Newly Renovated Beach House One Block from Beach
Cette maison de plage récemment rénovée est l'escapade parfaite! 7 maisons de la plage dans une rue calme sans issue juste à l'extérieur de Wild Dunes. À distance de marche du marché IOP Marina, aire de jeux et lancement de bateau. À 10 minutes de l'île de Sullivan et à 20 minutes du centre-ville de Charleston. Peut accueillir confortablement 11 personnes. Nouveau sur le marché locatif!
Rez-de-chaussée: Immense cour arrière avec tables et chaises d'extérieur couvertes avec douche extérieure privée qui mène à une pièce de sable idéale pour nettoyer après une journée à la plage. La salle de sable offre une deuxième laveuse / sécheuse et un réfrigérateur parfait pour accueillir de grands groupes. Au même niveau se trouve une toute nouvelle chambre «superposée» pour enfants et une chambre avec lit king-size avec une salle de bains commune pouvant accueillir confortablement une famille de 6 personnes.
Rez-de-chaussée: salon principal. Grande salle a des plafonds voûtés avec une nouvelle télévision à écran plat, le câble, Internet, un bar, une table de jeu et des sièges pour tout le monde. Le rez-de-chaussée offre une chambre à coucher avec TV à écran plat et câble, salle de bain complète et buanderie connectée. Une chambre supplémentaire dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et d'une salle de bains attenante idéale pour les enfants. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils, y compris micro-ondes et machine à glaçons. Grand espace de comptoir avec tabourets de bar pour les enfants. La table à manger complète peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. La cuisine mène à un patio extérieur enveloppant avec un gril à gaz parfait pour se divertir. To be clear. The house was clean. Location was great. Beds and linens were comfortable. Here is the unclear part of the listing description. It is NOT a 5 bedroom. It is a 4 bedroom with a bunk room inside a HUGE closet in 1 of the bedrooms. We have 8 adults and this became an issue when adults were cutting through the bedroom of other adults. We rented assuming all necessary parties would have a dedicated bathroom. The listing clearly states there is a separate bunk room as it s own bedroom with a shared bathroom. Untrue. It is a bunkroom in the huge closet of a 4th master bedroom using the bathroom of that bedroom. I believe a bedroom by legal standards needs to include an egress window and a closet. This has neither. It has a tiny small window at the ceiling. I would have given 5 stars for the rest of the house. I wanted others to be aware of the inaccuracy of the wording in the listing.

The property is a quick walk to a lovely, quiet beach. The home suited our family very well and the amenities are as described. The host was very quick to respond to questions and it was very clean upon arrival.

This is a wonderfyl, just off the beach (2 min walk) from the wonderfyl IOP beach. The property is tucked into a very beuatifully treed neighborhood, where privacy and quiet is the norm. The house is well appointed, comfortable and affords multiple get-away areas, from master syites, to a family/game-type gathering room, large kitchen, and wonderful screened-in porch off the kitchen.

We met other family at IOP. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing big family dinners. Having 2 washers and dryers was great. I loved this house! Right across from the beach. I would totally rent this house again. Might not be good for little ones as there are lots of stairs in the house but it was perfect for our kids ages

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was perfect for our two families, as is the location. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to rent here again soon.

Property was clean and plenty of space for all of us. Beach was close, we rented 3 golf carts and beach umbrellas and chairs. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Charleston was close and did a horse and buggy ride and went to lunch and dinner. Fun city to visit. Room with bunk beds was smaller than photo. Zones for air condition could have been better planned.

This beach home had everything our family needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All of the rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and there was plenty of room for dining, playing games, and hanging out. The kitchen had ample supplies for cooking and eating. The screened in porch was large and had ample seating. It was only a short walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this beach home!

Great house for our family, all in all. Just wish the king bedroom on the lower level, had it’s own bathroom. The screened porch really made it though. We ate most of our meals out there.
Loved being up in the trees! Did not realize this house was 7 houses from the beach when I booked it, but our 3 sight impaired grandkids did not think it was bad!
Sorry I misunderstood filling out the stars earlier. I’m somewhat dyslexic!

The house was wonderful, with an amazing location right next to the beach. We enjoyed being close to Charleston too! Very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house, it was extremely comfortable. We were all saying how we will definitely come back! Thanks!

Beautiful and spacious house close to beach and only a couple of miles from dining / shopping. The large screened in porch was so welcoming and relaxing. A nice bonus was that cabinets and drawers were labeled with contents making finding things a breeze. Great house, great stay!

The house was beautiful and comfortably fit our group of 10 adults. The enclosed porch was perfect for relaxing brunches and dinners. It was only a quick walk to the beach and the provided beach equipment made it that much easier. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

We took a family trip with 7 adults and 3 children and it was perfect. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. Backyard was a huge plus for littles! Just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend this home to anyone! We love IOP so much!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family Xmas in 2022. We had 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 little ones. Everyone had plenty of space with their own bathrooms. The elevator was a fantastic feature for getting the heavy bags up and down. Lovely kitchen. The deck, screened in porch and outside looked lovely, but we were here during the Arctic Blast and temps were way too cold to use them. The beach is just a block away and we walked there a few times to look for shells. Check in was a breeze and the owners let us get in early. Would love to try this place out during beach season.

The house was wonderful and host was so helpful. The beach chairs need replacing, but other than that everything was as promised and we would love to come back any time!

The house is very spacious and location is great. We had a couple of issues with appliances, but the owner was in communication and took care of the issue immediately and that was during a holiday weekend. I would recommend staying here, the house was clean and super convenient to everything you need.

We had an excellent stay at IOP. The home was beautiful, very clean and as advertised. The house was nicely setup as we all had our own space and the family room was great. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive when we had questions.

The house was in a great location with great amenities. Short walk across the road to the beach and a quick drive to several restaurants. Owner was very responsive to questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful House on IOP
This house was as beautiful as advertised. There’s a short one block walk to the beach which is an easy commute with small children. The inside of the house has plenty of room for a large family with a great screened in back porch for the evenings.

Family wedding
I loved this house as we were gathering for a wedding. Lots of space with walking distance to the beach. Since we were only there for 3 days it would have been nice to have shampoo, conditioner, one roll of paper towels and maybe enough laundry detergent for one wash. Otherwise, this was lovely!

Chose this property because of it's having an elevator for grandparents who needed it and also the proximity to Charleston for our oldest sons graduation from The Citadel. We did not use as much of the house as we would have liked to, but the weather was pretty and we sat on the backporch as family and friends came by. Wish we could have stayed a few more days to rest and relax and enjoy IOP more

There were a few small glitches - none of the bathroom outlets worked - not in any of the bathrooms! This made it tough for ten of us to get ready on time to go out for dinner in Charleston. Also, the shower head in the twin bed room did not work. Lastly, the drawer that holds the trashcan came off the tracks very easily. Overall we had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home.
