Vous avez un accès au bord de l'eau juste devant votre porte arrière avec des vues magnifiques sur Swan Pond et les terres de conservation. Swan Pond est connu pour sa grande pêche et le canotage, ce lac a pas d'accès public pour les bateaux à moteur, il est donc très calme. Le chalet a 3/4 chambres à coucher, (NOUVEAU), Loft - avec 2 lits simples. un bain, une douche extérieure et peut accueillir jusqu'à 8. Il est récemment rénové avec de nouveaux étages et est livré avec un canot, 2 kayaks, (NOUVEAU) bateau à rames en aluminium 6 personnes, bateau gonflable, micro-ondes, télévision par câble, WIFI, Roku Streaming, lave-linge, sèche-linge, cuisine et grill. Il est un excellent moyen de profiter de la vie de Cape Cod. Le chalet est idéalement situé pour les plages, piste cyclable et des restaurants (Chapins, école du dimanche, etc.). WE loved everything about the house. I can't think of anything that would be lacking in amenities. My husband had just had a major surgery so he recuperated in place while we visited the cape. He had a wonderful spot to watch osprey, egrets, swans geese etc. The house was very clean and although I seemed to have a VRBO glitch John rectified matters in top time. Thank you!

This cozy home was an amazing place to spend a week with my family. The yard was perfect for us plus our extended family to play and visit. The plethora of watercraft and lifevests made our time on the pond so relaxing. Great location, well appointed home. Highly recommend!!

House was beautifully situated on a saltwater pond. Found horseshoe crabs and blue crabs all week. Lots of nice outdoor spaces to hang out and kayaks, canoe to use as well.
House was as described and clean. We would certainly consider this house again. Thank you.

This cottage on Swan Pond was lovely. From the outside the home appears as if it is small. However, once inside, there is so much space! There were plenty of rooms and bedrooms for our family. The loft was a big hit with our teenage girls.
The back patio and deck area were wonderful to relax and enjoy the views of the pond. Our family paddle boarded and kayaked on the pond and also enjoyed the hammock.
The pond isn’t really for swimming due to how shallow it is but being on the water was great! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

Had a great stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. The backyard was Amazing!! We loved the patio sectional couch, could sit there all day.
Only suggestions would be newer beds and a new outdoor firepit.
I would definitely rent again.

My husband and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary. It was quiet, serene, and private. We loved the backyard, the location was great to get to stores and restaurants and the inside of the home was comfy, updated and super clean. We will be coming back. Also, such a bonus that check in is at 2pm, it really allows you to enjoy your first day there. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a terrific time at this property. We were looking for a quick get away before school started and this place was exactly what we needed. We hardly left because we had everything we needed there. We used the kayaks provided several times as well as the canoe. Thanks again!!

We had a great experience! What a wonderful family vacation! My Dad, siblings, and nieces and nephew got together for our first family vacation in years. We had plenty of room and comfortable places to sleep. There was plenty of space to have dinner as a family--inside and out. The cottage is on the beautiful Swan Pond and we were so happy the swans paid us a visit in the yard. (We also cormorants and herons and even little bunnies in the yard.) We kayaked and went fishing from the property which was amazing.
The whole backyard/patio setting was beautiful. Be sure to check out the sunrise. Such a great space. Not only was the outside beautiful, but inside the cottage was so pretty and had many modern conveniences like wifi and a two televisions (which came in handy on the few rainy days).
The cottage is on a quiet street. It's conveniently located near several good restaurants, shopping, mini golf, ice-cream, and several beaches. I highly recommend this property. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This house radiates the love that has been put into it by the owners - it is comfortable, tastefully appointed, and very homey. We have found that not all properties are as listed online, but this was even nicer than the pictures. The pond is a nature lover's dream. As kayakers, it was wonderful to not have to cart ours, because there are 4 on the property already. The daily presence of egrets, herons, kingfishers, swans and the call of an osprey lifted our spirits. It is a slice of the Outer Cape on the Mid-Cape! Our grandsons LOVED catching (and releasing) crabs and tiny pond dwellers. We loved returning to the super comfortable patio, hammock and outdoor firepit after exploring and beach visits. We plan on returning as soon as possible!

We loved staying here. Location in MidCape allowed us to visit the entire area. We loved the view of the pond and it actually was much bigger than we thought. We rode the bike trails, visited Provincetown, took the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Went to an amazing beach. We rode our bikes in the neighborhood and took out the canoe. I would not hesitate to book this property again

Great place everything was perfect! Everything you need is there and more!!!! 8 women stayed and PLENTY OF HOT WATER shower after shower!!! Our ages range from 27 to 75 so the younger women stayed up-stairs it's very cozy but the stairs are kind of tricky. I called John to ask a question and he was very helpful and polite.

The house is very quaint, well maintained, clean & tidy. The backyard is serene on Swan pond. Kayaking the pond to Swan River and out to Nantucket Cove was spectacular.

The house was just as described, clean and tastefully decorated in a beach theme and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The air conditioners cooled the entire house nicely. We enjoyed the five seating areas in the yard. The pond was perfect for kayaking. The outside shower was handy. Our favorite beach, Mayflower, was just an easy scenic drive away. The owners were very helpful, and responded quickly to our emails.

The quintessential Cape Cod Cottage!
It has everything you could want in a Cape Cod stay - water front, quiet location but near lovely downtown Harwichport, beaches, entertainment, and restaurants. Plenty of sleeping room, cedar shingles, blooming hydrangeas, two patios AND a deck, and an outdoor shower! Would definitely rent here again.

Perfect first trip to the cape
Had the best spring break trip with our kids. The place was clean, efficient and had everything you needed. The backyard was very peaceful, kayaks, hammock and we even had a visit from a beautiful swan. It was central to everything we wanted to visit and just enough space for all of us. Communication was simple and any questions were answered instantly. Loved every minute of our trip and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful place!

Beautiful spot on Swan pond
Our family is familiar with this section of the Cape. This very nice home was on the end of swan pond. The access was fabulous and the amenity of kayaks, a canoe and row boat made water access so easy. The last day a swan mom dad and baby came upon the lawn to visit us! Sunsets so beautiful.

Great rental, great property owners
Wonderful location. Property was exactly as advertised. Very well furnished, everything in working order, with a well supplied kitchen! Beds were wel kept with great mattresses. Rental had a great "cape" feel and the yard was amazing! Spent many nights outside by the water.
Gave 5 stars for everything except cleanliness. Shower and bathroom were clearly not cleaned prior and needed a good cleaning befor we could use.
Overall, I would rent again and recommend this as a small family rental. It was perfect for our kids!

Perfect spot
I like to find a different place to stay at the Cape every year. This house was perfect. The views, the location, and the size of the house all perfect. We spent all our time outside in the backyard. I don't think I'll be looking for a different place anymore.

Beautiful place!
This little escape on Swan Pond is truly awesome. It’s far more spacious than it looks in the photos and the waterfront location is great. Beautiful sunsets, rows on the pond and a fun yard/upstairs loft for the kiddos. It’s very close to West Dennis beach options and only a short 10-15 minute ride up to Bayside beaches. We had a blast. Owners are great.

Beautiful Cottage on Swan Lake
This beautifully decorated, fully equipped cottage on Swan Lake is perfect for families with children of all ages. We really enjoyed the layout of the cottage and the careful considerations the owners took in decorating and furnishing it. Kids and adults enjoyed using the kayaks and canoes multiple times a day; there were plenty of board games and indoor spaces if you happen to have a rainy day. The table and chairs by the lake were perfect for relaxing and drinking your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The swans on the lake visit most mornings and evenings and add to the tranquility of your stay.
There was so much to do at the cottage, but so many stores, restaurants, beaches and miniature golf that were close to drive or walk to. Friendly neighbors and a quiet neighborhood added to the relaxation of the vacation. We did not need anything, but did have a question for John and Laura who replied very quickly. Perfect cottage for a relaxing family vacation.

Relaxing is NOT Boring
Perfect location for a relaxing vacation for mom and plenty to do for the teens. Loved having the second TV for them in their private loft area. Kayaks were used multiple times a day by all. Plenty of outside space for everyone to do their own thing, fires at night by the water or cornhole tournaments by day. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful location
I love this property. The house is very comfortable with 4 bedrooms. Really enjoyed the back deck and yard. And the location is so close to everything, but when you are there, the feeling is that you are secluded with the beautiful pond in your backyard. Absolutely loved it and had a GREAT vacation!!!

Cozy house on beautiful property
We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen and bathroom were not as clean as we expected considering they use a professional cleaning service but not terrible. The property is beautiful and relaxing and very close to beaches, restaurants and more.

Perfect getaway spot
The house was adorable and very clean & well organized. The lake was lovely, and we had a lot of fun using the kayaks. Location was great too; it was a short drive to go-carts, trampolines, mini golf, shops, ice cream, restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

A Hidden Gem
I've been vacationing on the Cape since I was small and never knew this little neighborhood existed - it is truly a hidden gem. The property is just the right blend of traditional cottage mixed with modern decor. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The yard has seating areas perfectly placed for sun or shade at any time of day. We loved being able to get out on the kayaks at a moment's notice and my husband caught a striper (almost a keeper!) right from the yard. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.
