Nice apartment, small but comfortable, very clean, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, close to city center :) If I had to stay again in Stavanger I would definitely choose this apartment.

The apartment heats up quickly but it was forbidden to open the balcony window (because of broken window)

Location for shop, city center and etc. apartment which was quite big, for cooking all things in place. Very clean and cosy apartment.

The key code I was given was the wrong one had to wait in the cold for someone to turn up to let us in.

The instructions for self check in are well explained. Apartament is actually bigger than I expected and it's very well equipped. I found everything I needed. Wifi works fine. In the apartments there are some stickers with instructions as well so everything is easy 😉 Localisation is also good, walking distance to the city centre.

I didn't receive necessary code at the time of check in so I had to call couple of times both provided phone numbers to get it. It was extra 30 minutes of waiting. Also I was a bit confused if the provided bed linen is clean or used because in the instruction is mentioned that you need to clean everything after yourself. Except that everything was great

the host emailed so many times but then didn’t respond to a question. finding the place wasn’t easy, nor was getting the key, nor was getting the code for the key. parking isn’t free but it’s cheap and close by. please don’t demand that I empty the trash and guilt trip me with how I’d want to leave the place for the next guest. we are all adults, and my expectation for paying to rent a place includes the cleaning after I leave - I’m talking trash in the trash bag, not wrecking the place.

The apartment is well equipped for cooking and doing the laundry. The house is quiet. When you are hypnotising the key box and desperately waiting for any reaction at the same time, you can swim in urban swimming area near the house.

The biggest issue with this accomodation is in communication with the host. You are expected to check-in yourself, however you are receiving only automatic messages in random order including only partial information. Despite our effort to communicate in advance, we still spent hours uncertain if we even manage to check-in. We called both phone numbers, texted via Booking and WhatsApp. It was fine in the end but I still feel anxious thinking about it. Instructions suggest that host is not responsible for cleaning and maintaining the equipment which means you are left to mercy of previous guests. Shower is still damaged as it was already mentioned in previous reviews and water leaks through shower enclosure.

This property is a little out of the city but an easy walk to the centre. This means it is very quiet but still near a supermarket and some good local shops. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped in the kitchen and laundry/bathroom. It was great to be able to open windows and sliding door for fresh air. Security here is excellent.

The bedroom is very tight with a queen bed from one side to the other. However, two doors into the bedroom makes for easy access. We couldn't find any ordinary free to air TV channels, it all seemed to be pay to view movie channels.

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. It has everything you need at a perfect location in the city. I highly recommend to book this apartment.

This is an apartment that is rented out to travellers. Seemingly not all guests take responsibilities for hygiene all that serious and I'm not sure how well the owner has arranged check-ups after visits. We found some of the kitchenware rather dirty and decided to wash them before using. The showerhead was broken and could not be moved along its pole without falling down. We had to temporarily solve this with an elastic band to be able to shower (we're not midgets). Besides this minor gripes we had a pleasant stay. Additional remark May 3rd: Both in private communication and a reply to this review the host mentions that guests are responsible for cleaning up and some guests break things. I understand that, but in my honest opinion it is the host's responsibility to ensure that the apartment is clean and functional before new guests arrive. A host can't simply give the excuse that the guests before you were bad. Imagine what hotel rooms would like like if that was the attitude of hotels ...

It was easy to find a place, apartment is cozy and clean, very well equipped with all essential stuff. Bed was very comfortable.

it has a kitchen and a supermarket is nearby so it is convenient if you like to cook by yourself. the bed was comfortable. it also has a cozy living room and a lovely balcony, perfect for afternoon tea.

the towels were too hard, very rough texture , so better to take your own towels. the host is not always available and we had waited for 45mintues outside the building before we got the key.
