The location was excellent. Close to the beach.

The unit we rent was fairly dated in the bathrooms and the tub/showers were very slow draining. There was a slow leak underneath the washer unit and there were dirty dish towels left sitting in the washer when we arrived.

The condo was big. The view was good.

The check in time. Too late check in too early check out.

Excellent location. Nice condo.

The room was so close to the beach and playground.

I would recommend assigning parking spaces for each room since only 1 vehicle is allowed per room. We had to park in different spaces each time.

Location was excellent, and the view was great! Very easy access to the beach at a close distance. Bikes were easy to rent (from one of the many rental companies on the island) and stow on the property in the bike racks. We had ours delivered and picked up. The location had plenty of space and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Fixtures need to be updated and the tub backed up a bit while showering.

Door lock was pain,hard to open , plus 9 digits

carpet is dirty. not enough pillows and blankets. old furnishings (what am I supposed to do with two vcrs?)

check in was a hassle. instructions was through an app and was not clear. the room number was a guess. check in at 4pm like we were told, not before. found the main building and all of the envelopes with check in information was in an unlocked box with a lot of other customers info packets. no directions to our building. buildings are not identified clearly. security guard was of some assist. another guest was extremely helpful in helping direct us to the room and helping find a cart to take our items to the room. room was clean. shower door in one bathroom was coming off of the glides and we were afraid to use. thank goodness for 2 bathroom. the clothes dryer was pretty much useless. kept turning off. it would of be nice if there was more information about use of amenities on the property. very vague.

Great unit in Atlantis (unit 3401) Unit was very clean, updated, large kitchen, nice bathrooms, nice ocean view, great porch with chairs and table to eat, drink and relax. TV's in every room.

Mattress in MasterBR was hard maybe old?

They gave me the wrong keys ☹️

The location was excellent! The condo was very comfortable and very nice! All staff members we met were very friendly and professional! I have already recommended this place to my friends and can't wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The only complaint I would have, in it is very small is that the patio door was hard to open and close

Blinds were broke in living room, Refrig. Leaked (but we think it was because drawers were not in properly and condensation built up under them and a puddle of water was left Underneath them and eventually spilled onto the floor) Parking-terrible!! But only over the Labor Day week-end!

Location! Location! Location! Without a doubt the best location. 15-20 minutes away from “the action” but with views of the beach AND the pool, we had everything we could ask for.

The location and over all stay at Island Club was great.

Our apartment was cleanly but very outdated. We noticed multiple things that needed attention and updated.
