Place Lola a été spécialement construit [nouveau en 2006] comme une location de vacances pour nos clients, qui sont à la recherche d'une maison loin de la maison.
Cette belle nouvelle lodge est très spacieuse et peut accueillir confortablement six. La cuisine, salle à manger et salon principal constituent la grande salle. Très grandes fenêtres font de cette chambre gaie et accueillante. Tous les planchers de bois et une rainure et languette plafond tremble ajoutent à la chaleur de la Place Lola. Lola est à un second niveau et possède sa propre entrée privée avec escalier.
Situé sur '' NOTORIOUS Blair Street (Silvertons vieille 'Red Light District'). De votre fenêtre assister à l'arrivée et au départ de Durango & Silverton l'Narrow Gauge Railroad.
Vous êtes à quelques minutes de marche des boutiques et des restaurants. Restez avec nous et expérience où la chaussée se termine et commence le Far West

Great location as our home base for exploring the area. Clean and confortable, all ammenities as described. My 78yo mom did have a hard time going up and down the stairs, but we managed to make it work. Tommy and Patti are wonderful hosts, and made our stay great.

Lola’s Place is an amazing space to unwind. We had 3 nights in this beautiful cabin above a shop on notorious Blair Street. It is spacious yet warm and had all the amenities and views we could ask for in a vacation rental. Tommy was the most gracious host, even helped carry bags up the short staircase! Very accommodating and helpful. We plan to stay again soon!! Thanks for everything, Tommy!

We have stayed here every year for the past 18 years. Perfect location and lacking nothing for a great mountain stay. Tommy and Patty always makes you feel at home and a the ultimate hosts. 10 our of 10!

Very cute and spacious apartment located in a very cute town! Within walking distance to anything you could want. Was a little noisy with the windows open at night due to the bar across the street but was quiet by 11. Would definitely stay here again!

Lola’s Place was awesome. Great place for a weekend getaway right in the heart of Silverton. Perfect spot to come back to after a day of skiing. The checkin was easy and the hosts were great people. Will definitely be back

Very nice Host. Tommy checked in on us and helped keep us up on the weather report. Very clean place. Easy parking. Walking distance to everything except Silverton Mountain for skiing. If go to Silverton you better have 4 wheel drive! We will definitely be staying here again.

The location could not be more convenient! We were within walking distance of every shop and restaurant in town! We were gone riding during the day but we really enjoyed our evenings at Lola’s, very relaxing! The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed cooking in a couple nights. It was also very handy to have a washer and dryer to wash dusty riding clothes. We were very happy with our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean cute and comfy! Close to restaurants bars and groceries. Also close to neighboring towns to explore. We would stay here again !

The location was great, property was perfect for our family and it had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to bring your own food in. Managers were wonderful and took care of us. Highly recommend!

This is by far our favorite spot to stay in Silverton. Comfortable apartment with everything you need, and Tommy and Patti are incredibly friendly and attentive hosts - they really goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need/want.

Lola's place was a conveniently located and cozy basecamp for our winter adventures in the Silverton backcountry. Tommy greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were comfortable. When our travel plans changed due to a blizzard, he kept us updated about road conditions. Highly recommended!

I was completely blown away with the attentiveness of Tommy the host. The apartment is perfect for what we need in exactly is listed. Everything was clean. Check in was easy.
Tommy checked in with me during my whole trip to Silverton.He did everything he could to make my travel was easy as my stay. I would say he goes above and beyond to make your trip amazing and he did just that.

This was a wonderful place. Close to the center of town and within walking distance to everything. I had a class during the days and the family was able to walk to everything. Very dog friendly town as well. It was comfortable, clean, and wonderful accommodations. Can’t say enough about the owners or the place. Very nice stay.

Nothing fancy, but this apartment over the host's antique store did the job. I have to mention the uncomfortable beds- rock hard in both rooms. Otherwise, the place was decent, and the mountain views were extraordinary. There is so much hiking and outdoor adventure opportunities near Silverton! The host was kind, very available, and lovely.

Over the past couple of decades, we have visited/hiked/4-wheeled the Silverton-Ouray area many times: Tommy & Patti set a whole new standard as hosts! We were impressed from beginning to end - our conversations which touched on myriad topics as well as a few "history" lessons (Thank you, Tommy!) were simply "platinum level." And the location one block over from main street is convenient for evening walks, restaurants, easy parking, great mountain views, etc. We look forward to our next trip!

We were very pleased with this property. The location is great and the property clean and homey. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The only drawbacks (the stairs for people our age [75+] were at times taxing, and the internet access was intermittent) wete things the owners couldn't control.

We fell in love with Lola’s place. Tommy and Patty are amazing and friendly and have built a fantastic getaway. They let ou fur babies come and we will definitely be back. Cannot wait for a winter visit. Thanks guys David, Debra, Lizzie, Buggz and Toffee. ❤️🐶🐶🐶

Hosts were very nice & available. Internet was horrible! Stairs to the place are not for the weak. Very basic - nothing fancy - no grill or yard - rather noisy with train & traffic.

Just the right blend of old vs new. Common area was generous sized. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. Conveniently located and not too noisy. Would stay here again.

Property was perfect for us while visiting Silverton. Enjoyed meeting the host, Tommy, and learning about the history of Silverton. The place had all we needed, and more, and was comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glassware, utensils, cooking spices and the like. Plenty of heat, hot water, linens and most everything to make you feel at home. Highly recommend! Hopefully, we will be visiting Silverton again, and Tommy will allow us to stay again. Many thanks!!

Everything was awesome. Lola's place is a short drive to the Silverton ski resort, and is within a short walk to several good restaurants, bars and the grocery store. We had an epic ski trip and Lola's place was perfect. Tommy was a great host as well.
