It was the worst experience ever !!! The room was dirty, with electric wires exposed. There was a disco party in the basement of the hotel, all the vibration and noise were unbearable. We could not sleep at all after 12h car journey.

The lady (the owner?) was very kind and friendly! She helped me to pick up a taxi for going to the airport. it really helped me a lot!! I could use the kitchen to make dishes and coffee.

There was a construction going on near the hotel.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great location close to everything! I will definitely stay here again.

Location and price

Although staff was very friendly, there were several times during my stay that the counter at the front desk was unattended. There seemed to b a hall on the side of the main entrance; and there were always people coming in and out of that place. One night there was a party there that lasted all night. It was very loud.

Ayacucho is a beautiful city. Carlos was very helpful. The room had a panoramic view. It was spotless and a great location. Steaming hot shower provided a great start to the day.

It could get noisy outside the hotel. They are still developing this hotel so our bathroom was not completed.
