The house is well-stocked with all you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Lots of grocery stores nearby so we were able to cook all our meals. The backyard is not fenced, so we enjoyed hiking through the tree-covered property. Lovely, spacious home; just as advertised!

This property has everything you would want and need if visiting the Lakepoint Complex. The house is spacious and offers the opportunity to be able to spread out and relax at the end of the day. I highly recommend it.

I give this property a 4 💫 rating only bc of a couple of concerns I mentioned to the owner. The owner was prompt in his reply of handling what was mentioned. I would recommend this property. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood as mentioned. It is very spacious! Overall, the property was clean and had what we needed for our stay. It has amazing hot water! ❤️ It is close to good eating and shopping! Mostly we were at Lakepoint... So it worked great for playing ball at that location as well as some surrounding HSs.

We Stayed here for a week for a baseball tournament with another family. 15 minutes to LakePoint for baseball. Close to stores and other activities in the area. The house was comfortable and clean.It fit 9 of us with room to spare. The pool was a quick 6 minute walk or you can drive down. The neighborhood was fantastic! The neighbors were extremely welcoming. The host Brian was quick to respond during the whole stay with any questions we needed answered and the one minor concern that we had was taken care of immediately without hesitation. He was a great host! Would 100% stay here again and hope to do so in the future.

We stayed here for a “Girls Weekend”. Our group consisted of 8 ladies, ranging in age from early 50s to mid 70s. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. House was in a quite subdivision at the end of a cul-de-sac. Brian, our host, was very responsive both with check-in and check-out. The house fit us perfectly and we would rent again. Downtown Carterville was cute and very interesting with shops and restaurants. Also, Walmart, Walgreens and other shopping area is only a mile away. Highly recommend. Please note, for anyone with mobility issues, the house does have steps both up and down to the main level and the lower level.

This property was perfect for our family. With it being multi level, the older children had the lower half, my wife, our smaller children, and myself had the upper half with plenty of rooms and beds for for several more people. Nice quiet neighborhood within driving distance to everything Cartersville has to offer. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Cartersville

Severed its purpose
The location was great for what we needed. Was asked to use trash and recycling cans but none were in the house. Also house was under reconstruction so it was a little messy. One of the guest had handicap issues so she stayed in the lower lever the entire time.

Reunion Weekend
This rental is spacious and suited our weekend very well. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for visiting and sleeping. Since we were there to see each other, we didn't venture out much, so I can't speak for it's proximity to destinations, but we did find everything we needed nearby.

Very spacious
This is a perfect home for 2-3 families wanting to travel together. They are in the process of updating the property so some of the smells were bad but that will probably be remedied after construction. A lot of room and house just as described. Property owner was very responsive to any issue. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect house for baseball families
The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and spacious. We had 3 families in Atlanta for a week long baseball tournament. The house was a in a great location, only 12 minutes from the baseball complex, Lakepoint. The bottom floor of the house had a second living area so that’s where the boys hung out. We enjoyed the community pool which was walking distance from the house. We had a minor issue when we arrived, but Brian the owner responded quickly.
We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great. Clean and well furnished. The shining star was the owner/property manager. I pulled a complete boneheaded failure at reading the check-in instructions and the owner was more than patient and understanding. Had an excellent stay. Would easily stay again.

House was well equipped with all the utensils and pans we needed to cook our meals . Bedrooms were roomy enough for those who had to share. Location was terrific for the golf courses we wanted to play. Shopping was close by.. Probably return next year.

Perfect for a family
The home was perfect for a family needing more room than a hotel. The home was very spacious with everything you need to make your stay more convenient, the back deck with grill was nice to use and relax after a long day at the ball park. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors friendly . Owner was very responsive and helpful. 12 minute drive to our sons baseball tournament At LakePoint which was most convenient. Thank you!

Disappointed with experience
Nice space for a large group, however listed as pool available, then told us it was not- and changed listing afterwards, dishwasher was broken when we were there, rotten deck boards needed repaired, carpet was wet, not enough pots and pans for 12 people, griddle, can opener, and grill old and didn’t work well, owner wasn’t willing to work with us when we worked with him for getting in late- having repair people come during our stay, left early

Great space for large groups
This home sits off the beaten path in a cul-de-sac. Plenty of room for many guests. Home was clean and well kept. We did not need all of the room but this home was close to local family for the wedding we attended and priced well for our needs. Because of the COVID 19 virus we had to make changes in our accommodations and Brian was able to work with us.
