La terrasse sur le toit est très grande et privée, avec table / chaises et chaises longues. En bas a une belle terrasse surélevée avec table / chaises - profitez du soleil et des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan et le coucher du soleil des deux. Toutes les chambres ont des lits de haute qualité, une télévision à écran plat et des ventilateurs de plafond. Tous les nouveaux appareils et équipements de cuisine, les salons confortables, les lecteurs DVD, les stations d'accueil pour iPod et les jeux pour toute la famille en font une maison inoubliable.

location great. upstairs property was very nice. downstairs property is a step down but still nice. dryer and dish washer in downstairs property not working very well. check in had some conflicting info about need to go to rental office but ended up being smooth. overall we had an excellent trip and were very happy with the property.

This property was everything it advertised and more! The host was gracious and accommodating when my husband was involved in a terrible car accident a year ago and we had to reschedule. I would definitely rent again! :)

Place was right in the middle of everything, location couldn't of been better. Pamela was easy to work with and responded quickly. Only issue we had was getting the refrigerator to cool down but that could have been user error.

Wonderful spot a block away from the ocean (missiom bay beach). I had organized a group retreat for some colleagues. Our only complaint was that the wifi was pretty weak. Would be pretty frustrating if you had to anything very extensive.

We recently stayed here with a group of family friends for Spring Break. The accommodations worked out great for us, as we designated the lower unit for the teen girls and all the adults (parents) on the rooms upstairs. We enjoyed having the beach just a few steps away and enjoyed the perfect sunsets every single day! We also used the outdoor eating/grilling space a lot, making it a great hang-out spot for the families. We were able to easily walk for ice cream and dinner a couple of days, as well as to enjoy the rides at Belmont park! Great experience overall! Would totally recommend!!

We rented the lower and upper level of this home for 3 nights for a group of 9 adults. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. We spent most of our time in the upper level living area or on the rooftop deck with a view of the ocean. It's a very short walk to the beach and to many shops and restaurants. The 2-car garage was nice as some of us drove in from Phoenix. Both units were well stocked and very comfortable. We would certainly return and recommend this home for a large group.

My family and I stayed here for my son's wedding weekend. It was exactly as described in the listing. It is a duplex, upstairs and downstairs. My parents (who are in their 80's) were able to stay downstairs and not have to worry about walking up steps. It was near everything and everywhere we needed to be for the festivities.
A few (small) negatives are that the light in the walkway from the garage to the yard didn't work (or the bulb is burned out), the water dispenser on the fridge upstairs doesn't work, there is no ice maker in either unit, and a remote for the garage doors instead of always having to use the keypad would be helpful.

The house was great! Much more spacious than expected. We had a group of 11 split between the 2 houses and the upstairs house had plenty of space for everyone. My only complaint was that the pictures and map made it look beachfront but it was actually the 3rd house back from the beach. Otherwise the houses had everything we needed and were comfortable and clean.

This a great property. The amenities were as advertised and the location with access to the beach was phenomenal. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego.

Our extended family— 3 generations stayed in this lovely rental. We rented both the upstairs & downstairs units which allowed all 14 of us to have plenty of room. The cute neighborhood and proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops & walking path added to our enjoyment. The area was quiet & renters were respectful of the property. We even had a Bon fire on the beach with s’mores— the company we chose for it brought everything down to the beach for us. It was a fabulous way to spend our last night on Mission Beach.

It was spacious, just the going back and forth from the upstairs unit to the down stairs one was a little fustrating, but the location was awesome. Overall we had an awesome time

It was a great place for our group. Having three parking spots was perfect. The neighboring group next door was a little young and loud but it was a holiday weekend there.

This was a family vacation (ages 2-60+) using both units. Great location and units were clean and stocked as promised. Easy walk to beach, food, drink, entertainment. We felt safe here and all quiet after 10pm. Garage parking is tight for unit 718 so we did not utilize. Our toaster was broken in 718 and mgmt company responded promptly. However after 4 toasters we were set (long story)! Pam helped oversee response.
Suggested repairs needed to glass shower doors and grill is rotted through bottom. I have some mobility limitations so accessibility to parking and unit were okay. Suggest handrails in showers. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location and proprietor!

Loved this place and would absolutely come back. Proximity to the beach is literal feet with food, coffee, events under five minutes’ walk away. Would very much recommend!

Great location. Accommodated 4 couples & 1 single perfectly any more is crowded. Parking is difficult but that’s not the property’s fault. Could have been cleaned better. Beds looked clean but floors & stove could of been better (we found a sock under the bed). Overall great experience and great location!

The location of this home could not have been more perfect. It was big enough to host our big family too. The host / property manager were very quick to respond to all questions. The only negative comment I have would be around check in. I had to drive to a property management location half a mile from the house to get a door code when I feel it could have simply been emailed to me.
