Excellent food! The manager was helpful. He helped me to find an excellent taxi cab driver. He was very good. The breakfast staff was great.
It was the evening--front desk young woman---she put my safety at risk. My privacy too. She needs MORE TRAINING. I told the manager. She still DID NOT SEEM TO GET how dangerous a situation it could be for a woman or person. When someone says--NO PHONE CALLS or to not accept anyone beyond the front desk. To even use a CHILD is manipulation and she fell for it. She also did not seem to understand that---by her demeanor and how she responded--- I did trainings to keep woman safe and this situation failed if there was any possible issues around safety. My privacy too.
The front desk needs training on what privacy means. I asked not to accept any phone calls from anyone. The person at the front desk---accepted a phone call. I told the front desk no one knows that I am at the place. I am coming from another country. That puts a woman in a dangerous situation. The front desk also accepted flowers from a person and still put the person through on a phone call ---the front desk STILL called my room to see if I would accept a visit from the person. The person had come with his young son. I was being stalked. He had sent me many texts. I had told him to stop. My son and I would find our own way--tour.
The person used a child to ask for me. The front desk person actually STILL told me that the CHILD came to see me when I talked with her. It was a child --being manipulated by an adult ---to get me to come downstairs. The DAY Manager told me HE talked with her.
The next day--it seemed that the woman still DID not seem to understand how dangerous the situation could have been for me. Or that it was a breach of my privacy. She seemed to want me to feel sorry or ashamed that I did not accept flowers from a child. It was a man with his child--trying to get past the FRONT DESK--after I said I did not want to receive any calls. NO ONE KNEW THAT I WAS STAYING THERE WITH MY SON. He was a family friend==tour guide--who I said I no longer needed him to tour me. He kept contacting me. It was not a good situation. I even thought of changing to another hotel. The MAIN Manager said ---I was fine. I am from other country and was scared.
The front DESK needs to review safety of guests. The Main Manager--Day Manager was excellent. The young woman--evening did not seem to get the depth of the breach of privacy or safety for me. I was also coming from another country.

too much noise from street. I recommend to install a kind of window to block out noise.
