2 Bedroom Strand Townhome with A/C, Rooftop Deck and Parking. Walk to Beach Life
Cette belle 2 chambres, une salle de bain et l'unité de la moitié est de deux niveaux avec planchers de bois franc, comptoir de granite et des vues sur l'océan depuis le salon et les deux chambres. Il ya une cuisine (bar pouvant accueillir trois - pas de table de salle à manger), salon et salle de poudre sur le premier niveau. Le L / R dispose d'une télévision 54 'à écran plasma avec son surround et un lecteur DVD. Le deuxième niveau comprend deux chambres (une avec un lit queen et une avec un lit de repos avec lits jumeaux et un lit gigogne double) une salle de bains avec douche et laveuse / sécheuse privé. Il n'y a pas de télévision dans les chambres. En outre, il ya un «lit dans une boîte 'dans chaque chambre qui est fondamentalement un lit magnifiquement caché. Les chambres sont un peu bondé quand les lits dans une boîte sont ouverts afin que nous ne recommandons pas compter sur eux pour une utilisation sur une base régulière.

The great owner met us at the door when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The property has three levels. The first level has a small breakfast bar area with windows looking out to the strand and beach. In addition, there is a small half bath, kitchen and small living area including a small couch and a few chairs.
The second level had two bedrooms and the only full bathroom. We had four in our party and we had to plan getting ready with this slight bottleneck, but it worked out fine with some planning. One of the rooms has a television and a comfortable Murphy bed. In the other bedroom, there are two twin beds which can be combined to make a king bed. We went with the king bed option, and it was very nice. My only criticism is the lack of a small television in this room, but it wasn’t a major issue. The bed was very comfortable for us. There is also a washer dryer combo on this level.
Then to my favorite part - the rooftop deck. There are amazing views of the strand, beach, and ocean with great people watching and you can even catch a few relatively competitive sand volleyball matches.
Overall, the property was excellent and checked all the boxes. It was close to the Hermosa pier shopping area, close to Redondo beach, had ample beach volleyball courts and amazing sand for the lazy beach days. I think this area has less traffic than the properties slightly north, which made it nice given the fun but hectic Festival Hermosa happening that weekend.

2 months of Hermosa Beach bliss in this cozy cottage along the infamous strand. It doesn’t get any better. A healthy, fun, beautiful stay in a setting so classic Southern California, it’s difficult to head back home to the east coast.

Hermosa Beach is one of our favorite beach towns & this was our favorite visits yet. The townhome is steps off the beach, quick walk to the pier, it was super clean, with comfortable beds. Its just like its pictured but better. We loved having beach chairs to take out at sunset. The hosts couldn't be nicer. Thank you!

This unit and this location are just amazing. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating throughout the eight day stay. Views are even better than pictures indicate and location is perfect! Walking distance to anything you could need. Apartment had everything you could need and the Murphy bed turning into a desk was great for two great work spaces for remote work, although good luck focusing while sitting at those bay windows looking at the ocean. Can’t wait to go back!

It was great to return to Hermosa Beach area. The accommodations were excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was perfect for us. Susan was a great host and accessible and responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely return and would love to stay here again! It is a perfect location for a family or couples! You can rent buys a few blocks away. The rooftop deck was perfect in the mornings and to wait the sunset.

We have rented in Hermosa for years. This was the most wonderful experience we have ever had. The accommodations were spectacular, comfortable and roomy, just steps away from the beach. I highly recommend this apartment. The location is right on the Strand, you could hear the ocean while in the apartment. The owner was gracious and super attentive. Best price, best accommodations and premium location.

Hermosa beach is by far my favorite location to be in LA. This lodging was absolutely amazing; beautiful place, very spacious and up to date, right on the boardwalk/beach. The owner, Susan, is such a sweetheart and is extremely helpful for recommendations, ensuring we had everything we needed, and was so accommodating. She is also very friendly so definitely introduced yourself if possible!

I loved this house and loved everything about my stay. The apartment is right on the Strand and has amazing views and very easy access to the ocean because it is literally across the sidewalk. The house is clean and comfortable, has everything you need and was actually bigger than I thought from the pictures. The rooftop deck is such a great benefit and I spent a lot of time enjoying the views. Susan was a wonderful host, very responsive to all of my questions and very welcoming. My family had a marvellous vacation at this beautifully appointed apartment right on the sand with unbeatable ocean views. This apartment is perfect for couples or families with comfy beds featured in both the master bedroom and a versatile 2nd bedroom that can work as a bunk room for children or accommodate a second couple. A full and well stocked kitchen, beautiful work space/coffee bar overlooking the beach make an ideal spot to enjoy the South Bay. Susan is a thoughtful and welcoming host. We will definitely be back! Just Perfect
Can not say enough good things about this property. My wife, kids, and I decided to move back across the country to Hermosa Beach during our stay here.
The location is beyond amazing. Almost as close as you can be to the pier without hearing noise from people leaving the bars and restaraunts. Beach Drive was gated off every second block during our stay, so there wasn't even noise from traffic. But crack a window and you can hear the waves breaking from every room.
"Steps to the beach" often means Tiger can hit a driver to it. This is a firm putt. We could hang out on the balcony or roof-deck and keep an eye on our kids while they played on the beach or skateboarded on the pedestrian street. Also, a parking space at your entrance is a convenience that you really appreciate if you've stayed anywhere else in HB.
Shawn and Susan are interesting and genuinely kind people. One night when we were leaving, my 9 year old was ogling the steaks cooking on their grill. When we came back, they brought him a plate of it. Susan brought them sleds to go down the dunes, and sent us a text alert when Santa was spotted outside on the strand. They gave us our privacy, but were just so nice.
I tend to obsess on value, and I kept wondering what fraction of its annual property tax you pay to rent this place for a month. From a value perspective, it was the best of the 15-20 VRBOs I've rented, as well as my flat-out favorite.

Amazing stay!
I had an amazing stay at Villa Rosa- while I was planning to stay for only a few months, I wound up staying for 9 months. Susan and Shawn were incredibly sweet, making sure I had everything I needed, and helping me to feel welcome in my new city. The bed was very comfortable and I slept wet well here.

Excellent choice for a beachside getwway
this was the first time our family rented from VRBO and had a fantastic experience. The beach house was exactly as described in the write up! It is clean and had plenty of room for our family of 4. It really is literally steps from the ocean and the beach chairs were just an added bonus. We would highly recommend the property!!!!

Perfect Hermosa Beach vacation!
My family and I were fortunate enough to spend the LA/Hermosa leg of our vacation in this very nice apartment on the Strand. The view from our rooftop deck may have been our very favorite thing about it....just amazing and was where I started and ended each day :-). It is just steps to the sand and just a short walk to the pier! This made great home base for trips into LA, and parking at our door was a HUGE plus. Susan was extremely helpful and she and her husband made us feel right at home. We will look forward to staying here again on future trips.

Great location!
We recently stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be a great location, with the beach just steps away. The rooms are nicely furnished and many amenities are provided, such as beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, washer and dryer, etc. It worked out very well for our family vacation!
