Great location. Very friendly staff. Anna was amazing! She answered all if our questions and helped us book activities and transport.
There were no windows in our room :( we didn’t have any natural light. It was such a minor issue because we were outside most of the day.

We absolutely loved our time at Grande Collection!
From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond enhancing our stay and making this our favourite accommodation in Vietnam (5 week journey!). The room itself was beautifully designed. The staff hung a happy birthday banner and decorated the room with balloons for my birthday. Furthermore, they also provided a complimentary birthday cake for us and organised our dinner reservations and airport transfers.
When checking in we met with Anna who was extremely helpful and sat down with us over a welcome drink. Anna gave us a map of Hanoi and marked her local recommendations of sights, cafes, restaurants - all of which were fantastic.
The hotel also boasts a luxurious spa and offer guests discounted rates on treatments.
The breakfast was delicious with many fresh options.
The hotel bar, Green Room is such a nice chilled environment to enjoy a drink. Thien, the barman was so friendly and kind and also offered more recommendations for our time in Hanoi.
The location was absolutely perfect for us to explore the old quarter, mostly within walking distance.
We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for anybody visiting Hanoi!

Très belle chambres avec balcon ( 604 )
Le petit déjeuné est correct ( servi jusqu’à 9h du matin ça fait un peu tôt car souvent dans les hôtels c’est 10h-10h30 ) , nous sommes descendus en prendre 2 fois/ 4 durant le séjour car nous avons préféré faire la grâce matinée.

Location was great.
The room was very small, no window. Bathroom was very small. Breakfast was ok, didn’t have that many options as being a vegetarian. We were suppose to check in for 2pm but didn’t happen until 2:30/2:40pm. And we were told we would receive some refund but didn’t get anything at all.

Reception staffs was helpful
Hotel look dark because of the paint colour and I didn’t feel that it is clean enough for me. The waitress at breakfast didn’t understand much English. Outside the hotel was congested and unclean, surrounded by old buildings, we set outside the hotel and can smell some terrible smells from some stores cooking Vietnamese foods.

Almost everything was really nice, this is small hotel located in the center of Halong, really close to most of the attractions. Rooms spacious and clean. We had a room with a balcony. Really friendly and helpfull staff, especially manager, he was ready to assist at all times. Sorry I cannot give 10, just because personally I think that 10 does not exist in real life as it can always be better 😀.
This is personal issue... early breakfast :). We are not used to wake up earlier than 10 am 🤣. Maybe some little repairs on bathroom could be done, but this is really minor. We enjoyed our stay there. And would recomend it.

Excellent location- really close to everything without being around the noise and crowds of others parts of the old quarter.
Hotel is beautiful and staff are great- really helpful with booking onward travel and day trips etc. special thanks to Jenny who organised trips for me and helped sort out bags and transport as well. Highly recommend.

Centrally located and easy to get around. Can be bit noisy in the morning as its busy street outside. Room is spacious with 2 queen beds comfortable for 4 of us. Bathroom bit small but still suffice. Staff always available to assist and help with day trips. Breakfast is not too bad, eggs and pho available on request.
Need more power outlet and find room bit dark.
