Excellent and warm hosts (thanks to Matoula and her family). Wonderful location with a magnificent view. Equipment, size and cleanliness absolutely top. A basket full of fine things on arrival (fruits, bread, cookies, water, coffee, wine, ...). Every day was cleaned. Warm and unsurpassable service). Just genius. Beach towels were available. Towels and beds were changed twice in a week. Highly Recommended. A small beautiful bay just below. Two other great beaches within a 5 minute walk.

The mattresses could be a little bit better. We slept very well anyway.

The owners are very nice and helpful. The property is very clean and has everything you need for a vacation. Once we arrived we discovered that they have a nice baskets of snacks, water, fruits and a bottle of local wine and to be honest it was kind of helpful having it for the first day as supermarket is a bit far away. And since, supermarket is a bit far, we asked Matoula to buy some water for us as we didn’t had a car in the first days, and on a few hours the water was delivered. Also, we have rented a car through them and it was everything ok with rental company. Big, big thanks for their help :) I would like to mention that they clean up, change your towels and sheets very often which was kind a surprise as you normally get this more at a hotel. We enjoyed very much our stay there and definitely if will travel again to Zakynthos will stay at this property!

We love everything about this stay. I warmly recommend you to book it now, because you will get far more than just acommodation. The owners are the most caring and kind people you could image. They welcomed us as family and took care about our Greek holiday in some many ways, nothing was a problem - the hospitability is incredible. We had early flight and even though we could arrive straight away. The apartment was prepared excellently and above standard - like cosmetics, many towels, hotel slippers etc. Also the fridge was full of fruit, juice, wine, ice.. We got also Ouzo, snacks, sweets, coffee, tea and many other things, which was soooo nice. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacy, clean, equipped incl. kitchen like at home, nicely air-conditioned. The terrace is outstanding with beautiful view, also there are for you deck chairs, seating and swing. The owners, Spyros and Matoula, are living upstairs with different entrance, so don´t worry about the privacy. The closest Little Xigia Beach is just beautiful. I could write more and more positives, however you have to come for your own experience. :-)

Great view, quiet and cozy, everything was clean and the hosts are very friendly. Very close to the Little Xigia beach ( walking distance ), close to Xigia Beach and Makris Gialos.
