We enjoyed both living areas, the drive down to the lake with shared dock included, Enjoyed movies, meals from the kitchen with gorgeous lakeviee. We relaxed on both back decks & visited the attractions in the area .
Such a beautiful view and beautiful home.:)

This property was amazing from the views and the owners. I’ve never met owners that actually came and met with us and gave us recommendations. That is very new to me and they were the sweetest! They had a dock we could swim on and this place was overall fantastic! I hope we get to come back and visit! I would love to book this place again!

I had a crew of eight people gathering for the total eclipse and to celebrate my 60th birthday. We could not have asked for a more wonderful location for the festivities.
The view of Beaver Lake was incredible from the porch was truly a million dollar view. Wow!!
Our second favorite part of the house, was the dining room table - the perfect spot within the house for a meal or cards or games or just for talking.
The house is just outside of Rogers and Bentonville so within 15 minutes we were in town - shopping, restaurants, gas stations or groceries.
20 minutes from the Crystal Bridges Museum, which is free to the public. 45 minutes from Thorn Crown Church, just north of Eureka Springs for a Sunday service. 30 minutes from Eureka Springs for a taste of the bohemian side of life.
Of course, the total eclipse was the icing on the cake. It’s always such a magical, stellar moment and to be able to share that with friends is a memory that will last a lifetime.
Kathy and Bo, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and making our time together so much more enjoyable, knowing that we could sit back, relax and spend quality time with friends.
My 60th birthday trip was everything I wanted it to be.

We very much enjoyed our extended weekend at this beautiful property. There was plenty of room for our large family and this kids enjoyed the downstairs game room with TV, pool table, and air hockey. The bedrooms all have private baths which is great for groups with multiple families. The kitchen is also great and well stocked! We found some wonderful hiking trails nearby and enjoyed a trip to War Eagle Mill. Would definitely recommend!

We were looking for a spacious location close to the lake that provided 4 bedrooms with en suites. This home provided everything we wanted, needed & then some. We had 4 adults & utilized the kitchen together. We loved sitting on the upper deck visiting & enjoying the beautiful views. We even let our childhood side out while playing air hockey downstairs. This was the perfect sit for the perfect weekend. Thank you very much to Bo & Kathi for their attentive & helpful communication too!!

Our family of 6 adults, 2 teenagers and a toddler had a fabulous time at the this house. The house is setup perfectly for vacationing with your adult children and their families. Plenty of room so you’re not always in each other’s way. Beautiful view of Beaver Lake from the back deck; not too hot as we usually got a cool breeze. Easy driving distance to Bentonville, Eureka Springs, and many other attractions. Don’t miss the Bachman-Wilson House and the Daisy Airgun Museum. Prairie Creek Recreation Area has a great beach and is only $5 a carload. Kids and adults had fun watching the fireflies and deer. We’ll definitely consider going back to this area and this house.

We really enjoyed our stay the house was clean and beautiful view
The only problem is that it was not as handicap accessible as listed on the site
Entry threshold were difficult to manage ( too high and no handrails) beds were way to High! Making it extremely difficult to get into bed and walk in shower did not have handrails or
non skid strips. In shower

Our family enjoyed a spacious house with plenty of room for spreading out but also to get together for meals and games. Game room downstairs with pool table, air hockey, and TV was also nice. View of Beaver Lake was beautiful from both the upper and lower decks.
House was centrally located with nearby hiking trails, caverns, a working water mill, Eureka Springs, and Crystal Bridges museum.
We truly enjoyed our time at this house.

This place is one of the most beautiful views in the areas. You can sit up in bed in all 4 rooms and see the wonderful lake and low mountains. The pictures don’t do the property justice because there’s a HUGE amount of space for a huge get together. Can’t want to go back!

Family Vacation
What a great family vacation! Our children are grown and we have 2 grandchildren. It is always so special when we can spend time together. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was a big plus. The view from the house of the lake and beyond was incredible! We had a wonderful family vacation!

Great Views, Beautiful Home
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we were well taken care of. The beautiful views from the balcony in the morning and evening were priceless. Everything was clean and as advertised. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house and view and the owners are super easy to work with.
We were a party of 9 and slept comfortably. The only downside was that the upstairs furniture was not very comfortable and because of the rainy weather, we spent a lot of time inside. The house could also use a deep spring cleaning All in all, a good time was had by all.

Beautiful View!
This house is better than the pictures show. The balcony is huge and has a picturesque view. So breathtaking. We called this house The House On The Hill. You have to drive down to the lake (not walkable) , but it’s worth it . This is the first house where everything was supplied for the entire stay. What I mean by that is necessities like toilet paper, dish soap, detergent (everything)That was awesome. .The downstairs level is fun. Loved the pool table and air hockey table. The only thing I would suggest is some more seating options on the balcony. Like a cushioned outdoor couch because it gets uncomfortable sitting so long on rod iron chairs. One of those big propane firepits on the balcony would of been amazing! Had a great time😊.

Couples Motorcycle Stay
We had four couples that motorcycled down from Minnesota to ride the Ozarks and stayed here. The house was great for four couples, we each had a nice bedroom and bath to our own. The house was well stocked and clean. The massive deck had an awesome view of the lake! The communication process with the owner was great. They even allowed us access to their garage to park our motorcycles inside. We would definitely stay here again if returning to the Ozarks!

Wonderful house!
We visited with our 3 adult sons, their wives and our 3 granddaughters. We loved that all 4 bedrooms had restrooms and a door to the patio. The view was fabulous and the house had everything we needed. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Unbelievable View
Overall we had a great time. Property was spotless, had everything we needed, and the view is unbelievable. The property manager Mr. Kelsey was very nice, but he did just come in unannounced a couple of times which was kind of off putting. I know they have a right to do that, but a warning would’ve been great. Other than that, everything was perfect.

A beautiful home with an incredible view
What a great stay! Amazing views onto the lake and the star-gazing at night was wonderful. Comfortable beds, well-stocked with pantry items and soaps, etc, and beautifully decorated. Communication with owner was excellent. We'll definitely come back!

Perfect
We chose this place for a central meeting place for family to meet for Thanksgiving, some coming from different parts of Arkansas and Texas. We had 10 adults and 2 children. The set up was absolutely perfect for our group, the house was well stocked, very clean and the VIEWS WERE BREATHTAKING! I am pretty sure I took 20 photos off the back deck of Beaver lake. I didn't want to forget it! We drove down just a piece to the Historic Winkler Mill trail and walked some other trails nearby, we ate, drank coffee with this view, played games, and ate some more! It was a wonderful getaway! We are thinking of coming back to meet again in the summer when we can go play on the lake.

Ozark retreat
Our family of four enjoyed a relaxing 4-day escape in this spacious and well-equipped home. Our teenagers loved having their own bed and bath rooms, and the kitchen had lots of counter space and amenities for cooking all of our meals. The home was a perfect R&R home base -- we binge-watched the Lord of the Rings trilogy in the evenings in the cozy recliner couches while watching thunderstorms roll by over the lake. We also challenged each other to many games of pool and air hockey in the downstairs game room. And every day we fit in beautiful hikes, both long (9 mi) and short (1 mi), within a brief drive from the house.
