Very good location within the Old Quarters nearby the famous St. Joseph's Cathedral. Food food around the area and many tour agencies for trip bookings.

I deliberately paid more for a Queen Suite but was given a room that did not meet my expectation. The room was much smaller than described (35m2) and looks nothing like the photos shown on website. My friend who booked a cheaper Superior Room is similar to my room and had newer interior design and item. Kind of disappointed and would have just book a Superior Room instead of paying more for nothing.

Great location! Right in the centre! Clean rooms and so quiet.

The staff are super friendly, the location was perfect, the room was nice and decorated well. Plenty of toiletries for you to use! We had the cheapest standard room which had no window. Would recommend getting an upgrade to a window but didn’t effect our stay!

We had room number 802, the shower was completely blocked which meant it overflowed. When this happened it actually leaked into the room itself and got all under the floor boards so it mad them squishy and the room wet.

Yo no diría que no es un 4estrellas..había bastante polvo,todo el tiempo me picaba la piel en el Hotel…tienen un baño bajando de la recepción, que hemos utilizado hasta que nuestra habitación fuera lista, es horroroso😧 Normalmente no pongo malas reviews,pero no era lo que muestra en las fotos para nada todo demasiado sucio recepción entrada baño🥲 Encima hemos pagado un upgrade a vista a las calle o ciudad..pessima no era por el dinero sino que no era para nada bonita.

Świetny hotel w samym centrum Old Quarter, wygodne łóżko, cicho i przytulnie. Duże, czyste pokoje i wszelkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Super cena jak za taki standard. Jeżeli jeszcze kiedyś będę w Hanoi to na pewno zatrzymam się w tym hotelu. Polecam

Khách sạn tuyệt vời để bạn có thể nghỉ ngơi thư giãn cho dù là du lịch, đi công tác hay đơn thuần là muốn trải nghiệm một nơi có giá cả quá hợp lý so với số tiền mình bỏ ra. Vậy thôi.

I was welcomed warmly and professionally from the moment I arrived at the hotel. They were always available to answer all my questions and made me feel like I was the most important customer.

The second times stay here when i arrived Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Amazing rô, clean cozy excellent modern deco. Air freshener plug ins in all rooms and hallway. Balcony was amazing on a night for a drink and cig. Massive TV and excellent sound system. In the city centre. The room is cleaned well. Bedding and mattress all checked and all good clean with zero stains. L shape Sofa comfortable, fresh clean excellent. I cannot fault the room. All hallways and floors with new carpet. The contact for the room is a text away, made sure everything was perfect, thank you so so much. He is more than helpful

My family and I visited the capital city during our vacation this year. I like the design of this hotel, its both traditional and modern . Vietnamese people are very kind and friendly also. They guided very carefully and introduced specialty restaurants around our hotel

This is a great hotel. The facilities and furniture are all new. The location of the hotel is near the lake so it is very convenient to travel. affordable price, I think can be cheap. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic when assisting us to check in.
