Cette maison neuve de 2 500 pieds carrés, située au rez-de-chaussée et achevée en 2013, se distingue par la beauté de ses planchers en bois de noyer naturel et ses portes en pin noueux. Il est un 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain / 3-garage / allée une grande terrasse patio avec barbecue au propane de BBQ et grande cour arrière le long du ruisseau Chewelah. La suite principale dispose d'un pin journal lit queen personnalisé, walk-in, bain à remous, Double évier de vanité de granit et commode privé. La 2ème chambre dispose d'un lit queen et salle de bain d'hôtes dispose de haut de vanité de granit et une douche privée / commode, grande cuisine à aire ouverte avec armoires en hickory naturelles et disposant d'une grande barre de petit granit, salle à manger, un salon confortable disposant d'un 'écran LCD de 48 pouces HDTV sur Dish, vidéothèque, y compris les jeux de société et de cartes. Connexion Wi-Fi est disponible. La plupart des connexions de téléphonie cellulaire sont disponibles sur la propriété. Une buanderie pleine taille, planche et fer à repasser sont à votre portée. The check in process was easy, and hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living room & beds were super comfy and cozy. It was a great home base for our first visit to the area and we’re already looking forward to returning!

Location is always clean and a perfect place for a family gathering. My only request would be that propane is checked/filled for arriving guests. I have arrived to an empty or near empty tank the last three stays. It is minor, but still can be not easy in a small town with limited places and hours.

The condo was absolutely beautiful with many amenities. Unfortunately, the two amenities that were missing was heat. The furnace did not turn on and no Internet, TV did not work

The Wi-Fi password sent by VRBO was close, but incorrect. The house manager took no responsibility for it and I wasted an hour with them to figure which letters should be capitalized. And that it was not the weather.

Nice spacious place to stay and relax after a day of skiing! Listing was accurate and accommodations were as we expected. Lynda our host was very responsive to our questions.

Easily found, beautiful wood inside, needs more attention to details
2 story home with 1st floor being the rental and upstairs the owners living area. I missed that in the overview when I rented. The garage was nice for our vehicle. There is a creek, but access was restricted with 4-5 ft tall weeds and grass. The exterior windows were dusty and spotty. There was a log tangle of hair pulled from the shower drain our first day. The jetted tub had grunchy brown discharge when filled and ran with bleach. Owners apparently cleaned it, but 2nd attempt resulted in similar results. Last, the BBQ grill had not been cleaned. Owners said because the cover was on it was mistakenly thought cleaned. Not a bad location, just on the corner of a main road heading out of town and next to a Uhaul rental busines.

Perfect place. Great location, super clean
This is my second time staying at this property and I definitely plan to return. The home is nicely furnished, has plenty of what you could need and just works out great for this small community.

Easy access and well appointed
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house has great access to Chewelah and the 49 Degrees North Ski Resort. Check-in was exactly as described and the place had everything we needed to enjoy our three-night stay. Cable/internet worked very well and the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend, would stay again!

Very nice place. Great location for visiting Chewelah & skiing at 49* North. Would like to have a few more kitchen things for cooking, but overall this is a great place.

Christmas Getaway
We stayed here while skiing over Christmas and had a great time. The house worked out well for our family. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great trip!

Restful
Even this is on the corner of a very busy road, it was very quiet. We had a problem with the furnace when we first arrived and the owners had it taken care of quickly.

Great place to stay!
We agreed with the person who said the outside isn't impressing, but the inside is beautiful and met our needs. We wanted a place for six adults and since it was mentioned an air mattress is available we tried it, and it worked great! We would definitely use it again if we would be in the area!

Not what we expected
The house said it was 2500sqft, it was not even close. It is advertised as a house but it is actually part of a duplex. Owner said there was an air mattress to use and of course the air mattress had a hole in it. The house said it sleeps 6 but really it only sleeps 4.

Nice house
Enjoyed our stay. We were moose hunting while there. Ended up shooting and one and departed early. However, the hose had everything we needed. Very clean and in a good location.

Beautiful home
We stayed here while attending a wedding. The home is beautiful, beds are comfy, and there is a large garage if you stay during the winter to dry all your gear in. I would highly recommend staying here.

Chewelah
The house is wonderful inside. Well appointed and very clean. Lovely furnishings and deco. There is a spacious living room, dining area and kitchen Combined with comfortable beds and a relaxing jetted tub. The grill outside is nice along with the large garage that we parked in. It is directly off a busy road but we didn’t hear road noise. The location is a bit odd, directly next to storage units and not much curb appeal but once you’re inside it’s wonderful!

Great location
This is a beautiful home. There is a creek that you can go down and play or relax in. But it is a small climb down. The house is right off of highway 395.it is Close to Loon Lake and Waitts Lake but they are private lakes in less you have boat or Kayaks, no beaches for public use.
It is a beautiful drive to go to Kettle Falls and before you go over the bridge turn left. You can play and have a nice picnic while enjoying the Columbia River or go to Colville Flats beach on Lake Roosevelt... Absolutely beautiful.
The owners where always available and fixed any issues we had. Which was only one issue and it was fixed the next morning.

Great location, clean and tidy!
The home was very well described on the website. Nice location, clean and had all the amenities. Only suggestion for travelers is to bring your own bath supplies, what was provided was very minimal. Overall this was a very nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

Great for Skiers
This property had all we needed and more! It was so close to the mountain, it made getting first chair super easy. The garage was also nice for all our damp snow gear.

Weekend Getaway
The location is a busy convergence of roads and the outside of the house really needs landscaping improvements. It looks like a fire station garage from the front. However, the inside is clean and well appointed and the owners seem nice (though we never saw them).

We'll Be Back!!
We have property in the Valley but also have a big family and have always used the local hotels for overflow lodging. We stumbled upon this house on VRBO that we've driven by 1000 times..and are SO THANKFUL!!! They had all the space, comfort, amenities we could have asked for or wanted. Check in/out was easy and the house was exceptionally clean!!!
We are familiar with the Valley, but the only suggestion I would make would be to have a 3 ring binder or folder with all the checkout/check in procedures (even though it was all laid out well in email)... as well as the local restaurants, things to do and medical community infirmation. Also letting people know restaurants arent open late and some things not open at all on Sunday.
People can do this research, and this is so minor a suggestion.... this location is AMAZING!

Spacious Home
We just spent a week at this home and loved it. It is convenient and very spacious. The living room and kitchen areas are large comfortable, with many amenities. Many "extra" things are supplied - shampoo, lotion, tea, etc. The owners are easy to work with. If we are in the area again, we will stay here.
