Mise à jour de la location de vacances de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans un quartier résidentiel calme à quelques pas de la plage. Ce duplex au rez-de-chaussée regorge de logements mis à jour et est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et de Breach Inlet. The beach house was the perfect location 10-20 minute drive to restaurants and shops. 35 minutes to down town Charleston. A very short walk to the beach. The home was clean, kitchen well stocked, screened porch with grill , outdoor shower, and comfy beds. We had the opportunity to meet the owner's and they were so nice. Will definitely rent again.

The vrbo for this trip was truly convenient to the beach and dining. There were a couple of drawbacks about the place itself that would be easily rectified. First, the televisions throughout the place are small and outdated. The one in the living room I couldn’t get to turn on even after following their instructions. Secondly, was the overall smell of the place was musty. My wife describes it as smelling old. After some incense and turning down the air conditioner it improved. Beyond those two things it was a wonderful place to stay.

We had a great time at IOP! The weather and the beach were great! The house is perfect for our family of 5 since the 2 older kids could have their own bedrooms. House location is just a short walk to the beach and is a 3 minute drive to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, etc. Very convenient. The house also has an outdoor shower which is very handy when you get done with a long day at the beach.The property description is very accurate and the management company was very responsive and their communication was great. I highly recommend this property. This was our second stay at this house and we would stay here again.

This rental offers a great location. Veryclose to beach, a short walk to a few shops and restaurants and easy access to either bridge for farther ventures. The outside shower is handy and always a feature I like to have at a beach house. The grill and screened in porch was used daily, though with such humid weather it was hard to dry out damp towel in this area. Handy full size laundry in this area also. Home has many kitchen utensils and dishes, almost to many since there was not an empty cabinet to put any food in. We left all our items on the counter. Some basic items like salt, pepper, sugar a few spices would be handier than a tea set. Refrigerator makes lots of ice! Cold drinks a plenty. An upgrade to the common room TV really is a must! Even at the beach we would have like to watch a movie in the evening on a BIGGER screen. The bedroom TVs are small computer monitors we never bothered to even try them. The large dining table worked well for meals and cards we brought. Games would be nice too. There were a few puzzles and I think scrabble but we didn’t want to sit outside to do a puzzle in the heat and were eating at the other table. It’s best feature is location. Has plenty of parking, closet and drawer space. There were a couple of old beach chairs but no sand toys or umbrella. Recommend the Acme Low Country Kitchen and Spread Bagelry in Mt Pleasant. Enjoy your stay....the walk to the beautiful beach is short.

Pros: Amazing location near the beach, roomy space and a fabulous porch. Outdoor shower is a big plus.
Cons: Owner stayed above us, loud and running footsteps early in the morning. Was missing some essentials like multiple pans, aluminum foil, trash bags, etc.
Overall: Had a great stay here, but some things could’ve certainly been improved.

This house was perfect for our family of 5! The open layout was great for us to interact. The back patio was enjoyable in the evenings and great for grilling. Outdoor shower was a big plus when returning from a day at the beach. The walk to the beach was along 4th Street (a big plus when pulling a wagon full of beach equipment) and only took about 4-5 minutes. The beach was awesome! Very clean, not crowded at all, and the water was perfect. Furnishing were decent, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped (if you plan on cooking much, you may want to bring your own frying pan but I'm picky about my frying pans!). Location was about 1 mile from the grocery so that was convenient. Overall, we were very pleased and would highly recommend this property. One footnote - we stayed on the ground level unit and there is a unit above it but it was vacant during our stay.

This was our ‘backup house’ for our family sailing team. We also had a house on the beach that we used for meals and gathering. This house is nicely centrally located. It was clean and area quiet. You do have to check in offsite, but it’s close by, but that is out of the ordinary for most houses we’ve rented. Also, I tried to contact the rental company about extending my reservation by a day and never got a response. That’s the only reason I rated comms 4 stars.

Comfortable and inviting property. We enjoyed the spaciousness, and loved imagining the family history from the photos. We kept the front and back doors open to enjoy breeze through the living area after being on the beach. I didn't know a denim sofa was missing from my life until our visit.

My husband, 4mo old baby and I stayed in 310 Carolina for a couple of weeks in October. The house was clean, updated and the beds were comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked (surprising for a rental) and the back screened in porch was lovely in the mornings and evenings! I was worried about the laundry being outside but it turns out it’s just on the screened porch and it was just as convenient as if it were inside. No one was in the upstairs unit throughout the course of our stay. We would happily book again.

We were very happy with our rental. The bright and sunny first level (no stairs!) was well-appointed with all we needed for a great stay. We loved the screened porch and the outdoor shower. Very close to the beach for easy walking. Perfect size for 4 people (one couple and 2 singles). Surprise bonus was very sharp knives! We always bring our own knives and sharpener because the rental knives are so bad. However we were happy to find sharp quality knives and a knife sharpener!

We have stayed in this unit before and the updated mattresses are super comfortable. Beach chairs were provided and the beach is a short walk away. My family loves the convenient location and we ride bikes to the many IOP and Sullivan's island restaurants. We will be back to stay here again!

Great Beach Spot
For over forty years, we head south once or twice a year to Isle of Palms and stay with family or in rentals. This little retreat is another fabulous discovery. Everything was clean and beachy. We already recommended it to five friends. Come relax and get the true IOP beach vibe in this darling cottage.

Comfortable, very functional in quiet neighborhood
We really like this place. 3 minute walk to the waterfront in a very functional space with a well stocked kitchen. We like to cook, so that was welcome. No frills, just everything you need in a very functional space.

Clean house, great location, roomy and comfortable. We’d definitely stay again. Only small issue: there were no food staples in the house. It would have been nice if a small supply of the necessities had been available.

Wonderful fall getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Isles of Palm! The listing was accurate, the apt clean, kitchen was fully stocked, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for all 6 of us to spend time together in the living area! The location was centrally located, within walking distance to the beach and we appreciated having a parking spot for our road trip! Thank you for hosting us!

1) Loss of Hot Water (gas tank was empty): The loss of hot water should not have happened. The gas should have been monitored more often so that we should never have run out of water.
2) Back Screened In Porch Is Filthy: The back screened in porch was not very well cleaned (and it does not look like it had been cleaned at all over the summer). The floor and the legs of the chair had a layer of caked on dirt. We did not spend time out there because it was dirty.
3) Dryer Not Drying: Although not a huge problem, I believe that the dryer vent needs cleaning. We had to run clothes through several drying cycles to get them dry. I think that clogging (of only dryer lint) is preventing moisture from leaving the dryer.
4) Significant dirt underneath major furniture: I think the apartment only get a minor cleaning between guests. There was major dirt and dust bunnies underneath the dining and coffee tables (as well as the beds).
On the plus side, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils (even a cheese grater). Thanks for that.
