Wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis! Das gesamt Personal ist extrem aufmerksam. Es ist alles sehr gut organisiert und die Zimmer (wir hatten Zimmer im Obergeschoss: u.a. Die Regal Suite an der Ecke) sind gigantisch toll mit einem bzw. mehreren großen Fenster und ein tollen Ausblick.

This cruise was an amazing experience and it was so worth the cost.The room was stunning and we were delighted to enjoy the views from the massive windows. The cave tour on the bamboo boats and kayaking were great ways to see the bay. The staff were exceptional and the food was great.

Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (they even helped us travel to Cat Ba after, including the taxi which would take us to our hotel), the food was great and the activities fun.

For the 1 night stay, the activities were a bit tightly packed, but that's a minor point.

Food is great. The boat looks good and is well maintained.

The bay is quite dirty. You do not really want to get in the water during any activity. The activities feel quite stiff. The cave is tiny and you do not get the opportunity to kayak or decide where the boat go. You have around 30 seconds on the other side of the cave's inner pool. The kayak activity takes place in a not so interesting environment.

Boat and rooms were lovely. Staff were also very accommodating and friendly.

The itinerary is quite packed.. So a 1 night stay is definitely just 24 hrs on the boat. You drive from Hanoi and get on the boat just after midday, and you're checked out by 9.30am the next day. Sales team were extremely confusing with differing information provided by different employees.

The boat is kept immaculately and is a nice looking boat. Many on the bay seemed very tired in comparison. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely finished.

I like all the meals that are provided on board. Delicious and the staff were attentive, make you feel like VIP. I like all the room were equipped with luxurious bathtub and the view in room were out of the world.

Not entirely soundproof, can hear heavy steps walking in the corridor and upstairs. But once settled in, it became better because no one was suppose to walk around in the middle of the night.

Everything, very professional, the food was great, drinks prices very affordable although you're in Halong Bay. The programme is full but you may opt to just relax and admire the breathtaking view from your room.

Amazing property and amazing food

Boat was lovely, clean, felt luxurious especially for the price. Bath was amazing and the porch was great for sitting out and watching the Bay. Facilities (dining room, hot tub, decks and bar) were all great. The staff were all super helpful and friendly, the guide we had on the boat to and from the cruise was charming. Food was some of the nicest we had in Vietnam, and all the excursions / activities they fit into our one night stay was very impressive, but didn’t feel rushed / expected to do them all. Would recommend doing the two night cruise however if you want more time to relax. Ha Long Bay is gorgeous, and a must do for Northern Vietnam. However despite swimming in the water during this trip, areas of the bay are quite polluted, which is a real shame but out of the Cruise’s hands of course. Overall, we would recommend to do this cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay!

Hot tub could be hotter, and possibly updated. Aside from that we liked it all!

We had a fantastic time with Genesis Luxury Regal Cruises. They were in contact prior to our booking to offer there services of transfer from Hanoi to there boat, the transport was very comfortable and was seamless. It removed the stress of having to arrange a transfer ourselves. The staff on the boat and in the office were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the itinerary on offer, squid fishing, kayaking and tour on bamboo boats with a local as well as the sea swim off the back of the boat. The food on offer was to a high standard, thoroughly enjoyed as well as the cocktails. We would like to say a big thank you to the team for making a memorable experience.

This was an all-round exceptional trip! We were highly impressed by the room, balcony, staff, and food on board. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a bit of luxury in Ha Long Bay!

全體員工都很友善，客房舒適，景色優美。來到下龍灣、蘭哈灣請務必在船上過一晚，一日遊當天來回太匆促，無法好好體會。

食物偏油，牛肉咬不動，炒河粉軟爛得令人反胃，果汁飲料太甜，總之飲食還有很大的改進空間。房內的浴缸會漏水，無法泡澡。

The cruise was fantastic it was well organised and executed, we were kept informed of the activities perfectly . It was the perfect blend of activities and relaxation. The staff and crew were magnificent I cannot praise them enough in all areas. They made our experience so memorable. They were attentive , informative, caring, professional and very friendly

Breakfast was great with an excellent choice of hot and cold food.

The staff were very positive and helpful, the excursions were great, the food was fancy and delicious.

Overall it was fantastic, there could be improvements in some places, being; Music in the restaurant was too loud, requested for a different meal yet got served the same set menu that we couldn’t eat, there didn’t seem to be a party atmosphere at night like on the video, and our balcony door was unable to close fully, other than that, it really was amazing and we enjoyed 99% of the weekend and would definitely recommend and would do again. Tonny was an absolute star and deserves so much!

We really enjoyed the cruise. The boat was beautiful and just like the pictures. The bed was really comfortable and we had lovely views of the karsts going by from the room. Loved the views from the bathtub although didnt have time to use it. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond. The food was amazing and plentiful, from the buffet lunch to multicourse dinner. It was magical watching the sunset on the deck in the evening. There were plenty of activities packed into the 24 hours on the boat including kayaking, a boat ride through caves, trying squid fishing, spring roll making demonstration etc. The transfer from Hanoi organised by the cruise made getting there easy.

Not really a negative for us but the itinerary is quite fast paced so a 2 night trip could be a better option if you wanted more time to relax.

Extremely friendly staff. Great service. Amazing views. Comfy beds. Baths in every bathroom. Schedule of activities to keep us busy. The big window and balcony in each room + access to minibar makes for an amazing time on board.

Decor is a little aged. Activities felt a little rushed. All the activities are at the same time for all boats so there are a heap of people at every spot. The company can attempt to coordinate different timings with the other boats to allow for a more secluded experience. All boats are parked in the same space overnight, so a little noise from other boats.

The Ha Long Bay trip with Genesis Regal Cruises was a fantastic experience which exceeded our expectation by far. The ship is beautiful and of perfect size and condition. Our cabin - do yourself a favor and book 201 or 202 - was wonderful. It was very spacious with a big bathroom offering a bathtub in front of a big window and a very comfortable shower cabin. The privat terrace in the rear offered a marvelous view and gave us a feeling of exclusivity. We really enjoyed it. The program was great and provided lots of fun. Food was excellent and the service in general is great. All staff members are extremely polite and always committed to make their guest feeling happy. Especially Mr. Sunny is doing a great job. What needs to be highlighted as well is the embracing 100% customer satisfaction care taking initiatives of Genesis customer service. They start to care about you even before the journey has started. All transport towards and back is perfectly well organized with friendly drivers and very good cars. After returning from the trip they still keep in touch to make sure you go away with a feel of having had a perfect experience. Ms. Chee from customer service not only goes the extra mile but far beyond. She is doing an extraordinary job and make you feel to travel with friends. She organized everything for us even transfer issues after the trip and she does all that with the highest level of commitment we have ever experienced since we are traveling the world. Thank you so much, Ms Chee!!! We highly recommend a trip with Genesis and we will come back for sure.

This entire experience was fantastic. I cannot recommend Genesis enough. We were travelling with a 5-month old and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The staff were exceptional, the food was delicious, and the cruise around Ha Long Bay was as beautiful and exciting as it was relaxing and refreshing. Would definitely do this again.
