Good place 👍👍👍

We booked this space for my moms 80th birthday. There was a ground floor accessible bedroom for my dad and absolutely spacious and comfortable living space for all of us to sit together. Beautiful fire pit, and the dock has a swing on the end. There were kayaks although we did not use that aspect of the stay. WiFi and tv worked great. Place was immaculate. Our host was always available without being “on location,” & so easy going…he was perfect. Very quiet and relaxing location. We hope to return again soon. Thanks Kevin!

We spend a very enjoyable weekend get away with friends here. The kitchen was well stocked, the whole house was clean, inviting, and well stocked.

Myself and a bunch of friends and family stayed here to have a get together for the first time in ten years, catch up, fish Oneida, and relax on the shore. This lakehouse was an incredible find, Kevin was amazing to work with and super responsive whenever we had a question about the property. 10/10 would love to rent this place again :)

This property is a gem! Located directly on the water, perfect for fisherman and large groups. I can’t say enough about how perfect this place is. From the new and large kitchen area to the excellent WiFi and TV set up with all the Roku and streaming app’s available. We weee able to find any movie imaginable. I will be using this property again. Also - extremely clean!

This was a great place with awesome view of the water when you look out. We celebrated my brother's 40th with family and enjoyed the time together in this home . It was very spacious.

We were in town for a few days for a concert, but in hindsight, I would’ve brought a small boat, jet skis or some watercraft (Canoes,etc) for the kids to use. It has a great dock and a boat lift right out the back yard.

Great place for a weekend getaway with friends and family, with waterfront access, great view of the lake. Fire pit makes for a relaxing place to end the evening, the house is Clean and spacious we would defiantly come back again

Perfect accommodations for our annual fishing trip. House is in great shape and very welcoming. Host extremely helpful and provides all the basics needed for an easy planning getaway. We will definitely be returning.

Our multigenerational family "Christmas in July" celebration could not have been better. The bunkhouse was perfect for my brother's 5 kids, and the adults were very comfortable in the main house. The huge island with stools and the dining table meant that all 14 of us could eat together. The house is tastefully decorated, clean, and the kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals for a crowd. The view of Oneida lake is the best part! We sat around the fire pit staring at it for hours. There are some weeds and sharp shells on the lake bottom, but that didn't stop us from swimming every day. If you have a family reunion to plan, this is the place to be!

The property was very spacious and the backyard view of the lake was very beautiful. The variety of rooms was very useful and the supply of games was simply exciting!! Overall, our stay was very homey and welcoming and we would 100% recommend it!

This was an absolute perfect location and facility for our annual family ice fishing vacation. Right on the water with good fishing right out in front. The property was new, very nicely decorated and functional for our group of 10. Many thanks to the owner for making their property available to enjoy.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kevin’s property. We were a group of 5 adults and 4 kids and we had more than enough space and sleeping spots. We could have easily had more with the size of the house. We stayed during a very cold weekend and were able to take the kids out for long walks on the frozen lake, which they loved. I can’t imagine how spectacular this property would be in the summer. A couple of things to note - the bunk house is completely separate from the main house, so if you’re bringing small children, you’ll want a monitor or 2 phones to make sure you can keep tabs on them. :) there is strong WiFi with an extension in the bunkhouse so we just FaceTimed each other and left the phones going all night - worked great. The bunkhouse also is heated by space heaters - we thought it might get cold, but they are high efficiency and warmed the space in no time. On the coldest weekend of this winter, we had to turn them off because the kids got too warm! The kids LOVED the bunkhouse and it was such a great spot for them to play and have their own space without being too far away. Check in was incredibly easy, I had a bunch of questions through the weekend and Kevin was easily reachable by text and responded so quickly. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve rented and so family friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking!

We enjoyed our winter stay! The lake was great for ice fishing and kids enjoyed ice skating! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated! Lots of windows to look out and enjoy the view! The owner was nice to work with!

This house was perfect for what we needed. The separate bunkhouse "kid zone" let kids be kids while adults had their own space to relax in. Breezeway was an excellent area for everyone to come in with their snow gear. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything under the sun. Distance from lake is perfect. Not too far from a convenience store. Above all, the homeowner went above and beyond with communication to make sure we were all set. We very much appreciate the accommodations at such a last minute planned trip. Thank you, Kevin!

We had a great fall weekend. The house and property were beautiful. Well stocked with everything we needed, and more than enough room for our group. Open living area but quiet sleeping areas. Kevin was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The swing set and kids toys inside were an extra nice surprise. Perfect weekend!

Overall positive experience from beginning to end. Plenty of room for all guests, perfect accommodations, and great views and access to the lake. I look forward to renting this property again and would recommend it to both friends and family.

Spent a week here with extended family and loved every minute of it. Very clean and well appointed, had everything we needed for relaxing. Can’t beat the location right on the water and the kid’s loved swimming, the swing set, and the bunk house. We also rented a fishing boat one day from Anglers Bay right down the road which was convenient and easy. Kevin was an excellent host, very communicative and available to answer all questions as needed. Overall a great experience!

The cottage was wonderful directly on the lake. Check in was easy. Any issues we might have had, Kevin took care of immediately. Neighbors were very friendly. Swimming and playing in the lake was great. Wish the property provided some “toys” - (kayaks, paddle boards, pontoon boat..). We were able to borrow some from friends. The boat rental place was not renting everything due to Covid. We had plenty of space to spread out and had a great time. Would rent again. Thanks!
