The rema 1000 shop is just besides the building.

This was the second time we lived in this place. The first time, it was good. We were given a true 2 bedroom apartment. One bedroom had a big double bed, the other one had two single beds. We also had a living room with sofas and a kitchen. Therefore, this time, we booked the same type of room with same room rate in this service apartment. However, we were given a flat with only one real bedroom with two single beds, the other one was just the living room with a bunk bed. The bathroom is inside the real bedroom. Everyone using the toilet must go through the bedroom! This flat is only fitting for a couple, not for a 4 person’s family.

No breakfast possible in hotel

I came in very late, and the staff was gone home. It was very clear where to get the key for the room. Good beds and clean room and 400 meter to Shell offices was a clear positive experience.

Should have been an hair dryer at the room.

A large, comfortable, warm suite, with a kitchen. A helpful staff member at the front desk ( 09:00 til 13:00). Free coffee in the common area, on the ground floor :-). A good bus connection to the airport (10 minutes away, with buses every half hour), Stavanger town (30 mins) and the Kvadrat shipping centre, near Sandnes (40 mins) - you need the Kolumbus app to buy a ticket (41 NOK for anywhere in the area) and another Kolumbus app for the timetables. Having a supermarket right next door to the hotel was very convenient. The location was only a 5 minutes walk from the warehouse that I needed to work in.

No basic cooking ingredients given - like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar. The hotel is quite isolated - you need to take a bus or taxi to reach any restaurants or shops (other than the supermarket).

There was no-one on reception. On Sunday evening the doors were locked and there was no-one present to allow me to enter the hotel. There was no breakfast or food of any kind. The TV did not work The WiFi was very slow and did not work in bedroom

The only positive of the room was the mattress and floor heating system in the bathroom.

The Room categories were not specified during the booking process, so we had to assume that you get an apartment room including kitchen in an apartment hotel and not just a simple hotel room without everything. On request for room change they only said that we would have to pay a surcharge, if we wanted to change the room. No Upgrade in what seemed to be an empty hotel, was provided. The room we had was very small for two people and there was only one chair. We always had to sit on the bed to have our breakfast as the table in the room was too small and had the microwave on it as well. There was no cutlery and no cups. No staff was on site during our stay, even though office hours were mentioned at reception. We were only able to get hold of them via phone. There was no room cleaning service during the stay. If we wanted our linen changed, we would have had to pay an extra fee or wash the bed linen and towels ourselves. We also had to take our own garbage down. When we entered the room and checked the fridge, it was still dirty and there was a sticker on the door peephole. What kind of hotel is that?! The hotel is situated in an Industrial area, which was already noisy in the morning around 5am/6am. Definitely do not stay here if you want to relax and want to be close to town or other sights. Price-performance-service ratio is not given. We have never stayed in a place like this before and can definitely not recommend it! Stay away if you want a bit of comfort, a clean environment and friendly service.

Close to supermarket and petrol station. less than 1 min walk.

Had a very important meeting and requested Iron/board. Got an email confirmation saying it would be available. It was not and no notice to say it was on top floor in the laundry… arrived after middle and had to go around looking for it, when found the iron board and iron are in a bad shape. I had to go to my meeting looking like a wrinkled passion fruit. Thanks guys.

Instructions about how to use the bus to go to the Airport... AND the receptionist was not helpful in advising us about how to pay on the bus.

Big apartment with grocery in the nearby.

Some dirty dishes in the kitchen, without coffee/tea in the room.

Close to the ferry and we were allowed an early check in. Bus station right in front which takes you either to Stavanger in 25min or to the airport in 10 min.

2 out of 3 dryers out of order. Third dryer didn’t really work.
