Courtside 10 - Ground Floor - Updated - Short Walk to the Beach
Courtside 10 a été rénové en 2018 avec tous les nouveaux meubles, nouveaux revêtements de sol, nouveaux appareils électroménagers, nouvelle literie et décoration, nouvelles salles de bains et une toute nouvelle cuisine avec comptoirs en quartz. Cette nouvelle mise à jour fait de cette unité l'une des meilleures proposées à Courtside. Les téléviseurs à écran plat et Internet sans fil vous offrent tout le confort de la maison. Cette unité est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée sans marches. Le patio est juste à côté de la piscine directement derrière l'unité. Il y a aussi une piscine secondaire à utiliser à travers le parking. L'unité est une unité d'extrémité qui signifie également l'intimité et un flux de lumière supplémentaire dans la très grande fenêtre de la salle à manger. Courtside est à 1,5 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à côté du centre de tennis Van Der Meer. Une adhésion spéciale à Van Der Meer offre aux clients de Courtside des privilèges de tennis jusqu'à une heure par jour et par condo. Cette communauté a deux piscines sur place, un lagon avec fontaine et un parking à la porte d'entrée de chaque propriété. Courtside se trouve à moins de 3 pâtés de maisons de Coligny Plaza, du marché de la plage et du parc. Ce pittoresque centre-ville offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de magasins et de divertissements pour tous les âges. Lit king dans le maître, une reine et un ben jumeau dans la chambre d'hôtes, et le salon a à la fois une reine et un canapé-lit double. 2 salles de bain complètes.

Overall good stay. Great location. Recently renovated. Spotless. Close to restaurants. Since we were just there for 3 rounds of golf everything was as advertised. However the following items need to be rectified: 1.Coffee ought to to be supplied (kcups) for a starter. Maybe 4 cups at a minor expense 2.Directions on how to get TV's working needs to be printed out and posted in the LR and both BDRMs

The property location was a positive for us. We contacted Seashore about several issues we wanted addressed with the property and although they were nice enough on the phone not much was done to address the issues we raised with them. The master bath was tiny, the shower leaked onto the floor likely because the glass doors lacked proper installation. There was also a moldy type substance on the rubber molding which was suppose to seal the shower door. The cleaning people left a used bar of soap. I was glad I brought my own soap. The master bedroom door will not properly close. There were towels left in a bag on the living room floor. The wall behind the kitchen garbage can was dirty with food that didn't make it into the can. When I moved the trash can in the kitchen, the floor was very dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The rug in the guest bathroom was dirty but the rental company did send someone to remove it but didn't replace it with a clean rug. The front door to the unit doesn't open all the way. On the positive side the furniture was in good condition and was comfortable. The beds were also relatively comfortable. The bedrooms were of a good size. The guest bathroom was also roomy. Parking was adequate.

The location and size of the property were good for 2 adults. Plenty of towels were provided. The cleanliness of the unit was not up to our standards. The 2-seater was broken so it could not be used. Lighting in the 2nd bedroom was awkward. Any issues were dealt with quickly by Seashore Vacations. We would ONLY recommend this property knowing that the cleanliness and broken furniture issues were fixed.

Perfect for my family of 5 and the location is very convenient. The wifi was a little spotty at times but worked generally ok. You can rent bikes (fun) and walk and ride on the beach close by. Restaurants and CVS were all generally close. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Great location, 5min walk to beach.Updated unit - however, items in it have seen better days. Couches are nearly unusable (cushions completely ’deflated’ and all floor rugs should be disposed of (stained, dirty and worn), either removed completely or new ones purchased. Coffee pot is rusted and should be disposed of.Generally, it served its purpose as a location to get to the beach, sleep and shower. Could have been much better if things were in better shape.

Pros: It’s a nice location and it was quiet and safe feeling. There is a good amount of room in the condo and the kitchen was nice and well stocked. The pool area is also very nice with good landscaping. There are nice TVs in each bedroom and living room. The parking situation was good for us too. Always plenty of spots. Also there are multiple bike racks for if you rent them.
Cons: The cleaning was not the best. There was a necklace chain in the floor when we came in, finger prints on the living room tv, the couches look stained and nasty (we never even sat on them because of this). The master door wouldn’t shut at all. There wasn’t good communication on how to leave the rental as far as towels, trash etc. The biggest issue was the bathrooms having black spots on the ceiling and vents (most likely mold which is not good). This is probably due to there being no ventilation fans in the bathrooms. Oh and when we got there the sliding doors in both the living room and master were UNLOCKED. That’s definitely unacceptable to me.
This place definitely has potential, and we had a good time while on HHI, but there definitely are some improvements that need to be made.

We have been staying at Courtside for many years, but this is the first time we tried a ground floor unit. Having a patio was great and was really nice being steps away from the pool. We had a great mid-November vacation on HHI, and we enjoyed Courtside 10. It is nicely renovated and located a convenient walking distance from Coligny Plaza (and is even MORE convenient to the beach, once we finally discovered the access through Seaside Villas)! A very lovely place to stay!
