The property is gorgeous. The kitchen is AMAZING and the views are incredible. You can walk to the beach, hang out on the patio, and beds are comfy. The fireplace is cozy. The furniture is high quality. I took off a star because I didn’t realize that the upstairs primary suite is an open loft. You can sort-of see it in the photos once you know what to look for, but I didn’t realize it didn’t have complete walls or a close-able door. Might want to call this out explicitly. There are also skylights up there so you’ll want a sleep mask if you plan on sleeping past 6am. None of this would have stopped us from booking, but we would have brought an eye mask and ear plugs. Also while the house can hold 10-12 people, you can only park 3 cars. Thankfully we only had 3, but it’s another thing that maybe should be listed on the description. Overall, it was a lovely stay. We’d stay there again.

The views from this home were spectacular and we all spent hours facing the large windows, just enjoying the spectacular sights. There were enough beds for our family gathering of ten, with a suite downstairs that was perfect for the youngest of us...all teens and early 20's. The home was clean and well laid out for a group, with a great room concept. We've never rented a home with a kitchen so well equipped! We can't think of a thing they overlooked and we cooked in the entire weekend. That said, there weren't a lot of local places from which to choose, if we'd wanted to dine out. The hot tub was terrific and worked perfectly, as did the seamless check in, check out system. Don't hestitate to rent this wonderful property!!

Our group of nine women enjoyed our stay on a stormy weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the large table we all fit at. The living room was a bit cramped with all of us though.

My family loved the home and enjoyed a weekend celebrating three generations of family and a couple birthdays. Even the surfers decided to join us as I counted over 60 of them Saturday. We can only complain on two items. We could not get the fireplace started for 24 hrs. It is the primary source of heat for the living area. The hot tub jets didn’t work, not the end of the world but was a main factor in choosing the vrbo. In today’s world of modern entertainment, it would be nice to have Bluetooth or usb connection to a stereo. Same goes for tv entertainment. The tv was fine but limited with only a couple of apps. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are outstanding specially the kitchen with the amazing range and refer. The living room and dining was very comfortable for our family of 9. Fantastic views of Tomales Point, Tomales Bay, Hog Island, Dillon Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Clear darks skies with shooting stars and even satellites! Loved watching the lightening storm out over the ocean from the living area windows when the storm arrived Sunday morning! Would stay here again! Great host!

We enjoyed ourselves immensely. One suggestion since you are trying to save water is to label the downstairs shower faucet as the hot water is in the opposite direction as normal and people spend a lot of wasted water before figuring it out. Secondly, the two beds on the main floor were very hard and people ended up sharing other beds in order to be comfortable. The hot tub did not work while we were there. Overall we wish we could have spent more time there.

Had a great weekend here with ligelong friends from college. Property was perfect for our group, with plenty of space, great kitchen, phenomenal views. Would definitely return for another trip.

The location is amazing and residence is really cozy. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and were blown away by the views of the ocean and surrounding hills.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cozy home on the coast. It was clean, as described, and the view of the coast and hillsides is beautiful.

This was a great stay. The view is amazing. The kitchen is so useable- we even made homemade pasta. The beds are comfy and the sheets are cozy. The separate downstairs room is great for the teen cousins we had, and would also be great for a family with little kids. Only heads up which we knew and it wasn't an issue is that the path to the beach isn't super easy, so we drove to the beach due to my elderly father-in-law. The teens had no issues getting to the beach in around 10 min. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was lovely and the view goes for days! The hot tub takes several hours to really heat up, but once it does, it’s worth it. The fourth room is a separate entry down from the main home which we didn’t realize, but it is a really comfortable space. Would definitely choose this property again! :)

This house exceeded expectations. It was roomy and beautiful. Fully stocked with blankets, towels, and toiletries. Amazing view. The spa took a while to heat up more (4 hours) so make sure you turn it up with plenty of time. Plenty of parking and not close to your neighbors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here in Dillon Beach. The location was spectacular. We had a huge storm the first night and then just beautiful views--more than 180! The amenities were great for the caterer who brought us oysters. The wifi was fast for our workaholics and the hot tub was fantastic for after working and walking on the beach. House was just about perfect!!

Property is very clean & nice. Beautiful views and amazing commercial grade kitchen appliances. You can tell there is effort to make the location appear updated. The linen is very new and clean. Water heater is not the best for the 3 showers, the hot tub jets do not work & it does not heat up past warm. Upstairs shower is clogged & you are ankles deep by the time the water heats up. Railing to upstairs loft is a fall danger for young children (would not recommend for toddlers). Overall, the place was great for our group, however very over-priced for the area, and would not rent again due to the cost/value of what you are paying for.

This place was perfect in every way. We were 5 women on a get away weekend to celebrate my birthday. We love cooking and the kitchen was so well appointed and had everything we needed. Each person had a cozy bed, we relished the spa and the large windows and the big table for community eating and playing games. I will definitely book this place again!

We had a family wedding to attend in the area. We chose this rental because it had the right amount of bedroom space and the layout suited our needs. That said we were so happy with the arrangement. The house has a lovely view and it is so soothing listening to the ocean at night. It is cozy and comfortable.

Great place for a group. The house is a big over cluttered with furniture so the pictures look much bigger than the space was in real life. The space is separated into two with two separate entrances. We couldn't tell from the pictures. Quite a steep climb and downhill to the beach. Unfortunately, my old folks could not walk to the beach as easily as we thought. Wonderful house despite these.

This was a fantastic house with all that we needed to enjoy a friends trip to the beach. There were six of us and we each had our own spot to sleep and everything we needed to enjoy the weekend.
