Staff was nice and friendly

Room was not clean, someone's hair was in the bathtub and shower surround. Bed was hard as a rock.

I liked that we had a smoking room and everything worked.

The bath tub was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned. The front door looked as if someone had vomited on it and it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom door had a hole in it that had not been repaired. The outlet on the wall next to the bed was sinking into the wall but was functional. A major fire hazard. We have never had this experience at this hotel and have stayed there many times.

I liked that it was close to Kemah boardwalk

The beds were very hard. The ac was broken but the maintenance guy came and fixed it. It wasn't what I expected but maybe they may fix it up better in the future but all in all, it was an alright stay.

The receptionist was very sweet and very nice.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable it felt like laying on the floor and you're given 3 paper thin pillows. The bathroom was gross. As soon as you turned the shower on the water pooled ankle deep, there was mold on the shower head and on the edges of the tub, and there was a used bar of soap sitting in the tub. It was very difficult to get into the hotels parking lot as well because of construction.

I like the privacy.

It smell like someone use the bathroom outside my room and when I had an issue with the room they was not going to move me, a guest heard what was going on and stepped in to help

We were very impressed with the size of the rooms and how modern they were. Fridge and microwave and huge TV (which we didn't watch) Very happy with room.

Not hotel's fault but lot of roadworks directly outside hotel. The entrance was barely visible and drove past it twice as was a very small space between two large traffic cones. We stupidly left two jackets and some medicines in the room Hotel weren't that helpful trying to retrieve these and kept having to phone back.

Room had fridge, microwave and a coffee maker which I needed. There was a desk and couch with coffee table which was convenient. The A/C worked very well.

The floors were covered in dirt. The toilet had not been cleaned, there was still urine all around the base, under the seat and the inside of the bowl had not been scrubbed either. The doors and trim were dirty. The bathroom counter was still dirty with left over toothpaste and residue. The mirror wasn't cleaned it was still foggy looking from not being cleaned. There was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, I had to walk to front desk to request more. Pillows were very thin so make sure to request more, also an extra blanket would be good to ask for as there's were thin. It came with only 2 bath towels so ask for more of those if needed. If you want more than 1 cup of coffee make sure to take the pouch of the coffee in the room to show the front desk so they know what you are wanting more of cause the clerk I delt with when I originally asked for more coffee when I arrived said there wasn't a machine in room I would have to come to front lobby for coffee. Which was not the case.

The tranquility was refreshing. The rooms were comfortable and quaint. The room was clean as well
