Surplombant la baie de Galveston est cette belle maison de location de vacances récemment rénové. Il est situé au cœur de Kemah Lighthouse Entertainment District. La maison est à quelques minutes à pied de la célèbre Kemah Boardwalk, restaurants de classe mondiale et de charme Kemah boutiques vieux souvenirs de la ville. Il est un 4 chambres, 4 salles de bains sur 3 niveaux différents: 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains à l'étage principal, une chambre indépendante avec sa propre salle de bain est au rez-de-chaussée, une autre chambre est au dernier étage avec sa propre salle de bains et un privé balcon donnant sur l'eau. Il y a un 230 pi privé jetée et quai de bateau. La caractéristique unique de cette maison est les énormes 2.800 pieds carrés enroulent autour du pont, avec une cabane et des hamacs zone Tiki sous les arbres de chêne. Ceci est une belle maison avec une vue imprenable sur la baie, une immense terrasse avec bar en plein air est idéal pour se détendre et se divertir.

We all had a wonderful time. The house was perfect perfect location close to the boardwalk waterfront property it’s been three weeks after we left and we’re still talking about how much fun we had. Can’t wait to do it again.

This house is located near the Kemah Boardwalk and has close proximity to the amusement park and restaurants.
The house was amazing, has some of the best sunrises, and with multiple full bathrooms, can easily accommodate large groups.

We stayed at this property with our 4 children, plus another family of 4, 10 total. The children ranged in age from 3-13, and everyone enjoyed themselves on the huge deck and fishing off the dock. We caught a bunch of fish we were able to cook up, and a few crabs. We loved that it was walking distance to so many restaurants and the boardwalk rides and games! It was a little noisy at night as you could hear the music coming from the bars across the street, so I would recommend bringing some type of sound machine for the bedroom. We had a great time overall and would love to come back some day!

We loved this house so much we canceled half our plans so we could hang out at the house! Wonderful host, great location so close to restaurants and the boardwalk, great fishing off the dock and views to die for. Spacious and comfortable house too! Literally spent hours and hours and hours on the breezy decks watching the sailboats sail by.

Outstanding property in a great location. House is perfect for a group of friends or family. Very open living area and kitchen with a great view. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Look forward to coming back. Was very comfortable for 6 friends!!

Better than advertised!!!
We had a fantastic time at this home in Kemah! The fishing off of the dock was wonderful. The decks around the house had way more seating than advertised, which was a plus! The house was well air conditioned--a welcome relief after being outside all day. The open-concept main floor worked really well for shared meals and the 3 levels of bathrooms and bedrooms allowed all 4 of us to spread out on to each level for privacy. The golf cart made going to the boardwalk each day so convenient! We loved it!!!

Beautiful Kema House
This was second time at this house. It's beautifully located on Trinity Bay , 2 blocks from Kema Boardwalk!! There is a huge dock for fishing and "viewing" life go by!!The house has 4 bedrooms, with the Mother in Law suite on bottom floor. This was good for dogs and their upkeep. The house has everything you need for cooking, cleaning(washer, dryer) and the whole back wall is huge windows for a wonderful view. The nightlife is great. Boardwalk for food, Bars with live music! The whole package for everyone!! A golf cart is also included! So much fun, and Tim the owner is always within text message distance!! An EXCELLANT rental

Memorial day
This house has amazing views and the perfect dock for kids to fish. It is spacious and well equipped. Our only dislike was that it is next to a public area and we had a few random people come onto the property/dock.

Overall, great place
Beautiful house and view, fast response from the owner. The location would be good for the group of only adults but too busy and loud for families with little children. This property is located right next to a busy street with lots of restaurants and tourists.
Really nice, space house but the entire floor was too dirty, we coudn't take our shoes off inside the house. Need little more attention on the cleaness of the house.

Great family gathering spot near Kemah Boardwalk
This was a perfect place to gather my my siblings and their children for a small family reunion. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for people to gather and eat. Different groups could do different things, watch TV, listen to music, play games inside and outside, walk to the Boardwalk to ride the rides. Property is very picturesque. Lots of things for people of different ages to do.

Wonderful stay in Kemah!
This house is on the water with stunning water views and across the street from lots of restaurants and nightlife. Beautiful dock to fish from and a virtual party deck with a tiki bar and palapa that wraps around the house. About a minute to the Kemah Boardwalk and a golf cart to get there! Tim was the very best manager we have ever dealt with and that is saying a lot. He was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating! Hope to return soon!

We love this house!
This is the second time we have rented this House and it is great. Clean, and spacious, with great views of the water and a short walk to Kemah Boardwalk. The grass area in the front is a bonus allowing the kids to play ball and run off energy.

Best house in Kema
We loved this house. It was clean, well organized, our every wish was contemplated before we even knew. Well stocked with everything. Not one down side to it. Within walking disstance to Kema Boardwalk, and it even has a golf cart to use!! Thats amazing. Every adult had their own room, a down stairs "Mother in Laws " room was perfect for person with dogs. The dock was so much fishing fun. We had too much to do for 2 days!! We wil most certainly be back!!

Excellent fun
Just a small family trip for us here but it was spectacular. The highlight was the excellent boat dock and lights for fishing as well as the proximity to the boardwalk. There was a lot of action since being so close to the boardwalk and we could walk and ride rides in 5 minutes and back down to the dock for more fishing. The porches were huge and the back windows were awesome to just sit and watch all the bay water traffic. Great stay!

Wonderful trip
The location and size of the property was great. The view out the window directly to the water was awesome. The youngsters were thrilled with the private pier. Great customer service by Mr. Tran. Will definitely do this again.

Amazing location
We had a great time at this house. It was easy walking distance to kemah boardwalk, the grocery store was a very short drive away, the house was well stocked with the tools needed to cook, fishing was great on the dock, the AC cooled the house well, and all the bedrooms were well sound-proofed except for the upstairs room.... The noise from the bars only bothered the couple staying upstairs

Amazing! 10/10
I had family come in from NC to stay here for the weekend and we chose this as the venue for my baby shower. 10/10 location and experience. We got so many compliments on the place. It could not have been more perfect! The owner even let us see the place prior to the shower date. The kitchen was great for cooking and the house was great for hosting. No complaints here. We have even talked about renting again in the future.

Fun little spot to stay if you are looking to go adventure around Kemah
Property is nicely set up. Large deck space, nice dock to fish from and the close walk/cart ride to the Boardwalk made it good for our family. The bars next door do get a little loud with music we noticed as the week went on but that was expected, just didn't realize how loud. Tim was great to work with and helped us the entire way. We would come back again.

Perfection in Kemah
Held our tiny wedding here at the property! Got married right under the beautiful tree on the wraparound porch. The accommodations gave way for every person sleeping there to have their privacy when they wanted, and to congregate comfortably.
Host was prompt to answer any and all questions!! Could not have asked for a better weekend.

Great location but neglected property
Stellar location! Amazing view! However, the owner of this property has severely neglected his property. To begin with I was charged a good chunk of change for cleaning but when we arrived it didn't look as if the owner had the house cleaned for our stay. The were cobwebs everywhere. When I got in the shower and turned on the water spiders began to jump on the walls trying to get away from the water. Ew! A few of the showers were clogged so our feet got to go for a swim. Yes, that's how bad it was. The water pressure was awful. It took twice as long to rinse off the soap because of it, hence your feet going for a swim. Either the AC needed fixing or the air-ducts needed cleaning. Pockets of the house were freezing while others were stifling hot. There was also a burning smell coming from the vents. The property had a palapa outside but that looked forgotten and moldy. The deck furniture was dirty and also neglected, not to mention for a house that sleeps 15 it only had two folding chairs and one small love seat. It's as if this owner took no pride in this house. The walls were cracking and we were never able to get the the wifi to connect with our phones. Furthermore, there were a good number of light bulbs that were out and not lights what so ever on the driveway as well as under the house. In short, this property needs updating and lots of attention.

Views Views Beautiful Views!
When we arrived at the property I was blown away by the view of the bay. When we stepped into the home it was just as seen on the website. The home is much larger in person. Being that my family is extra cautious, we did additional cleaning before settling in. The house had a little odor, but that was taken care of once we wiped everything down and lit candles. We caught a lot of fish mainly "catfish" but my son caught a huge red which was the highlight of his weekend. I've had many people asking me about Mr. Tim property, I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend this property to others.
