Party activity with smoke and noise late into the night...

Location in Silverton is pretty good. While the bed and linens were very clean, the carpet and the room felt dirty. There was no faucet handle on our cold water, we only had hot water. The adjoining room with 2 beds had a door that could not close due to the bed being too long - no privacy.

Friendly desk, clean room

The property is very run down and not inexpensive. We requested housekeeping service, which didn't happen. Breakfast was terrible. Wifi didn't work. Lots of bikers hanging out, outside our room, drinking.

room is tiny, not the sq ft expedia says. room was clean and fairly new low quality remodel done. not what i would expect for the price.

The room was basic but very clean. The bed was as hard as a rock. The towels were small, thin and needed to be replaced. There was no coffee maker in the room and the lobby convenience store that did have coffee wasn't open early. The back stairs were quite hazardous with badly ripped carpet and no hand rails.

Convenient location and pet friendly! Rooms were fine, comfy bed and nice to have a sink area by the microwave and storage under that extra counter. Lack of counterspace in the bathroom (none), and a nonfunctional coffee maker. Staff was not able to replace coffee maker with a working one. Conveniece store was very sparsely stocked- didnt even have bandaids. Really the hotel worked fine for our needs, we were happy to be able to have our dog with us.

The staff was wonderful!! The room was very clean but definitely not new! The stairway near our room was dark and not very clean. We felt like the price was a bit high for the condition of the accommodations … but the stay was fine..

My stay was pleasant. The room was very hot but other than that it was very nice.

I can't believe I paid as much as I paid for this dump. A night before I stayed at the same town at an amazing place for $10 more. Unfortunately they did not have availability for another month. This place is dirty, falling apart, old, less than basic. I will not stay there again even if it was an emergency. I repeat - I can't believe they charge that much. Even if I have to drive out of my way I will look for a different place. Stir away from this place unless you don't really care about the level of your accommodation. I was with two teens and even they couldn't believe the difference between two night basically for the same price.

Room as advertised, great town and very helpful staff.

My family loved our stay here. It was perfect walking distance from shops and restaurants! The hotel had everything we wanted and needed to make our stay comfortable. Staff was awesome friendly and helpful too!

Nice property, comfortable king bed. Everything seems new and renovated. Great shower. Big bathroom. Three windows that opened to cool it off at night.

Overall a great stay. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms with easy access to everything in town and the surrounding trails. Only thing to be aware of is that the walls are not insulated well enough to block sounds from adjoining room. Not overly loud, just be aware.

Perfect place to lay your head and shower after trail riding. Would book there again.

Stay was OK. Several maintenance issues need to be addressed with the room. The ceiling fan light fixture was dangling by the wires and not mounted to the ceiling fan body.

The outside was a bit worry some for me to be honest. I didn’t know when I was getting into. The rooms were clean and definitely taken care of. I was happier once I saw the inside of the room. Wish there was AC it was hot In the room and the fan only did so much.

Our room (#8) was very clean and felt newly renovated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only problem was of the two sets of stairs to the second floor only one had hand railings making the one without railings unusable for and old guy like me which was inconvenient. Otherwise I would highly recommend the Triangle and would stay there next time I visit.

Staff was very helpful and the room was clean but not as advertised. We had no fridge, coffee maker or microwave as promised. They did bring us a coffee pot and gave us ice but some of our food had to be thrown out. Toilet leaked and the door knob to the bathroom was loose.

Rooms extremely clean daily and remodeled! Highly recommend it! Only grumble is continental breakfast not many options. When ask for more butter as it was empty, she said, “ No Mam, we do not have more butter?” It is located in a convenience store grocery/gas/food.

Was as expected.

Everything was really good except when we had the room next to us playing loud music for hours. We went to the front desk and they said that there was nothing they could do. So we had to listen to it for hours 2 nites in a row. Rooms were nice and really clean with good views of the beautiful mountains.

Cute and renovated

The bed was broken and the room was hot and the cooler didn’t work. Over all it was ok. The property manager was awesome!

They did a good job with cleaning and we were happy about that. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator, coffee maker or microwave. This motel has a gas station within the complex. So there is noise from loud motorcycles and trucks and the smell of gasoline. One last item, their coffee is probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had.

Limited hot water. Ice machine was broken. No sense of urgency for solution by staff. No hair dryers fyi. It is Silverton but they can do better

Check in was easy and friendly. However, the evaporative cooling unit would not turn on, and given our late arrival, we were unable to inform the front desk. The room was hot to sleep in as a result. A drawer in the bathroom was broken, too. It was fine for a place to sleep, but made for a harder night's sleep.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, as pictured. It had a mini-fridge, microwave, and sink. Breakfast was included. Too bad there was no AC, however the fan helped some. They made up my room after the first night even though I was only staying for 2 nights. Great service and great value. Recommended.

Good location. But rooms and property is tired. Breakfast was pretty much muffins and coffee. Otherwise meh.... Too much money, even for a tourist trap town..
