I like the location of hotel. And it is very near to the all places Also, breakfast is very good.

I didn't like the Car parking facility. And no one are provided proper information on Car parking.

big facility offering good options for glutenfree breakfast, don‘t hesitate to ask for non-cross-contamined topings for your bread as this is an issue as some people touch normal bread with the cheese fork etc.

very crowded hotel, you risk to burn children woth your hot coffee/tea when trying to make your way from the breakfast buffet to your table, very dangerous. It should be explained what to do woth the car if the pakeing underneath the hotel is full so you don‘t need to block either the full parking or the road hile waiting your turn in the (at this moment longer) queue at reception. This stressful experience could be easily aboided if that information was give ahead.

We were notified after making our reservation that kids are only allowed in the pool between 7 and 12 in the morning. The moment we went to the pool, we were made aware that we apparently also had the book a slot specifically in those hours. After which we finally went to the pool and then got dressed to start the day. Resulting in rooms that were not cleaned… Apart from that there is no cappuccino or latte available at breakfast. With all matters staff simply kept referring to their policy, not caring about this at all. Needless to say that I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

The location is very good and the breakfast has various choice, we can eat very well! The hotel provide daily clean up, so we totally recommend you to choose here!

Kids not allowed in the pool most of the day. Very chaotic breakfast.

Impeccable facilities, great location, very well appointed room and outstanding breakfast buffet.

Small parking garage, though overnight street parking in the area is free between 6pm and 8am.

Very comfy beds and clean room. Staff were super nice and friendly. The hotel is in the city centre. The SPA is open until 23:00.

The hairdryer was like a kids toy and you can't blow dry long hair with it. In the spa, the pool is quite shallow (1m.)

Location is great, good value for the money, great staff and confy rooms. I do recommend it.

Great Breakfast set up.

Rm 532 fold out couch / bed was very uncomfortable for the boys. They complained about the springs being felt through more then they should. I laid on it and would agree. It should be replaced.

At the price the hotel charges it should have a proper gym. One bench means if somebody else is using it, you cannot. Also a cable weights machine. As I said if you charge the rates you do, have a proper gym

Lack of milk for making tea in the room

The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes from the city centre and the airport bus stops right outside. There is lots of public space for meetings/working. Room was comfortable and fairly spacious.

The staff are friendly but not particularly attentive. The food and drink options aren't great when the restaurant is closed, although there are good cafes nearby.
