The property is in a great location. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

This townhome was the perfect place for our stay! My husband, two dogs, and I enjoyed every hour of our stay. The decks were spacious like the unit. Beach views were amazing from the inside or out on your balconies with comfortable seating. We chose to eat on the balcony every evening because the breeze and sunset views were second to none. The fenced in backyard was a great play/ discovery area for our dogs. The location of this wonderful townhome is also convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and parks! We really appreciated the parking spots - right at your front door, too!

Enjoyed our stay

It was great for all! Great options for those that like to stay on the beach or those that like to stay in the villa but we still were all together. An extra bonus was that our fur babies were able to join us. Gorgeous views 24/7...so relaxing. Also, great communication with the owner!

Awesome location and amazing host. Needs minor repairs and new mattress is front bedroom. Pull out sofa mattress was heavily soiled and nobody was able to even sit on it. Kitchen could use a sharp knife. Otherwise, absolutely an amazing property!

Great villa right on the beach. Large areas with well stocked kitchen. Close to everything. Large bedrooms and very nice bathrooms in both rooms. Our friends said probably could use a new mattress in the second bedroom but overall it was acceptable. Ended up leaving a day early due to the hurricane but that was a minor issue. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Right on the beach, would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay. The only negative thing is under the deck needs cleaning up and pathway to beach needs to be cleaned up and weeded, hard walking path.

We got a swifter for the floor. We couldn’t find the vacuum. You steps from the sand, which finds it way in

Our family enjoyed our 6night stay at this townhouse! We loved it! It was clean and very welcoming! Both bedrooms were roomy and the beds were so comfortable! The decks and access to the beach is great, the grill worked great and the A/C was cold! The only suggestion is that we needed more forks&spoon utensils. The microwave worked but didn’t work properly, in which the owner offered to buy one to use temporary (but we declined). Owner’s response was always fast! Convenient to Winn Dixie and Pier Park.

We loved the townhouse. It was spacious, clean, and close to everything. We loved the deck and small yard for pet. We absolutely loved it all. Being so close to the beach was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

The property itself was decent. A decent villa (townhouse) with a great view and easy beach access. Our problem was the property next door was doing heavy construction and made it impossible to relax inside. We stayed 5 nights. First couple days was just hammers and drills…easy to ignore for the most part. Then after the second night, they came out with a buzz saw and started going at the doors. It lasted hours and happened the day after for another couple hours. Because it’s a townhome it sounded like it happened in the same building. It was impossible to tune out. When we asked the property manager about it, his response was a plain “I can’t control my neighbors”. We spoke to the neighbors and the property manager seemed to have been informed they were doing work that week. He made no effort to inform us beforehand or make it right afterwards. It didn’t ruin our overall experience but it definitely wasn’t what we paid for. I’ll add the gate needed some handiwork on our part as it was on the ground at the end and the gate door not attached to anything. The pullout sofa should also be replaced…looked pretty soiled to us. If it weren’t for the noise and subsequent inaction, we’d say 4/5 or 5/5.

Clean. Comfortable master bed (the only one we used). Nice parking right in front - easy to unload the car. Art work on the walls was a pleasant surprise- very colorful. One painting was a large map of the area with items of interest, activities, and restaurants. Beautiful view - relaxing to sit on the deck and enjoy the gulf waters. The kitchen had adequate supplies. Check out instructions direct renters to “load towels in the washer”. This we did, but the host does not supply laundry detergent, so we did not run the machine. Housekeeping notified.

We really liked the property. It was true to the description and photos shared. The owner was very prompt in responding to any concerns, via email. Would definitely consider staying here again! We LOVE the location and the convenience of not having to worry about parking (2 spaces) nor elevators as with multi level condominiums.

Location was amazing. Waking up, looking over the balcony and hearing the ocean, there is nothing better.

This has been the best rental we have ever stayed in. It was very clean, well furnished, and very convenient. We loved the beach access and beautiful views from the deck. Our 2 dogs travel everywhere with us, and they had lots of room to play. Even though dogs are not allowed on the beach, they really enjoyed the fenced in back yard where they could play in the sand or go be in the shade. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location, easy and convenient check in process. Note to cleaning crew upon our arrival Main level floors were sticky and counter tops not wiped down.

Location is the best thing about this place. It’s a perfect beachside view and a great proximity to restaurants and shops. Very quiet area, not too overly crowded at the beach. The place was nice. We really enjoyed our time. My only critique is that the sheets were not cleaned. They had hair all over and were not fresh and clean upon arrival. And the floor was pretty dirty, going barefoot inside and your feet were black. Other than this easily correctable problem, it was a wonderful stay!

Best condos

It was perfect for us. My daughter has a rare condition that makes her fatigued easily. We were able to enjoy the wonderful views, dolphins in the water of a morning. The food and shopping were close by. The neighbors were great also, instant friends were made.

Found this when looking for a pet friendly rental and this was terrific! Fabulous beach with fenced in yard for our pet. Updated, clean, Two decks, remodeled baths, two parking spaces, excellent instructions and support. Owners respond right away to questions. The only down fall was that the beach itself actually doesn’t allow dogs (although summer families ignored the rules). We recommend this rental!

We enjoyed our stay overall at this rental. I wish we had been told the back of the property was on the street side. This was the side our friend’s Bedroom faced. Maybe normally wouldn’t be so loud but it was bike (motorcycle) week they were unable to sleep our entire stay, clearly not the owners fault. Very clean, very nice property, just a shame on our timing!

This may be an odd observation, but I absolutely loved the recessed lighting—even on cloudy days the space felt bright and sunny. The layout is smart and the beach and gulf views are magnificent from the entire main floor. PCB seemed busier than normal this year and traffic was really bad on the weekends. Do yourself a favor & stay in or go west for dining (The Terrace) and shopping (Carousel for wine and groceries) etc.
