Great location, 1 minute walk from Plaza Mayor. Attractive old building and courtyard. Staff were all helpful, though overall the hotel's offering was quite limited. Felt safe, and night-time security was good. Next-day laundry service on asking. The room was very large, comfortable bed, everything worked well.

The building has 1-metre thick stone walls, so the rooms are always cold, even though it was usually warm and sunny outside by day. There was no heating available.

Room was good but furniture really old, small bed, horrible breakfast, dry bread, disgusting coffe, cold scramble eggs. Cold room, noise in night.
