Situé au mile post 10 dans le canton de Nags Head, ce cottage non fumeur de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains dispose d'une douche extérieure, d'un barbecue au charbon de bois et d'un lave-linge et sèche-linge à chargeur frontal. L'étage dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains séparées du rez-de-chaussée qui dispose de 2 chambres avec une salle de bain commune, ce qui est parfait pour 2 familles en vacances ensemble. Quatre (4) téléviseurs LED haute définition, WIFI haut débit et téléphone. L'emplacement est proche des magasins et de 2 à 6 pâtés de maisons des épiceries Harris Teeter ou Food Lion. La plupart des restaurants sont à moins de 5 km au nord. L'accès à la plage est à 3 pâtés de maisons. Désolé pas de fumer, pas de piscine, pas de bain à remous et pas d'animaux. L'heure d'arrivée est 16h00 le jour de l'arrivée et l'heure de départ est 11h00 pour la date de départ. Les draps sont fournis pliés et placés sur le lit, mais pas de serviettes (apportez vos propres serviettes et articles de toilette). L'âge minimum pour louer est de 25 ans et plus. Les clés et les codes WIFI sont envoyés le jour de l'enregistrement par e-mail. Si vous avez des questions, n'hésitez pas à vous renseigner.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The down stairs had mold to the point you could see it on the piece of paper that was on the fridge . Our bedroom had an insulin needle laying on the floor so OBVIOUSLY no one comes to clean between visits. As well as the sweltering heat upstairs made it unbearable to even sleep in the bedrooms( no ceiling fans). When we tried to set the AC to a normal temperature so people upstairs could sleep, at the end of the trip the owners sent us a $720 bill from their own AC company to “re-program it” when it was already re-programmed back to their original settings. Your view is an auto shop and a super far walk to the beach if you are carrying anything. The house is extremely out dated in every aspect. Scam artist at their best.

Everything went really well. Walking distance to the beach and more than enough room for the 10 people. The only thing that was an issue was the internet. With more than a couple people on it, it became unusable. Cell phone service was good though so it wasn’t really an issue. Overall, great place and great stay.

My friends and I traveled to Nags Head to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We had a great time. Cottage was close to the beach and a reasonable rate. We had a little trouble with the internet but the owner responded quickly when we reported it. Otherwise we had everything we needed for this trip.

6 years ago my family decided to have a family reunion each summer since we live in VT, CT, NC and FL. Everyone agreed agreed on the OBX for this year's reunion. The house had plenty of room, was clean, in a short walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Our hosts were great in communicating with us and suggesting about places to go, etc. It's centrally located on the OBX which makes it convenient to so many places.

Very nice place! 2 block walk to the beach. Plenty of good restaurants very close by. Did have an issue with the hvac but owners were very responsive. Would definitely consider a return trip.

Great Vacation Place
Great Vacation rental. Short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Only thing that concerned me was the bath area downstairs. You step up to use the toilet and also the shower. It could use a handicap bar. But we had a great time and enjoyed the area very much.

Short walk to a lot!!!
My family and I stayed here four nights (4 couples & 3 kids, 3 or under).
The house is ~3 blocks to the sand / Beach access, Brew Thru is across the street (very convenient for emergency bags of ice), Mahi-Mahi's is a block away and a great place for a seafood dinner, and there's a Food Lion just a few blocks down the street the house is on!
It rained one day we were there. So, we hung out downstairs under the car port.
The outdoor shower in the back of the house is fairly private and has hot water!
Everything worked as it should and the house felt clean and safe!
The owners (2 brothers) were very quick to respond to questions, and take pride in their property!
Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're a larger family looking for a cozy getaway!

40th Birthday Bash
Planned a getaway for wife’s 40th birthday near where she grew up at this beach house. It was perfect! From great owners providing ongoing friendly communication to large house with internet and being in walking distance from the beach as well as ABC store, Food Lion and many other popular places, we couldn’t ask for more. It’s also close to the Wright Brother’s museum, Jockey’s Ridge, and an old fav John’s Shakes. For us science nerds in addition to the Wright Brothers you can also see a protected area for sea turtles within feet as you step onto the beach. Thanks again for such a great time!

Great Location & Comfortable Retreat
We stayed here with friends and enjoyed the house and location. The 10 of us fit comfortably and had room to hang out too. The owners were very helpful and nice!

Excellent location
Overall the property was excellent. The two bedrooms downstairs could not be accessed from inside the house, and gave a little extra privacy.
The only cons were the fact that there are no towels provided. No bath, hand or dish towels in the unit at all. That was communicated to us prior to check-in so we were prepared but it was a bit annoying/inconvenient. It's a really nice home and was very comfortable for us for a long weekend.

The home was easy to find and comfortable. More dishes than anyone needs. Had trouble finding the washer and dryer. It's downstairs in the door by the steps. They were mowing when we got there but I'm glad they mowed.

Love it!!
It was outstanding. Definitely will be back for more vacations in this area. My family and I really enjoyed it and loved how close everything was. We went to jetski, zip line and did airplane rides and loved how close we were to the beach. Loved waking up early and just walking over that way and staying late out at night and just watching the waves. Overall wonderful place and house was great! Definitely recommend for others.

Someone is watching
This property was not what I was expecting. It was clean enough for a short stay but the childrens' feet were black after 30 minutes of walking in the house. The sounds of drilling from the tire store across the street were almost constant. Front porch overlooks the tire store. It was much further to the beach than we thought. I've never had to bring my own towels before? Be prepared for the owner to call you and fuss if the neighbors report you for anything. The kitchen was well stocked but jumbled. Basement was musty and moldy.
