Ground floor unit on the beach. Easy beach access. No stairs or elevators!
Récemment mis à jour avec de nouveaux meubles de salon et tapis de chambre.
Situé directement sur la plage, unité de rez-de-chaussée avec la plage juste à l'extérieur de vos portes coulissantes en verre.
Profitez des plus beaux levers et couchers de soleil depuis votre terrasse privée et des plages de sable blanc de sucre et de l'eau vert émeraude. Veuillez voir les photos et les étiquettes pour plus de détails sur la vue.
L'unité a une cuisine entièrement équipée et une laveuse et une sécheuse pour vos besoins de buanderie. Le salon et la chambre ont une télévision. Le salon a un DVD. Le WIFI gratuit est également disponible. La chambre a un lit queen avec une 1/2 salle de bain. Le salon dispose de 2 canapés-lits queen-size (tout nouveau canapé-lit Cosy avril 2018). Une salle de bain complète est située dans le hall.
Il y a une piscine avec des chaises longues et des tables. Des aires de barbecue et de pique-nique sont situées près de la piscine. Une fosse de barbecue privée est également fournie sur notre terrasse. Le service de plage et de parasol est inclus de mars à octobre.
Il y a beaucoup de magasins, restaurants, vie nocturne, parcs aquatiques à proximité. La pêche est disponible par bateau charter, jetée de pêche (à seulement trois kilomètres) et sur la plage. Le centre commercial de Destin est à une courte distance en voiture. Vous pouvez profiter de nombreuses activités ou simplement vous détendre sur les belles plages.
3 jours minimum, Premier été à la semaine uniquement. Une semaine est du samedi au samedi. Location au mois de novembre à février. L'arrivée se fait à 14h00 et le départ à 10h00. Dépôt de garantie remboursable de 200 $.
Service de chaise de plage inclus dans le prix. 90 $. 00 frais de nettoyage.

This was a vacation for just the hubby and me. As soon as we walked in it felt very comfortable.
Loved being on the first floor even though you couldn’t see the gulf but you knew it was right past the beautiful sand dunes
So close to anything you need.
Stephanie was always available to help

Very convenient, clean and nice with everything you need. The condo was spacious and fully stocked. Even had sunglasses and flashlights tucked away for you. Would definitely recommend and I will be actually booking again next year.

Property was 100% as advertised, it was clean, beach right outside back patio, condo was easy to get to and essentials to get us started (bath & kitchen towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods) all provided. Location couldnt have been better! We will be booking again!

Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would be the mattress was in pretty rough shape and the box springs were very noisy every time we rolled over.

Very comfortable. I slept very well and we enjoyed a quiet, relaxed stay at this cozy retreat. Very well stocked for basic preparation of meals if needed. Beachfront; literally steps from the beautiful pristine beach and sea.

Location was nice. Beach access was awesome. The gentleman that set up the beach chairs every morning was very helpful and friendly.
Tenants in units above and to the side left trash in front of the back door of the unit we stayed in and made no effort to clean it up. Not a good look but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, none the less.
Would stay here again.

Great location! Loved the ease of just walking out the sliding door and over the boardwalk to the beach! Enjoyed my morning coffee sitting on the beach everyday of our stay. Perfect weather , great food, and all the amenities needed for a perfect beach bumming getaway!

We had the pleasure of staying here again this year and enjoyed it again. We had an issue with cable and internet, which was in no way the owner's fault. She constantly gave me updates from the cable company and also offered me a couple of locations to go to in order to take care of some work I had to do while on vacation. This owner will do everything in her power to ensure your vacation is flawless. We will definitely book here again when we plan to stay on Okaloosa Island. Thanks again Stephanie for being a great host!

Condo was a perfect size for our family of 4, well stocked, clean and a uncrowded beach.. my kiddos loved the pool too. Will definitely like to come back in the future if available.

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of four. My favorite thing was how close it is to the beach. The boardwalk is literally steps from the back door. The chair and umbrella set-up
was so convenient and the beach was never overly crowded like at most of the bigger condominium complexes. Stephanie was an awesome host. She answered all of our questions very promptly.
We had a great stay and hope to come back soon.

Great lower level with a back door that steps right out to the beach steps. Even though the beach steps are directly across it was still very quiet. Would stay again. The only downside was the queen mattress. It sagged in the middle when 2 people was in it.

Property was great. Clean and nicely decorated. Great location and beach chairs/umbrella included. Work was being done on patios/balconies during our stay so we could not use the patio. Was okay as we spend all of our time on the beach!! Enjoyed it very much!!

Island sands property was under construction which condo owner informed us. She did give a $200.00 refund. We could not get into condo, wrong door code given. All of the beach side doors were covered in plywood. Emergency fire egress was impossible if needed. This is clearly a fire hazard and property should be shut down until all construction is completed.

Older property that feels very homey. You can definitely tell this belongs to a family. There was even a plastic step stool for the kids to use in the bathroom. It had everything we needed and it’s on the first floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. If you want to sit on the patio with a view of the water you're out of luck, but you can't get any closer to the beach. Just walk out the door and across the boardwalk and you are there. For 2 older adults, it's just what we needed! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home away from home!

First off, great communication from the owner start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The pictures don't really show just how close you are to the boardwalk to the beach. It is literally about 4 steps out the sliding glass door to the boardwalk. The place was clean and the perfect size for my wife and I. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great location for family vacation!
The property was just as advertised and was right on the beach! The location was amazing as it was far enough away from downtown to be a quiet area but also close enough for a quick drive if we wanted to do any of the activities…definitely recommend walking the pier! The beach was not crowded at all, everyone we met was very friendly, and the beach attendant was helpful and courteous. We rented a kayak and loved it! The condo was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and also had several beach/water toys available for us to use. Would definitely recommend staying here!
