It has a private beach that I think it is good for summer but not for your winter trip.

• At first before your reservation they didn't mention that the beds does not have beds sheets, or the pillows and blankets does not have cover and when you reserve this property they send you messages and mention that has a extra fee (15€ for each bed) for having a covers and bedsheets and of you don't have your own covers in your trip you don't have any choice because this property is non-refundable and you can't cancel it and on the other side the beds, pillows and blankets without covers are not very clean. And again after reservation they said for leaving apartment there is a extra cleaning fee and if you don't want clean by yourself you have to pay 50€ and again you can't do anything because is non-refundable and this information comes to you after reservation in private app messenger so it's not logical. • In our arrival that was not very clean, the floor was dirty, one of the blanket had a blood stain and on the bed sheets there was a lot of hair which is disgusting. • At the end the heating was off all the night and it was cold all the night, I think because that was a collective heating so it has to be mentioned in information of this property, in the winter at trip we were very tired and it wasn't pleasant being in cold without blanket (because they were not clean to use) all night, any of us (6 Person) couldn't sleep well. I hope if you want chose this property that information finds you well.

The location was great. Loved having the AC unit. Great directions to get into the area.

They don't tell you that you need to pay for sheets ahead of time in any of the policies and or about the cleaning fee. They also don't tell you the key thob inside is for the parking across the street, the drop down arm. Beach area wasn't as promising as the photos. Be sure to clean it as you found it! The bathroom lights kept flickering while showering and they give you NO extra toilet paper. Bring your own. Bring your own towels as well.

the location is nice next to the bus station, grocery and church

one of my family member slide in the bathroom because it’s too slippery. she bump her back and head on the flooring. thankful didn’t have any fracture. one of the room have a dirty bedsheets and just that the towels and bedsheets are not included and need to pay if we will use. and were the one how clean the apartment before we go. cleaning is not included to the payment. aside from that everything is fine

Issue to get sheets despite option on the site, sheets had fungal spots, no toilet paper available, found smelly wet kitchen towels from predecessor and full cup of old tea in a drawer.

Location and air conditioner.

Wi-Fi didn’t work. I had requested to repair it, but my message was ignored by owner. Additional fee for linens and final cleaning was not informed in advance. It should had been informed on the website. Couldn’t relax with my family in the living room. We had no choice to stay in the bed room.

The location is in deed exceptional and the artisan baker. The baker is highly recommended!

The fact that the sheets and cleaning are not included. Did not mind paying for the sheet, but would rather pay from the beginning and have them put on than needing to put them myself. Kitchen and seating are small even for 2 persons.
