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. Georgia was a great host and provided us with all information to find the condo and access the unit.

Wonderful condo, modern, convenient, comfortable and close to slopes as well as stores and restaurants. Everything is top notch, including kitchen, bathrooms, beds etc. The owner is exceptionally warm and responsive; we had a great time and will be back as soon as we can!

Perfect for us
Georgia's Snowmass condo was just as pictured and described on VRBO. The best part was how easy it was to catch the shuttle right in front that goes to the slopes and restaurants. We never moved our car the whole weekend. The condo was well-stocked and clean. Hope to return.

Beautiful home, great location!
We stayed over New Years at this beautiful condo. We never needed a car once, so easy to get around Snowmass and to other mountains (aspen, highlands) with the free bus system. The condo was extremely clean and cozy. Georgia was the most accommodating host, very responsive and provided great instruction and recommendations for us. We could not speak more enthusiastically about our stay here. Thank you Georgia!!
