Upscale Condo Located in OC steps away from the beach and boardwalk!
Joliment décoré maison de vacances! . Situé à douze maisons de la promenade et de la plage (réapprovisionné à l'hiver 2017/18). Une courte promenade à Brown, quai des merveilles, et les terrains de sport de l'école secondaire qui comprennent tennis, jeu de palets, et une piste de course. Rue calme avec un grand porche couvert et porche ouvert à l'arrière. La troisième chambre de maître étage comprend son propre balcon privé et salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi. Nous fournissons des balises de plage, chaises de plage, un parasol, et de la plage panier. La cuisine comprend des équipements tels qu'une plaque de cuisson électrique, grille-pain, cafetière, compacteur de déchets, mijoteuse et plus encore. Il y a des livres, des jeux et des films ainsi que le câble et WIFI dans toute la maison. Une douche extérieure complète offre une alternative à amener du sable à l'intérieur. Nous possédons le condo inférieur ci-joint qui offre la possibilité de louer une chambre de sept, cinq salle de bain complète et 2 à l'extérieur Location de douche complète (632653). Nous louons seulement à ceux de 26 ans ou plus et nous ne permettons pas les animaux de compagnie ou de fumer. Nous ne louons pas pour la semaine senior ou week-end de bal.

It was a perfect house for our group of 10. Convenient to beach and boardwalk. House was beautiful and the porches were wonderful for hanging out. Bill communicated promptly. He even took a picture of our group the day we were leaving.

We are a family of 13, including 5 children, ages 5 to 10. We had a fantastic time, with the help of this house. It is meticulous and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, games and books, and plenty of seating. Its front and back balconies were used every day - front for reading and quiet times and back for games, toys. The four bedrooms, with the option of the trundle beds and bunk beds, was perfect for our various age groups. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was a huge plus. The outside shower for rinsing and garage for beach storage were very helpful. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this house for a very pleasant vacation with a large family!!

This place is such a wonderful spot close to the beach but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You can walk pretty much anywhere you want to from here and come back and relax in the cool air after a hot day. Everything was clean and there was everything you’d need there - all kitchen supplies, games, books, puzzles, beach toys and chairs.. it was great. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was very nice, clean, and overall a great place to stay. We enjoyed sitting outside and feeling the breeze off the ocean as the beach was only a few blocks away. We plan to come back in 2024.

The property was very nice and clean. Well maintained and managed. This was the perfect location and home for my family’s mini vacation. There was so much to do on the beach/ boardwalk and nearby. Most of all the host was very attentive and kind. My family had no complaints or issues. Not only would I book again…I would definitely recommend this property.

This rental is really cared for. It’s clean, well cared for and is ready with lots of small amenities that many rentals ignore. It has three porches, 3 king beds, bunk beds… they did a great job making it a very nice space to stay.

Welcoming, spacious, well-located, and perfect for hosting our family Thanksgiving! We had a wonderful stay and will return soon. With four bedrooms, three full baths, an open family room/kitchen, and large decks we had more than enough room. Bill was very responsive which made the experience even better. Don't hesitate on this home!

We were in Ocean City for a family wedding. This house was great for family entertaining and group dinners. Great location, close to the beach. September is a perfect time to visit OC, fewer people and great weather.

Pretty much everything we needed was at this amazing shore house. Portacrib, high chair, beach chairs etc. Loved the master suite on the third floor with the private deck.

We had a great week at this property. The pictures were accurate, we loved having the 2nd and 3rd floor masters. It was a short walk to the beach and close (but not too close) to the boardwalk attractions. Everything we needed was included. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our week in this well-stocked home. Very close to the beach and Boardwalk - lots of restaurants a short walk away. Lots of outdoor space and great front patio. Bill checked in before and during our stay and was quick to answer any questions.

The house is lovely - clean, spacious, and well stocked. So close to the beach and boardwalk. The beds are comfortable - we were definitely able to relax! Bill was great to work with - very accommodating. I would highly recommend, and hope to stay here again next year!!

The location of this condo was really nice: easy to walk to the beach or the boardwalk. It was perfect for a girls weekend away. The condo was clean, spacious and it was nice to have 2 master bedrooms. We enjoyed the view from either of the front decks: there’s one on each floor. It was nice to have the option of shade on the second floor front deck. Communication with property owner was great and the check-in process was easy. We had everything that we needed in the rental. We would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Thank you Bill & Kate!!!

My family stayed her in January to attend a volleyball tournament in AC. The house and location was perfect. It had everything we needed and the hosts were terrific. I would stay her again and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Thank you!!!

The rooms were nice, the beds were great, there was space for my family and my sister’s. The kitchen was pretty well-stocked, although the knives were not great. It was a good space for a large family to gather in- we even set up a Christmas tree! The beach is just a block or so away and you can see the ocean from one bedroom and from the decks. One thing I should note- there are a lot of stairs. It was fine for us, but a little difficult for my elderly mother who came over to visit a lot during our stay.

We were really impressed with the property and what we found when we got into the unit. It was very well stocked with all sorts of things we didn't even think of, and had great supplies for the baby staying with us. The owner was top-notch with communication and answering all the questions we had in an extremely timely manner. I would definitely rent this property again! It served our needs very nicely.

We had a fantastic week in Ocean City and the house was perfect. It was clean and updated with plenty of room for our party of 8. We were close to the beach and had multiple porches to sit out and enjoy the sea breeze. We would definitely stay again, thank you Bill and Kate for a memorable vacation!

Perfect place for our family to meet! The house was clean and spacious enough for all 11 of us. We loved the proximity to beach and boardwalk and all the activities they provided. I would definitely rent it again!

An amazing find!
We were able to rent the property last minute. Boy am I glad this listing popped up because the house was perfect for my family of six. Plenty of room! The pictures do not do this place justice. Check in process was so easy. It was sparkling clean when we checked in. I initially thought the house was going to be small but I was proven wrong. It is so spacious. It’s in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We ended renting bikes for the week which was nice to ride the boardwalk in the mornings and ride around in the evenings. Bill was on the spot with answers to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be renting from Bill again.

55 & Fabulous with Fabulous Accommodations
I hosted my 55th birthday with 9 of my closest family and friends. It was important to me to be in a comfortable, cozy, clean environment and this house offered all that. All of the ladies enjoyed
The openness of the floor plan. It was spacious enough and we were able to prepare meals, eat, and gather in this home away from home. It was a great atmosphere, the ample amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was definitely a plus. All of the ladies enjoyed and commented on how lovely the house was. Bill was readily available via phone to answer any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay again.
